The internet has gone from slow intermittent to not working at all, in addition to the three weeks dead landline phone. I am going to switch provider if you don't fix this very soon. #disgrace

MG (@arnau99999) reported from Walthamstow, England@SkyHelpTeam @SkyHelpTeam Finally the outage has been fixed but it took 31 days for the internet to be fixed and 36 days for the phone service to get back working. No explanation from Sky for why it took so long. Looking at latest bill the loss of service compensation covers only two weeks.
