@SkyHelpTeam I waited in all day yesterday for an engineer to come and install my sky TV between 8-5pm and they did not bother to show up. And no one contacted us to notify us. Absolutely disgraceful service.

@SkyHelpTeam help needed, I'm having constant AV sync issues with new sky uhd box. I've tried everything, box settings,TV settings, soundbar settings. Old box was fine. I'm experiencing frequent micro audio drop outs too, even when playing on TV speakers.

@SkyHelpTeam £15 to book engineer, then £25 to cancel, once we managed to find the page that let us check whether there was a network fault (there was). 30mins on the phone to talk about the charges- hopefully sorted now
