@SkyHelpTeam No B/band since 30th, team say system won’t let them book engineer ‘because it’s an outage’. Know this is resolvable because engineer visited neighbour on 31st - fixed in 5 mins flicking switch on the road.

@SkyHelpTeam I connect it straight to the puck with the Ethernet cable and it can’t find a connection. Google support said something in the modem is blocking it and suggested bridge mode or DMZ but you’re saying it won’t support this??

@SkyHelpTeam just enquired about adding broadband to my package and was quoted higher than you are showing online despite supposedly being a VIP having been with you for 8 1/2 years. Then came down to the normal price but if I build my package on line I can get it for £15 cheaper
