No explanation from Sky for why it took so long. Looking at latest bill, loss of service compensation covers only two weeks.

I booked an engineer for a home move on the 4th November - a guy turned up on the 4th Dec and then left me. I’m still without TV and next appointment is 6th Jan. Instead of telling us all to check your service checker website, could you get someone to fix it? It was 7 hours last Tues. It would be great to be slightly quicker this time.

The internet has gone from slow intermittent to not working at all, in addition to the three weeks dead landline phone. I am going to switch provider if you don't fix this very soon. #disgrace

Also, when I left Sky, they eventually offered the sports package at £20 pm for me to stay, but I had other issues with them, so was leaving whatever they offered.
