Interesting now #ScotsLouise from @SkyUK has broken news that my 88yrold aunt can’t get landline until the 17th March, even though order has now finally been placed, @SkyHelpTeam have gone very quiet! I’m sure @OfCom will want to know she will be without landline a whole month!

@SkyUK what rubbish. Attempting to cancel my subscription after years of poor TV signal and get the recorded message ‘we’re closed. Please call back between 8:30am and 8:00pm’... note that the time for this was at 7:50pm.

Why is @SkyHelpTeam Broadband so poor. Every night there is a problem. Dont even bother with WiFi but can’t access Netflix and when I can it buffers. Costs a bomb too. Pony. Need a change.

@virginmedia Interesting when you get disconnected the moment you tell the agent the deal to stay with you as a loyal customer is way higher then new customers and £20 a month more than @SkyUK Especially when your charging me per minute to call you as you never fixed my landline

@SkyUK Sky high prices for loyal customer and deals for new customers. As for the loyalty comps I don’t know anyone that’s won anything more than a free book. Think you will gain a few customers but will lose a lot more. Always been loyal but now having serious thoughts bout leaving.
