    @SkyUK I appreciate there are plenty of more serious issues afoot, but attempting to remove an expensive package from my subscription is impossible if you insist I have to call. When I do you advise you can’t take my call. Blatant attempt to trap customers ... pls resolve

    @SkyHelpTeam our WiFi has been down (London) since yesterday morning, tried everything imaginable, followed instructions, unplugged everything and plugged it back in, restarted, to no avail.

    @SkySports No problems with that whatsoever. You can’t start a new season when there’s just 8/9 games left. Play 2-3 games a week.

    So this is how @SkyUK and @virginmedia let key workers down. @SkyUK ignoring all phone calls from those who they call "key workers" and claim to support them. Two days calling them to stop the #cancelation of a contract since @virginmedia unable to make the installation.

Terrible shame for the red lot from across the park but you win some, you lose some... couldn’t happen to s nicer bunch...

    @SkySports Yes absolutely we’ll done for their continued dialogue BUT this should have never been necessary. Yes the club have done the right thing but only after the uproar! What cannot be undone is the original decision and the thought process that led them to make it in the first place!!

    Imposible to contact #sky on any form, not even putting us on waiting list. They only respond on twitter to say "call by phone", which is impossible mission. in two days we will loose our internet connection because of @SkyUK poor customer service. We need a solution!

    Sky are the ******* worst. No reward for loyalty, new customers get everything. Leaving a cult is probably easier than downgrading your package with them. Nothing can be done online and no one ever answers the phone. Over 2 weeks getting nowhere. @SkyUK

    @SkyHelpTeam Hi, when do I receive my packages to return my sky q box and mini box. I’m not getting any help from sky and if I’m billed for the non-return sky equipment I will refuse to pay.

    @SkyHelpTeam That wasn't my question. The UHD feed loads up but looks like the resolution has been reduced. I would say it looks like 2560x1440 at the moment so in between. No HDR drop outs yesterday or today so wonder if they're testing a lower resolution?

    @SkySports Martin Tyler has had his day too drab not dynamic totally unexciting has obvious issues with Liverpool and I’m not a Liverpool fan Ian Darke is by far the premier commentator and should have had top priority as No 1 for years but you stick with your old fuddy duddy 🤨
