@SkyHelpTeam I connect it straight to the puck with the Ethernet cable and it can’t find a connection. Google support said something in the modem is blocking it and suggested bridge mode or DMZ but you’re saying it won’t support this??

@SkyHelpTeam No B/band since 30th, team say system won’t let them book engineer ‘because it’s an outage’. Know this is resolvable because engineer visited neighbour on 31st - fixed in 5 mins flicking switch on the road.

@JakeHepple1 @SkySports If it was up to me I would cancel Sky Sports. My husband likes to watch though and even although he complains about taking the knee and rainbow laces he puts up with it. I used to love watching the football, but I just can’t stand BLM being mentioned every few minutes.
