@SkyHelpTeam I've had multiple error messages on multiple screens. Some times when performing the test, sometimes when the test fails and it tries to re-direct me to the help page. Thus my frustration at being pointed to the tests and the help page.

Exceptionally disappointed in @SkyHelpTeam , one failed broadband home move and now reordered with a 3 week wait. Multi room being paid for and unusable as well as not having access for key work etc. No resolution offered so far.

@n3ilmc82 @SkyHelpTeam If you have had a non-standard offer, you simply screenshot it and the Sky contact centre agents should send you a secure link for you to upload the image. They will then apply the offer. As with all call centres though, there’s high staff turnover + poor training.
