The phone line is just dead and internet extremely intermittent. They said there is an outage in my localized area and it would be fixed by Friday but I'm still waiting.

I booked an engineer for a home move on the 4th November - a guy turned up on the 4th Dec and then left me. I’m still without TV and next appointment is 6th Jan. Lee Hendrie asked the commentator why , the commentator didn’t know either. Unbelievable.

Sky insist it is our Wi-fi but when I cannot view on mini box I can watch on my I phone. No explanation for why it took so long. And looking at latest bill the compensation for loss of service only covers two weeks

The internet has gone from slow intermittent to not working at all, in addition to the three weeks dead landline phone. I am going to switch provider if you don't fix this very soon. #disgrace

That was three weeks ago and the outage is still present three weeks later. Someone in my road later said were then told it would be fixed by 02/09 but that hasn't happened either.
