Everyone using @SkyUK Broadband, what devices to have connected and how many? Am getting fed up @virginmedia this year. Nothing but issue and disconnections! Customer service non existent, engineers unable to help unless were happy to have no internet until January!

.@SkyHelpTeam please can I have some help. I booked an engineer for a home move on the 4th November - a guy turned up on the 4th Dec and then left me. I’m still without TV and next appointment is 6th Jan. Wouldn’t mind so much but was told I’d get an earlier date

Dear @SkyHelpTeam I want to speak to someone about my recent switch to broadband. It’s not working nearly as well as you sold but now it seems impossible to speak to someone again. Your ability to have an advisor available for sales and then nothing after is beyond frustrating

@SkySports The problem for Spurs is how long will it last? Man United had a simular good run in his second season at OT but all it took was 1 negative results for cracks to appear, granted they finished second that year but he was gone within 13 months of that negative result

@SkyUK hiya, I’m still having problems with my broadband. You run the test it shows no problem but there’s a problem. WiFi doesn’t reach the second floor. Kids constantly keep scream as they are unable to play cause of lagging issues.

@NormanBrennan @SkySports Would join you, but have taken this position already for the last year or so. If you want a quick resolution to the rubbish it is the only way to go. Hit them in the pocket. Will also give government more leverage to cut the cord, ie cancel licence fee.
