Awful #CustomerService @SkyUK you managed to cut off my Sky. Engineer attended to update SkyQ,failed due to council regulations, told throw away Q card keep old one(3 months ago).Today viewing card error, as I had not installed new viewing card to Old system.3 days wait new card

I’ve spent the last couple of hours resetting routers, switching everything on and off and swapping HDMI cables! 30 secs on Twitter and now I know sky broadband is down! Come on @SkyHelpTeam has there been a nuclear strike or something? I’m been driven to gin drinking!

@SkyHelpTeam Hi I switched over to SkyQ on 24 Jan and since then it's barely worked. Disney+ won't load, Netflix shows a spinning wheel. Catch up says no internet but settings say its all ok. Can I switch back? I just want to watch TV with no issues 😡

@SkyHelpTeam problem on my Sky Q box - under Purchases there are 6 blank boxes of Suits seasons which if I select the blank box, it crashes the skyQ box and I have to power off/on to reset it. How can I remove these 6 corrupted purchases ?
