Xmas is around the corner, it’s bad enough not havin subtitles for Xmas cookery programmes. But those programmes were once on @GoodFoodChannel it had subtitles without fails esp throughout the Xmas season. @BritishSignBSL, subtitles is much needed for the deafs!

Not only did you terminate my broadband service a week early, we've waited 2wks for an engineer, only for him to arrive, say he's not comfortable drilling holes, insult my husband & then leave! Completely unacceptable!

Was told there was an issue where I live, Lowton, Wigan 01942 WA3, but on service update, outages are London. Guy on the phone says North, South, but that’s London and unclear. Can you help?
