Landline phone not working at all during the 16 days and internet still very slow, sluggish, intermittent. The phone line is just dead and internet extremely intermittent. They said there is an outage in my localized area and it would be fixed by Friday but I'm still waiting.

No explanation for why it took so long. And looking at latest bill the compensation for loss of service only covers two weeks
