@SkyHelpTeam my optic fibre internet has gone down again, how is it living in London paying top whack for my internet and I have so many outages. Sky haven’t sorted this out and I’m totally fed up. Pay for extra tv in bedroom can’t even watch bbc as no internet! #annoyed #rubbish

Do you know if there is going to be an audio update to allow “proper” surround sound? Just seems a shame that the Prime, Netflix and AppleTV apps don’t have this issue

@SkyHelpTeam Hi Emma. This is a physical issue with the @paramountplus app when using SkyQ. As I mentioned before there is no issue with any other app. I have a non Atmos surround setup and it is setup correctly. Is there a way that this issue can be looked into by the tech team?

Has anyone else experienced an issue with Sky for tv app suddenly not working on PS4? If so, how did you fix it? I have the correct package and have enough storage on my PS4. I've uninstalled and reinstalled so many times. Yet the app still won't work. @SkyHelpTeam #Sky

@extravelservice @SkyUK It’s a sky streaming only service Locked into Sky better off getting a smartTV . Look at BT TV £6 a month for Sky entertainment Netflix and freeview. And record 600 hours all without an aerial or dish.
