    @SkyUK leaving their customers waiting and waiting and rescheduling and rescheduling and finally a call - be there in 20 minutes ! Next thing to arrive is a text rescheduling yet again for another day ! What a shocking service

    @Victoria__Wai @virginmedia @ThreeUK @SkyUK Yes I was with BT at my last house but when moved no phone line and as under lockdown no engineer could come so had to go Virgin but last 5 weeks...apparently fibre but speed is appalling and then today! Never again

    @SkyHelpTeam It just says line is slower than normal. But as I said it drops every 2 mins. Been bad for months but never like this. Was told months ago there was a fault but at the exchange & someone would fix it. They never did & now it's just unusable

    @SkyUK are you ever going fix the @SpotifyUK app for Sky Q or are you going to just allow it to freeze and crash the box after about 3 songs forever? It’s been like this for about 12 months at least. I keep trying in the hope you might have sorted it but still nothing.

    @SkyUK hey, appreciate you're busy and helping specific groups but I have a problem that can't be fixed online(or can't find a fix) new sign up, but I have a very old sky id. Can't add new account details to existing sky id. Only have one email account to create a sky id

    Absolutely appalled with the service of @SkyUK ! Waited twice for an engineer and today they had the courtesy of calling me saying they were on their way only to then send a text rescheduling 40 mins later for 2 days time ! @SkyUK I am completely let down by your service

    @SkyHelpTeam I've tried all that and it doesnt give a telephone number. It says the weather is making it slow but it's not slow it keeps dropping completely every 2 mins and is impossible to use! Pls help

    @SkyHelpTeam moving into a temporary accommodation tomorrow, I am moving my TV, Phone and Internet service with me, unfortunately I have been told it will be another 2 and a half weeks before internet is installed, is there any option of getting round this or doing sooner?

    @SkyUK need to buy a new Sky+ HD remote from sky website, states online shop is temp closed & gives phons number. Tried calling & it’s predominately for those with sky issues; I don’t want to tie up the phone line or an adviser; when is the online shop likely to be back online?
