    @leonagraham @thesturge @SkyHelpTeam are just as bad. Randomly throughout the day cuts off my meetings online and TV but app says all is OK. Trying to blame the customer and not take responsibility for their shoddy service.

    @SkyHelpTeam Stop it! You don't care! Yr product is faulty. I have tried the steps, phonecalls, new equipment and had people in but it is still rubbish. Used to be excellent but passed 7months has been awful. There is obviously a problem in the area! Stop blaming customers and fix it!

    @SkyUK are now charging me £80 a month for a basic @skytv and broadband package. I’ve tried to cancel on their website which is almost impossible. I’ve called the phone number they suggested and there is at least a 15 minute wait! I’m being mugged by #Murdoch!

    @sophb66 @GeoffUK2 @SkyHelpTeam costs a fortune? they are all 03 numbers so unless you are living in 2007 and don't have unlimited minutes its free to call them. whats hilarious is you fail to understand that the help they point you to is verbatim what the phone agents and engineers use

    @sophb66 @SkyHelpTeam Its not Sky's to fix, the app is created and maintained by Disney themselves and it was an update Disney pushed out that has caused the issue. You can fix it by refreshing your apps through the hidden settings and has nothing to do with Sky, which you may struggle with

    @SkyHelpTeam Currently, the Service Checker said there's an outage in the local area but less than an hour ago the issue was with my Router and I was able to book an engineer. Something needs to be investigated urgently between you and Openreach.

    @SkyUK Don’t waste your money. I got the top broadband from sky and it lag like ****. And as for the tv same old **** all the time. That’s why I cancelled all my sky last week. 🤬😡
