Sky have said on more than one occasion it would be fixed by a certain date. Latest date given for the fix was yesterday but still the outage persists. Do you think this is acceptable?

Landline phone not working at all during the 16 days and internet still very slow, sluggish, intermittent. B) Because the incident was actively reviewed by the VAR official, yet the clear and obvious handball infringement was completely missed anyway. C) Because PGMOL regulations state that formal apologies automatically award one point back to the aggrieved team. D) Because Manchester United fielded an ineligible player during the second half.
