@SkyHelpTeam I've had internet dropouts for the past 3-4 days, up to 4 times per day, plus dropouts often in the last year. It nearly jeopardized my life changing doctors appointment held over zoom today, often times my giffgaff 4g mobile data is faster, I need a solution.

@SkyHelpTeam I was stunned by the persistance - calls every 20-30 minutes, different voices, manifestly not typical English and really fuzzy, amateurish connections. Despite saying I didn't believe they were from Sky, the calls kept coming. Some might take this as a genuine intent to help.
