@SkyHelpTeam I’ve had a terrible support experience and Sky said they would take care of everything and they didn’t do anything apart from take my money and open an account. This is what they call good customer service. I would not recommend anyone opening account with Sky

HONESTLY @SkyHelpTeam I’ve called now 15 times and yet I cannot get anyone to help me with my broadband activation. I’m now out of internet for 3 working days and have had to pay £45 bundle to work from home because I wasn’t expecting this delay.

@CodeRainster @SkyHelpTeam My sky broadband is awful WiFi constantly drops out, struggle watching 4k content when kids are on their consoles, max speed I can get is 35mb in my street. I will be changing broadband providers in May now we've now got VM down the street. Can't fault their TV though.

@SkyHelpTeam Just had a call offering me free multiroom for 6 months and told I could cancel after this period, had seen a similar offer skyvip but with 18 month contract. When I asked about this she hung up! Feel like I was being mid-sold if I’m being honest!!
