@SkyHelpTeam I’m sorry but your customer service is terrible. Surly making your customers wait over 20 min as a minimum each time they need to speak to someone is not right! Why can’t you invest in more staff to cut wait times? You charge people enough for your services.

@SkyHelpTeam Could you provide the link to run the line check please. We have had 2 engineer visits and both times have been confirmed that no issue is present with our home so the issue is outside of our premises and will most likely be at the exchange as multiple people advising issues.
