Been on the phone with @virginmedia the level of customer service is ridiculous. Been on the phone for over an hour explaining I received I call on Friday from them about upgrading my tv broadband and phone. However I explained @SkyUK we’re doing a amazing Black Friday deal.

Waited a month for @SkyHelpTeam to come to fix Sky Q after it didn’t work 30 mins after original installation. Swapped the box, yet now have a ‘mode not supported’ message on my TV whenever I try to switch it on. Placed this order in August, haven’t been able to watch Sky TV yet

I was (and kinda still am) fully on board with the @primevideosport thing they’ve got going on however I’ve now discovered the downside... unfortunately the @SkyUK WiFi connection speeds/strength in my area are so atrociously bad that they make it so jittery it’s barely watchable

@SkyHelpTeam Our broadband was working fine this morning despite there being a problem elsewhere on South Wales. Now our broadband is down. Does that mean that the problem is getting worse? When will it be resolved? Do we need to do anything to the settings of the router?
