.@SkyHelpTeam please can I have some help. I booked an engineer for a home move on the 4th November - a guy turned up on the 4th Dec and then left me. I’m still without TV and next appointment is 6th Jan. Wouldn’t mind so much but was told I’d get an earlier date

@SkyHelpTeam one of my Sky Glass Pucks won’t stay switched on despite turning off eco mode. Take forever to turn back on, sometimes doesn’t at all. When it does, says no wifi connection despite no issues with my router or any other devices. Have to switch off at wall and back on

@virginmedia We are transferring to @SkyUK. Should’ve been completed on March 27th. Virgin won’t port the number across and now without phone line or broadband. Worst customer service we’ve ever experienced. Porting order cancelled for the fifth time on Saturday.
