    @SkyUK are now charging me £80 a month for a basic @skytv and broadband package. I’ve tried to cancel on their website which is almost impossible. I’ve called the phone number they suggested and there is at least a 15 minute wait! I’m being mugged by #Murdoch!

    @SkyHelpTeam I’ve had a terrible support experience and Sky said they would take care of everything and they didn’t do anything apart from take my money and open an account. This is what they call good customer service. I would not recommend anyone opening account with Sky

    @SkyHelpTeam I have been without a satellite signal on my sky miniboxfor 3 days now. Tried calling Sky but no help given. made a complaint which is being ignored. contract will end in April and that's me and my family all finished with this unhelpful service. disgusting service

    @SkyHelpTeam Between you and openreach, you continue to fail to get my broadband working. Right now rather then sending messages to me about using my sky mobile data, you should give me unlimited data until you stop blaming each other and fix it.

You have to do all the running around, as departments don’t talk to each other and the incompetence of the company is shocking. All they allow you to do is constantly waste your own time chasing them and get passed around like sweets!!!
