    @SkyUK I'm a gold member And still waiting for my refund more then 1 week know and the operators keep on saying its been refunded to my credit . Operators should listen to customer and not do what they won't

    @SkyHelpTeam No B/band since 30th, team say system won’t let them book engineer ‘because it’s an outage’. Know this is resolvable because engineer visited neighbour on 31st - fixed in 5 mins flicking switch on the road.

    I don’t often rant but @skyuk the 9 hrs we’ve wasted with your customer service is a joke. I’ve been a customer of yours from day 1 how on earth do you cancel someone’s broadband & tell them you can’t reinstate it until December 31st #WFH

    @SkyHelpTeam Thanks. When I do a test the speed going into the hub is 79MBPS and then the actual speed on an iPad beside the hub is around 55MBPS but drops down to 5 up in the bedroom. The sky q mini box in the bedroom keeps losing its connection too.

    @SkyHelpTeam GooD afternoon Nathan Thank for reaching out to Me Ok so 2 things So the problem was on the 7th of this month my tv and broadband taken And the mobile was not taken on the 7th I gave specic instructions cause last year in Feb I had a very bad accident. Know I'm much better

    @SkySports The hundred is overhyped and rather dull. What’s the difference to T20? 100 ***** and a colour co-ordinated on-screen scorecard! The ECB should be more focused on breathing life into red ball cricket , instead of forcing more white ball nonsense down our throats.

    @millyjohnson @SkyHelpTeam When I called them the other day it was an hour on hold, spoke to a guy in Bulgaria. He then said if problem isn't resolved to call again the next day! Because obviously I haven't got anything else to do,and money to burn on phone calls.
