@kaye09 @SkyHelpTeam It has not corrected since the clocks changed on the weekend. I have an older Sky box… I guess they want us to upgrade 🙄🙄 shame to confuse people especially any elderly . They need to address the issue

@SkyHelpTeam Good Evening, Review day was today. Openreach haven’t prioritised our broadband/phone line to fix it. We’ve been without our service since 1/4/22. We still have no date for it to be fixed. Nothing done to remedy this. What are @Ofcom ‘s suggestions?
