    @SkySports @BBCSport @btsport until you stop interviewing celebrities outside etc, ppl won’t take #COVIDー19 seriously. Your interviews shud b via Skype etc. Pls use the tech. Ppl think if a footballer can talk from outside on TV, then it’s not so bad. But it is, is horrendous.

    @SkyUK Stopping customers from cancelling sport’s subscription by not allowing u 2 cancel online and having to wait over an hour to speak to a member of staff, so u give up..disgusting

    Had #skyq for 4 months now , it has frozen everyday 2-3 times a day, ive rebooted it updated the software and taken it back to factory settings @SkyUK this shit is costing me £140 per month I’m going to cancel my subscription and throw the box out the window unless you help me

    @DrPoults @SkyUK @SkyFootball Hi, I used this number 08001512747 it’s automated. When prompted tell them you want to cancel sky sports. They give you the option to pause. Took me five mins. Good luck.

    @SkyUK can you contact me please with regards to my very slow connection, you have put the price up a month but my broadband is as slower as ever. Please rectify this or I’m cancelling it. I’ve checked the connection and speed in the area it’s all good.

    @SkyHelpTeam my internet has been down since at least 6am. No way to obtain an update from you as to when this may be resolved. Phone line just referred to this page which is no help at all. Not good enough service when reliant on broadband connection for work.

    @das2112a @SkyHelpTeam We’ve got the same issue in the Norwich area, no time frame for fix, last month we went 2 weeks with no internet, in December again no internet due to a fault and they’re no help on compensation either

    @SkyHelpTeam Have done this, i keep telling people that. There is no new info. Why cant anyone tell us whats going on? This is hopeless. I have a serious feeling no engineers have been set on this job as 2vworking days, no fix, no answers is beyond a joke. Utterly hopless
