@SkyUK I’m a bit disappointed, I was waiting for a call back the other day and it never happened. Arranged an engineer as a last resort when I really want to leave completely, but got taught into it. Was promised they would look into a better date/shorter time, didn’t hear back.

@virginmedia Interesting when you get disconnected the moment you tell the agent the deal to stay with you as a loyal customer is way higher then new customers and £20 a month more than @SkyUK Especially when your charging me per minute to call you as you never fixed my landline

@SkyUK what rubbish. Attempting to cancel my subscription after years of poor TV signal and get the recorded message ‘we’re closed. Please call back between 8:30am and 8:00pm’... note that the time for this was at 7:50pm.

Was just about to leave @SkyUK as the broadband was too slow. They upgraded me to superfast broadband which should have been done by today and they have now advised that it will be another week. Great way to treat your customers #angry #skybroadband

@SkySports why o why do you have to sit through 30 sec adverts to watch a 30 sec clip, and then another 30 sec advert that you can’t shut down on mobile? 100% of users shut the app in the second advert. When user experience is rated lower than revenue it’s a shame.

@SkyUK you delayed my broadband service for weeks, messed up my order repeatedly, so I cancelled and went with another provider but yet my itder has not been cancelled. I don’t have another 45 minutes to waste on hold - please sort this now and sort out your customer service.

Does anyone have a fix for @HiveHomeUK not connecting to @SkyHelpTeam broadband please? Seems I’m not the only one and I have to wait 72 hours for someone to call me from @HiveHelper. Have tried all of the troubleshooting and nothing works.

@SkyHelpTeam my broadband is horrendously slow and is impacting on my homeworking. I opted to pay more for quicker broadband. Now I'm being expected to pay £6 for a phonecall to get you to fix it the problem. It's ridiculous.
