Why is @SkyHelpTeam Broadband so poor. Every night there is a problem. Dont even bother with WiFi but can’t access Netflix and when I can it buffers. Costs a bomb too. Pony. Need a change.

@benjamincfc_ @skytv @SkyHelpTeam His box has been getting a configuration message since yesterday - tried to reboot while I was on the phone. Tried taking the card out, none of it works.....box is still showing no picture but no message of no satellite signal

Was just about to leave @SkyUK as the broadband was too slow. They upgraded me to superfast broadband which should have been done by today and they have now advised that it will be another week. Great way to treat your customers #angry #skybroadband

@SkyUK what rubbish. Attempting to cancel my subscription after years of poor TV signal and get the recorded message ‘we’re closed. Please call back between 8:30am and 8:00pm’... note that the time for this was at 7:50pm.

@SkyHelpTeam The screen has has a message since yesterday “your box is initialising, please return back in the future” - now saying they HD box is not getting a satellite signal - I need someone to call him to sort this out

@benired @SkyHelpTeam It essentially comes down to your TV Ben. HDR requires really high peak brightness and if your TV can't reach the heights, it'll appear dull. Watching with 2160p 8-bit means you'll still see UHD but the HDR aspect will be removed. In your case, it'll be a better experience.

@SkySports £18 a month equates to £216 a year! Better things to spend our money on. What happened to tennis, gone but subscriptions remained the same. Fox has gone, no reduction in subscription. Tonight watched iPlayer, Amazon Prime and ITV. Nothing on Sky. Films rubbish. Bad.
