    @vuym524 @skytv @SkyHelpTeam I have been advised not to go round so I can’t sort his box out - plus he has difficulty selection multiple options on customer service calls. Being isolated, he needs to stay occupied

    @SkyUK Stopping customers from cancelling sport’s subscription by not allowing u 2 cancel online and having to wait over an hour to speak to a member of staff, so u give up..disgusting

    Had #skyq for 4 months now , it has frozen everyday 2-3 times a day, ive rebooted it updated the software and taken it back to factory settings @SkyUK this shit is costing me £140 per month I’m going to cancel my subscription and throw the box out the window unless you help me

    @DrPoults @SkyUK @SkyFootball Hi, I used this number 08001512747 it’s automated. When prompted tell them you want to cancel sky sports. They give you the option to pause. Took me five mins. Good luck.

    @DCMS @Ofcom what's being done about sky keeping u on hold for over an hour to cancel @SkySports subscriptions. @sky should be made to allow u to give your notice online,not hope u will hang up before they answer.Or as good will gesture,suspend payments for service not providing

    @benjamincfc_ @skytv @SkyHelpTeam His box has been getting a configuration message since yesterday - tried to reboot while I was on the phone. Tried taking the card out, none of it works.....box is still showing no picture but no message of no satellite signal

    @SkyHelpTeam To be honest Carol, I am close to just giving up which I can only assume is what Sky wants its customers to do in terms of support, I've been a best practice consultant for over 20 years and never experienced anything as poor or frustrating as this for such a simple issue.

    @SkyHelpTeam I got a DM in Jul 2022 when I queried the price increase of my 18 month offer. Was told by Louise on Sky Help Team that it had increased because......... It is part of the terms and conditions when taking out a package or renewing

    @SkyUK - Sky Store has the most ridiculous customer service. Pointed out a flaw in their rules and all I got back was ‘I didn’t make the rules’ Wasted 45 mins on chat after answering security questions to be told sorry it has to be the account holder!!
