@SkyHelpTeam I’ve had a terrible support experience and Sky said they would take care of everything and they didn’t do anything apart from take my money and open an account. This is what they call good customer service. I would not recommend anyone opening account with Sky

@SkyUK appalling customer service. My upgrade to fibre has left me with no broadband after your engineer cut the copper and the fibre isn’t and hasn’t worked. I rely on broadband as I work from home and there has been no response or update from sky.
