    @SkyHelpTeam since December my bill has risen by £21 a month! Been charged for sky sports each month 😞 want to speak to someone and queues on phone are huge. Not good! Can’t even cancel subs online. #help

    @SkyHelpTeam The telephone number doesn’t connect to a person, it’s a recording telling me to check my connection. I need Sky to contact OpenReach so an engineer can fix this

    @breffski @O2 Ngl, I thought it would be ****, but the best decision I’ve ever made was switching to @SkyUK for my contract. price is decent, signal is great here and their customer service was great when I had an issue. It’s defiantly not your first thought but for me it was a great decision

    @SkyHelpTeam I got one response that didn’t answer the question and then nothing else. Sadly I will have to call tomorrow and block up the lines that should be for key workers. It will be to cancel.

    @SkyHelpTeam @SOTONYE_ It would be useful if you updated that page, as multiple people have said. It's been a while now, and that page reports no issues, which is clearly not the case.

    @SkyHelpTeam can you check if there is an issue in our area… switched to Sky Glass a month ago and had 3 issues where the internet has gone off, so I loose everything. Cannot remember this happening before switching to Glass post code is SR8 5

    @SkyHelpTeam Like every other Sky agent that guy lied through his teeth. I asked for a manager and he said this was not possible. Last week I ask another agent just like him and I get straight through to a manager. Please add this to my complaint.
