That was three weeks ago and the outage is still present three weeks later. Someone in my road later said were then told it would be fixed by 02/09 but that hasn't happened either.

No explanation for why it took so long. Also, looking at latest bill the compensation for loss of service only covers two weeks.

Lee Hendrie asked the commentator why , the commentator didn’t know either. Unbelievable.

They need a total clean out of presenters, commentators & media personnel as well as a new production approach, it is ludicrous.
