The phone line is just dead and internet extremely intermittent. They said there is an outage in my localized area and it would be fixed by Friday but I'm still waiting.

Landline phone not working at all during the 16 days and internet still very slow, sluggish, intermittent. No explanation from Sky for why it took so long. Looking at latest bill the loss of service compensation covers only two weeks.
