Steve Smith - Broke Britannia (@BrokeBritannia) reported@SkyUK's broadband department gets a lot of flack on Twitter but I have to say their service is pretty good sometimes. At lunchtime, I reported a line issue and by 7pm an Openreach engineer had been round and fixed the issue! Very impressive.
