I booked an engineer for a home move on the 4th November - a guy turned up on the 4th Dec and then left me. I’m still without TV and next appointment is 6th Jan. This is what they call good customer service. I would not recommend anyone opening account with Sky

That was three weeks ago and the outage is still present three weeks later. Someone in my road later said were then told it would be fixed by 02/09 but that hasn't happened either.
