@SkyHelpTeam my optic fibre internet has gone down again, how is it living in London paying top whack for my internet and I have so many outages. Sky haven’t sorted this out and I’m totally fed up. Pay for extra tv in bedroom can’t even watch bbc as no internet! #annoyed #rubbish

@SkyUK I can't be doing with sky anymore.. had satellite issues for past month.. and just ended up with a rude person at end of phn who refused to think it was box or dish.. and paid for a movie and dvd over a month ago and still no dvd yet I got charged for it.. going elsewhere I think

@BBCWatchdog been without the internet for over a week. @SkyHelpTeam have been very unhelpful, giving wrong info, telling us an engineer was booked, the said engineer was never booked, I stayed in all day waiting for the unbooked engineer. Engineer finally turned up
