SKY Q SERVICE, BEWARE !! Horrible, Moved to new build house with fibre optic, ordered SkyQ had nothing but problems, interference and bad picture, sky & fibre eng have visited numerous occasions. 8 weeks still not working. Do not get SkyQ with fibre broadband!! @SkyHelpTeam

@SkyUK broadband intermittently dropping connection. Your support tell me it’s due to number of wi fi devices connnected. When I was with @bt_uk this was not an issue. Sky support tell me I have to pay £300 cancellation fee to leave Sky!

I’ve just had to pirate the F1 qualifying on YouTube because it’s not available on Sky Glass at 23:15 - eight hours after the session started. I had it added to my playlist but it’s not there. Can you remind me why I pay you @SkyHelpTeam? This is a travesty of a service.

@SkyHelpTeam Sky Q TV box disconnects from WiFi constantly. The access point is literally 2 feet away from it. Connecting via Ethernet causes ping spikes and packet loss for every single device on the network for some reason, similar to SSDP floods from Q160.

@SkySports No complaints, best team (by far) won. England looked one-paced (slow) and lacking in power. A lot to sort out in not much time. If Manu is out, still a hard running 12. Marchant now our best 13. Furball - so far out of his depth, got away with a couple of ****-ups, but not all.
