    @SkyUK told engineer would call an hour before arriving and now told (after no phone call) that it is a customer no show as he visited abd didn’t call. Now need to wait two weeks and take another day off work!! Terrible service!!

    @SkyHelpTeam so I spoke to someone at broadband who can only tell me there’s an outage in my area 5 days of not being able to work from home is not good they advised to contact Openreach they say speak to u, possible to get any answers on this issue! frustration is setting in.

    @SkyHelpTeam when you’ve been without broadband for over 4 days I don’t think an automated message saying you’re aware of the problem and you’ll send a text when it’s working is appropriate customer service, or is it?

    Never had a problem with @SkyUK but when I’m out of contract and @virginmedia could give me a better deal, of course I am going to switch. What I don’t like is how unprofessional the sky agent was about the fact I was switching to Virgin ... NOT NEEDED 🤬

    @SkyHelpTeam Yes most people are stupid and can't think for themselves and sadly you can't fix stupid. So put it on, on default and then put a setting to turn It off in the installer menu where only the smart people will find it!

    @SkyHelpTeam I have had intermittent internet for over a week now. I called customer service and an engineer has been booked for 29th December. My daughter and myself both trying to work from home and it is impossible. Sky Q keeps losing its connection. Cannot even watch TV!

    @SkyHelpTeam hi currently in Scarborough and have three mobiles with very slow Data and internet on Sky Q hub down since this morning. Samsung mobile with dual SIM. I Switched Data to vodafone and all ok. Is the outage in Scarborough linked to 4G also and any update on when fixed

    @SkyHelpTeam Don’t get me started on that one! Our Royal Mail office does not issue receipts for pre paid postage as a tracking number is already generated by Sky. Funny we went back to check, even he confirmed Sky are a pain in the arse! My thoughts exactly.
