@SkyUK broadband intermittently dropping connection. Your support tell me it’s due to number of wi fi devices connnected. When I was with @bt_uk this was not an issue. Sky support tell me I have to pay £300 cancellation fee to leave Sky!

I think it's pathetic and indicative of the way the media and in particular the way @SkySports view our game in Scotland. One of the biggest derbies on today, Hearts vs Hibs + on the SkyGo App, under sports this game is way down the list. F1 racing is before it. Sad but expected.

@SkyUK yet again we have another “outage” 2 weeks on the trot. Last time it went on for 2 days. Can’t speak to anyone at Sky & no contact from Sky and no mention of a refund. You really are the worst company for customer service.
