    @SkySports is anti-spurs. There is no point in listening to the in-studio commentators. I had listened to them when Spurs played Utd, Burnley and now Palace. It is the same crap. Why am I paying for this ****? I suggest people change channels when they are on. #COYS #THFC.

    @SkyHelpTeam was supposed to have our broadband and sky talk activated yesterday. Engineer didn’t show up. Customer service couldn’t give me any information as @WeAreOpenreach only update them the day after they are supposed to complete the work. No information on our order

    @PetetheSpur @SkyHelpTeam You should **** em off mate. Worst broadband provider I’ve ever used. I’m paying top dollar now for 1Gbps broadband from Virgin but it’s worth it.

    @SkyHelpTeam I called again and asked for sky plus to be reinstalled. No answer yet. Sky insist it is our Wi-fi but when I cannot view on mini box I can watch on my I phone. I am very annoyed we pay for sky q and it’s unreliable used a lot of calories running up and down stairs resetting

    @Martin_Buhagiar @SkySports To be fair the worst commentary of the weekend came in the WBA v Brighton game, after Wellbecks penalty hit the post, he hit the rebound back at goal, the ref blew for a free kick. Lee Hendrie asked the commentator why , the commentator didn’t know either. Unbelievable.

    @sihiggins1985 @SkyUK @netflix I’ve already called themThey couldn’t take it off my bill then had the audacity to ask to rate them over the phone out of 10. Not fair on the advisor, not fair to the customer to be asked in person on the spot!Said they couldn’t remove that fee or the equivalent amount off bill x

    @SkyHelpTeam No call no reply no help as usual. Sky have never been so poor in service. Sky plus was better even when you had to call India to sort out problems. Your engineers set it up they need to sort problem.

    @SkyHelpTeam I spoke to Sky on 8March to raise issue with overpayment on my direct debit. Caller said her manager would look into it and call me back on 10March yet no call and now on 11March get email saying my complaint has been closed. What?!?! No email address to respond to?!

    Horrific customer care by @SkyUK regarding broadband contract renewal. They claim their virtual assistant can be super useful but it's dumb as f***. Then I called them, waited 30 minutes, then got transferred multiple times and waited more before they said they can't help me.

    When I’ve have “no satellite signal’ for 3 days now and @SkyUK @SkyHelpTeam tells me the next available engineer is the TWENTY THIRD OF MARCH. If I receive a bill for those 4 weeks without TV there’s gonna be a problem 🙃

    Moved in over a week ago and @SkyUK say it’s still going to be another 7-10 working days before we get wifi- shocking service as new customers who are now having to spend a fortune hot spotting data working from home. Calling @virginmedia today.

    @SkyHelpTeam Not good enough! This isn’t the price we agreed when I renewed my contract with you. You should honour the price that was agreed. I don’t really care for the reason. You will lose a lot of customers. I’ve been a customer for 9 years and that means nothing to you!

    @SkyHelpTeam That's kind of missing my point, "why does the automated system bother asking why people want to cancel if the team is closed" is more my message with this, and therefore (if Karen mode is active) you could argue that sky have had the legal declaration to cancel

    @SkyHelpTeam Thought so but It's odd then once the automated system has ID and V'ed me, knows what I want to cancel, and then the reason why, it says the team is closed, why bother asking why if the department is closed?

    @AislinnClarke @SkyUK Go to the Ombusdsman. It was the only way I got an issue solved to my satisfaction a couple of years ago. Sky really are atrocious at customer service unless you are going to upgrade your package or extend your contract.

    @SkyHelpTeam I've come to the conclusion that Sky is mad. Attempted to buy Sky Glass twice - once outright, the second time by instalments. Orders went through fine, then I receive a cancellation email <10 minutes later. It's never been so difficult to place a flipping order.

    @SkyHelpTeam Constantly dropping the network. Have to reset connection every time. It fails to connect at the WPS stage about 7/10 times and the box and router are in same room. When it does connect, usually stays connected for a couple of hours then drops out at some point. No error code.
