Why has this happened? Would have been nice to have been told work was starting.

The phone line is just dead and internet extremely intermittent. They said there is an outage in my localized area and it would be fixed by Friday but I'm still waiting.

The internet has gone from slow intermittent to not working at all, in addition to the three weeks dead landline phone. I am going to switch provider if you don't fix this very soon. #disgrace

Landline phone not working at all during the 16 days and internet still very slow, sluggish, intermittent. I’d like to know why workmen turned up outside, cut wires and took a telephone pole down and we weren’t given warning.
