    @aaliaaaliya If you can't see cricket in your hotel it means you are not staying in a four or five-star hotel who have @SkySports Secondly @ECB_cricket &local Cricket counties provide support at the grass root level to promote cricket.Locals do take an interest in their team but are not crazy

    @SkyHelpTeam I wanted to make my frustrations felt as your company is awe full, tel line down, Broadband up/down, standard message it could take up to 5 days, been with EE for nearly 3 years no issues at all, what’s going on sky, feel let down as my alarm keeps beeping even worse

    @SkyHelpTeam bloody ridiculas I've spent litterally hours on your FB trying to sort out a constant problem that's even effecting the movie channels now... You sent engineer to me Friday but problem isn't solved yet you expect me to pay for engineer and for my sky ..

    @SkyHelpTeam my wife has a new iPhone XR. We reset the password last night but she hasn’t been able to log in to her emails and the phone hasn’t downloaded any since 7am this morning. I’ve checked all the settings I can think of. Help!

    @Susie05683913 @SkyHelpTeam Stephanie @ Sky - use the app for around 15 seconds on any Windows 10 device and you'll see the issue immediately (try it!). If you even manage to get a connection after the 62 hours of updates pending, the audio ad at the start throws the audio 7-10 seconds out. Embarrassing 🙈

    @skyhelpteam sky mobile signal is the worst I’ve ever known, I’ll be heading back to vodafone as soon as I can. Continuously poor, I’m sat in a major city and only got 3G, nothing loads and when it does it’s slow!!! Pathetic service

    @SkyHelpTeam It's been going on for 3 months now Heather and we have decided to cancel. No one at Sky took ownership of our problem which is so disappointing. Call back promises were made but were not forthcoming. Customer service terrible. Shame as been a Sky customer for years.

    @SkyHelpTeam My lastest update was that it's openreach that's the problem due to no capacity and infrastructure but all external works should be completed by 29/8 (Bank Holiday Monday) before they go on strick on Tuesday and Wednesday
