So my Sky Internet has been down for 6 days @SkyUK Sky Engineer could not fix it. BT Open Reach Engineer could not fix it. An ongoing problem they said. So just ongoing is it going to be? How am I supposed to work with no Internet? #skyinternetdown

@SkyHelpTeam It's by an outage but honestly what I'm looking for is more detail. When the outage is this large and affecting this many people you should be able to tell your customers more than just sit tight. Especially when so many of us work from home. Two working days to fix the problem?!
