No explanation for why it took so long. Also, looking at latest bill the compensation for loss of service only covers two weeks.

I booked an engineer for a home move on the 4th November - a guy turned up on the 4th Dec and then left me. I’m still without TV and next appointment is 6th Jan. WIFI coverage will vary from house to house and walls naturally block wireless signals. You will also never get 1Gb speeds over WIFI but you will when you are hardwired with an Ethernet cable.
