    @SkyHelpTeam was supposed to have our broadband and sky talk activated yesterday. Engineer didn’t show up. Customer service couldn’t give me any information as @WeAreOpenreach only update them the day after they are supposed to complete the work. No information on our order

    @SkyHelpTeam Good morning, not sure what ‘in’ is but we’ve rang, emailed and attempted to use the website in order to deal with the issue. We haven’t been able to contact anyone directly who can assist us. Surely there’s a direct number to someone in the UK who is able to help sort this out?

    @Martin_Buhagiar @SkySports To be fair the worst commentary of the weekend came in the WBA v Brighton game, after Wellbecks penalty hit the post, he hit the rebound back at goal, the ref blew for a free kick. Lee Hendrie asked the commentator why , the commentator didn’t know either. Unbelievable.

    @SkyHelpTeam No call no reply no help as usual. Sky have never been so poor in service. Sky plus was better even when you had to call India to sort out problems. Your engineers set it up they need to sort problem.

    @SkyHelpTeam I’m afraid this is a poor excuse. Given the current climate as a result of the covid pandemic @SkyUK has had a year to figure out how to expedite their services to customers that are stranded and without wifi

    When I’ve have “no satellite signal’ for 3 days now and @SkyUK @SkyHelpTeam tells me the next available engineer is the TWENTY THIRD OF MARCH. If I receive a bill for those 4 weeks without TV there’s gonna be a problem 🙃

    @SkyHelpTeam I called again and asked for sky plus to be reinstalled. No answer yet. Sky insist it is our Wi-fi but when I cannot view on mini box I can watch on my I phone. I am very annoyed we pay for sky q and it’s unreliable used a lot of calories running up and down stairs resetting

    @SkyUK Nice idea, we don’t have Sky but even the smallest tv is too big for the space we could put it in so if this is in place of a box we will never have Sky on this basis.

    @SkyHelpTeam Any known broadband/talk issues reported in London SE11 Oval/Vauxhall. Landline number coming up disconnected when dialled. No broadband connection available. All home tests completed. Possible local BT issue? Thx.

    @SkyUK So you have to buy tv only 2 year warranty what happens when there’s a problem with tv? No multi room and a small tv if I bought my one over £90 far more expensive and don’t trust it what happens when Wi-Fi is down and apps are annoying as is their voice facility hardly ever work
