    @SkyHelpTeam very disappointed with sky never had a problem with them now I have a problem there ******* me about my phone line has been knocked off on the box on my landing I told them this but yet you want to run a line test that of course will fail

    @SkyHelpTeam We are currently in the throes of giving up what we see as a decent sky bill Please check our account I hope you ,in fact you will see we are a valued customer We have had no sky since before Covid Your response to our appeals has been utterly miserable it

    @SkyHelpTeam I had new WiFi/sky q/router installed today. Now Dyson and Sonos products aren’t reconnecting to the WiFi - the WiFi is otherwise working. Could it be a router problem? Thanks.

    @SkySports How would that strengthen it , he makes too many mistakes , it’s like Arsenal’s signing of David Luiz to solve defensive issues , Luiz going there created even more issues .

    @SkyUK told engineer would call an hour before arriving and now told (after no phone call) that it is a customer no show as he visited abd didn’t call. Now need to wait two weeks and take another day off work!! Terrible service!!

    @SkyHelpTeam Stop directing me to something that does not work.. I have upgraded my Internet but the problem still persist. Please send an engineer to sort this out. I cannot be paying £92 per month for a service I hardly enjoy. It is a massive rip-off

    @SkySports the commentators keep apologising for bad language we might hear. But the ‘offenders’ are the managers and subs etc. Why not just tell them beforehand to try to stop swearing ?

    @Cov_Noa @SkyHelpTeam Don’t blame you Lee - I’ve been persevering on the ongoing promises from @SkyHelpTeam that these problems will be fixed through software updates but after a month of waiting and the same crap service, I’m at boiling point with them. It’s an abysmal product.

    @Cov_Noa @SkyHelpTeam Our Sky broadband was deteriorating before Glass. We upgraded to Sky Boost and moved from Q to glass on the advice and promises by @SkyHelpTeam that would resolve the issues but we’ve had constant interruptions in wifi service the last week. Sky service is abysmal these days.

    @kenzo0873 @SkyHelpTeam During one half of football tonight on #skysports I have lost sound. Lost picture. Programme restarted twice had sound from another programme its froze 4 times ! Can’t wait to get rid. If Only I can get hold of @SkyHelpTeam to cancel !! Living with #skyglass
