So is there no way to access my Sky channels without paying double to get Now TV for a month? I was even told I can’t get a “break in service” refund as I don’t need an engineer call-out!

Now I read people saying those services also stop after a couple of days. Which is correct? I have broadband so no reason those should stop? Thanks

All morning I've been having really bad wifi connection with my Sky Broadband during my work morning and I'm having to do all my work calls on my mobile phone instead. It's rubbish! New contract was agreed and post agreement sky increased the prices. I have tried to call sky customer services serval times and keep been on hold and eventually getting disconnected. They suggested that I cast Sky Go to my TV but, whether by casting or HDMI, I get a message that “playback is not allowed on external displays” when I try to play anything. Help!
