That was three weeks ago and the outage is still present three weeks later. Someone in my road later said were then told it would be fixed by 02/09 but that hasn't happened either.

Unfortunately the Kane deal was never going to happen because of Levy. I’d be more happy if we get Haaland next summer as he is a better long term prospect

I booked an engineer for a home move on the 4th November - a guy turned up on the 4th Dec and then left me. I’m still without TV and next appointment is 6th Jan. They'll try and say oh it's a mistake and we've resolved it so there's no need for the SAR but make sure you get that recording regardless. Then hammer the bastards.

Make sure you ring the cancellation people, they will be UK based and will be helpful. You have 14 days to cancel and they'll try to keep you but you can cancel if all else fails.

I called back and demanded to speak to someone in the UK (they have a call ctr in Scotland). The guy was v helpful and easy to understand. Got my bill down by over £45 a month. Moral of story, demand to speak to a brit!
