@SkyHelpTeam what are we supposed to do if we have an issue before 8.30am. My husband has to start work at 7am and he can’t get logged in as we can not get an internet service . Since we joined Sky broadband we have had nothing but issues and it’s so frustrating .

@SkyUK want to sign up to your tv and broadband package as I’ve moved was a long standing virgin customer ... but it seems you don’t want new business saying I’m an existing customer (which I’m not) and no response on multiple messages on FB and chat won’t load ...

@SkyHelpTeam For the same reason as I outlined in my first tweet. I have called the sales team twice and both times there were ‘technical issues’, both told me to call customer services because you don’t have the facilities to arrange a call back, I give up with sky.
