    Sky are the ******* worst. No reward for loyalty, new customers get everything. Leaving a cult is probably easier than downgrading your package with them. Nothing can be done online and no one ever answers the phone. Over 2 weeks getting nowhere. @SkyUK

    @SkyHelpTeam hey guys. TV service hasn't worked for all of lockdown. Cant call and to be honest wanted to cancel as it's a cost I can live without right now. No way to cancel however (no call centres open and no self serve). Advise me on how to cancel this (I'm out of contract)

    Seeing as @skytv won’t answer phones or online chat. Last time I phoned their 0344 number I got charged £15 whilst on hold to them. I’ve cancelled the DD and will consider them to have broken their own T&C’s. Feel free to call me @SkyHelpTeam.
