Caller said her manager would look into it and call me back on 10March yet no call and now on 11March get email saying my complaint has been closed. What?!?! No email address to respond to?!

Surly making your customers wait over 20 min as a minimum each time they need to speak to someone is not right! Why can’t you invest in more staff to cut wait times? The internet has gone from slow intermittent to not working at all, in addition to the three weeks dead landline phone. I am going to switch provider if you don't fix this very soon. #disgrace
