@SkyHelpTeam I am in London N31QN and both our Sky mobiles have stopped working in the last half hour. I can see a 3G signal but no 4G and cannot make calls, send messages or get online. Wi-Fi calling also does not work. Are you aware of this issue? Thanks.

@SkyUK Never mind IPod. Can’t believe after at least 30 years loyalty (this contract 13 years) I’m reviving a notice my sky box won’t be supported without an offer of an upgrade to the sky Q box. Why should loyal customers not be upgraded for free? No option but to switch!

@SkyHelpTeam No was told the works in the area were due to finish at 10pm on 11th May so hung on for that, but still having issues today with wifi working intermittently. Unable to call as phone service is even worse than the wifi. We’re in BL6 area.
