    @SkyHelpTeam Stop it! You don't care! Yr product is faulty. I have tried the steps, phonecalls, new equipment and had people in but it is still rubbish. Used to be excellent but passed 7months has been awful. There is obviously a problem in the area! Stop blaming customers and fix it!

    @leonagraham @thesturge @SkyHelpTeam are just as bad. Randomly throughout the day cuts off my meetings online and TV but app says all is OK. Trying to blame the customer and not take responsibility for their shoddy service.

    @SkyUK are now charging me £80 a month for a basic @skytv and broadband package. I’ve tried to cancel on their website which is almost impossible. I’ve called the phone number they suggested and there is at least a 15 minute wait! I’m being mugged by #Murdoch!

    @SkyUK Is there any way at all that we can boost the WiFi signal at home. Nightmare with 3 kids home schooling and myself days working from home. 3 laptops and an iPad and the signal keeps dropping so kids dropping out of conferences calls it’s a nightmare

    @OpenreachHelp @SkyHelpTeam Please can someone help I’m a sky customer who has been without broadband for over 9 weeks. Sky team tell me it’s an openreach system fault with no confirmed resolution. Have to work from home which I can not do with no internet access #badservice

    @SkyHelpTeam Sky rang me last week offering mobile phones as a ‘Diamond VIP’ customer. Asked them to call back next day (fri) because I was too busy to go through options. So they arranged a 1 hour time to call back, then didn’t bother. Poor customer service yet again
