@SkyHelpTeam Please help with an issue for my Uncle. He’s reliant on Video Calls to Doctors after Chemo due to Covid. He has been informed to wait till next week. SkyQ box showing Orange light, Cables replaced, device restarted. I’ll follow up with a call tomorrow morning.

So my Sky Internet has been down for 6 days @SkyUK Sky Engineer could not fix it. BT Open Reach Engineer could not fix it. An ongoing problem they said. So just ongoing is it going to be? How am I supposed to work with no Internet? #skyinternetdown

@SkyHelpTeam Stop it! You don't care! Yr product is faulty. I have tried the steps, phonecalls, new equipment and had people in but it is still rubbish. Used to be excellent but passed 7months has been awful. There is obviously a problem in the area! Stop blaming customers and fix it!

@SkyUK 25yrs a Sky Customer. Added charges for channels I never asked for or wanted. You make it almost impossible to cancel a subscription. And then delay it for 2 months of payments for "security reasons". @Sky are Gangsters
