Lee Hendrie asked the commentator why , the commentator didn’t know either. Unbelievable.

I booked an engineer for a home move on the 4th November - a guy turned up on the 4th Dec and then left me. I’m still without TV and next appointment is 6th Jan. The phone line is just dead and internet extremely intermittent. They said there is an outage in my localized area and it would be fixed by Friday but I'm still waiting.

No explanation for why it took so long. Also, looking at latest bill the compensation for loss of service only covers two weeks.
