That was three weeks ago and the outage is still present three weeks later. Someone in my road later said were then told it would be fixed by 02/09 but that hasn't happened either.

Sky insist it is our Wi-fi but when I cannot view on mini box I can watch on my I phone. You said sorry if I feel let down, but no offer to fix the problem. Appalling.
