Landline phone not working at all during the 16 days and internet still very slow, sluggish, intermittent. No communication from Sky as to why it is taking so long to fix or when it will be fixed. #ridiculous

I just spent 30m to speak to someone in cust service who then transferred me to the Value Team - who aren’t working today! No explanation for why it took so long. And looking at latest bill the compensation for loss of service only covers two weeks
