    @DrPoults @SkyUK @SkyFootball Hi, I used this number 08001512747 it’s automated. When prompted tell them you want to cancel sky sports. They give you the option to pause. Took me five mins. Good luck.

    Had #skyq for 4 months now , it has frozen everyday 2-3 times a day, ive rebooted it updated the software and taken it back to factory settings @SkyUK this shit is costing me £140 per month I’m going to cancel my subscription and throw the box out the window unless you help me

    @DCMS @Ofcom what's being done about sky keeping u on hold for over an hour to cancel @SkySports subscriptions. @sky should be made to allow u to give your notice online,not hope u will hang up before they answer.Or as good will gesture,suspend payments for service not providing

    Appalling customer service from @SkyUK not even showing up for our instalment appointment and not even a call to tell me they’re not coming. Then when I call, to be told there’s nothing they can do and we won’t have internet for another week because they won’t fit us in😠

    @SkyHelpTeam I can’t get through to any customer services online and I want to review my package I’m paying over the odds and I have the most out of date equipment ever! Can someone actually contact me without cutting off or do i cut my 8yrs of custom and go else where ?
