@SkyHelpTeam No B/band since 30th, team say system won’t let them book engineer ‘because it’s an outage’. Know this is resolvable because engineer visited neighbour on 31st - fixed in 5 mins flicking switch on the road.

@SkyHelpTeam I connect it straight to the puck with the Ethernet cable and it can’t find a connection. Google support said something in the modem is blocking it and suggested bridge mode or DMZ but you’re saying it won’t support this??

@SkySports When you are at the top, the only way is down folks.. the team needs to reinvent and it's a process longer than patching... 3 years is a longtime at the top. City experienced the same.... and will take them a couple or so years to get back to their peak...

@SkyHelpTeam TBF, sounds like an issue I dealt with when at sky moons ago when a fault in Edinburgh caused a cascade more or less down the east coast of the country, all the way to Leeds if memory serves. & TBF, this shitty weather won't be helping...took a couple of days..soz, not helping.
