    @SkyHelpTeam I called again and asked for sky plus to be reinstalled. No answer yet. Sky insist it is our Wi-fi but when I cannot view on mini box I can watch on my I phone. I am very annoyed we pay for sky q and it’s unreliable used a lot of calories running up and down stairs resetting

    @Martin_Buhagiar @SkySports To be fair the worst commentary of the weekend came in the WBA v Brighton game, after Wellbecks penalty hit the post, he hit the rebound back at goal, the ref blew for a free kick. Lee Hendrie asked the commentator why , the commentator didn’t know either. Unbelievable.

    When I’ve have “no satellite signal’ for 3 days now and @SkyUK @SkyHelpTeam tells me the next available engineer is the TWENTY THIRD OF MARCH. If I receive a bill for those 4 weeks without TV there’s gonna be a problem 🙃

    @SkyHelpTeam No call no reply no help as usual. Sky have never been so poor in service. Sky plus was better even when you had to call India to sort out problems. Your engineers set it up they need to sort problem.

    @SkyHelpTeam Good morning, not sure what ‘in’ is but we’ve rang, emailed and attempted to use the website in order to deal with the issue. We haven’t been able to contact anyone directly who can assist us. Surely there’s a direct number to someone in the UK who is able to help sort this out?

    @SkySports your advert re Championship football “there’s no need to brave the cold this weekend”. So as long as you have your subscription fees the clubs (matchday income reliant) can go hang then, can they?

    @Michellebirch71 @SkyHelpTeam It’s domestic broadband so has no SLAs for you to be able to rely on it to work from home. So get into the office until you know its fixed and do this whenever your internet is down or pay for a business line that has the relevant SLAs

    @SkyHelpTeam we are having a problem with losing our HD channels regularly - we had a MDU engineer come out from the fibre network, he replaced MDU box and fibre cable and the problem is still happening - they have said it could be a problem with Sky and to contact yourselves?
