Had #skyq for 4 months now , it has frozen everyday 2-3 times a day, ive rebooted it updated the software and taken it back to factory settings @SkyUK this shit is costing me £140 per month I’m going to cancel my subscription and throw the box out the window unless you help me

@DrPoults @SkyUK @SkyFootball Hi, I used this number 08001512747 it’s automated. When prompted tell them you want to cancel sky sports. They give you the option to pause. Took me five mins. Good luck.

@SkyHelpTeam No real box set really, we tried one from Sky Atlantic in HD and SD, same message, tried another from Channel 4, same message again, all about upgrading, ironically I can watch through Sky Go no issues, is there a way to check we are deffo subscribed- thanks

Rang @SkyUK to discuss staying with them but needed the cost to come down. Was offered a £5 discount and told I could leave if it wasn’t sufficient. 11 years I’ve been a customer, new customers are paying £26 a month for the same package! Any recommendations to switch to?

@SkyHelpTeam you telephone help team is shocking!!! I was on hold with one of you operatives who wasn't at all helpful. All I wanted was a quote for a new satellite dish and when I didn't want to upgrade my package he cut me off after I'd been on the phone for almost 1 hour!
