  • bradylady1986 Lee Brady (@bradylady1986) reported from Merton, England

@SkyUK what rubbish. Attempting to cancel my subscription after years of poor TV signal and get the recorded message ‘we’re closed. Please call back between 8:30am and 8:00pm’... note that the time for this was at 7:50pm.

  • JamesGemmell_TV James Gemmell (@JamesGemmell_TV) reported from Wandsworth, England

If you’re stuck inside 🌧 and missing your rugby fix this afternoon, head to @skysports Action for #STOvBLU. Entertaining game under a Newlands sun so bright it actually hurts your eyes.

  • rundaverun93 Dave (@rundaverun93) reported from Wandsworth, England

@GeorgeMFC18 @SkySports What a ****. Understand NOLU but cheeky shit like that...

  • tonysacting tony pickering (Roy) (@tonysacting) reported from Camberwell, England

@virginmedia Interesting when you get disconnected the moment you tell the agent the deal to stay with you as a loyal customer is way higher then new customers and £20 a month more than @SkyUK Especially when your charging me per minute to call you as you never fixed my landline

  • JoshhhUTC Josh 🏴󠁧󠁢󠁥󠁮󠁧󠁿 (@JoshhhUTC) reported from Bromley, England

    @SkyUK your WiFi is terrible.

  • RyanHeatly Ryan Heatly (@RyanHeatly) reported from City of London, England

*******. @SkySports should be ashamed showing Porn before the 9pm watershed.

  • Padster07 (P)addy (@Padster07) reported from Croydon, England

@A320_gamer @SkyHelpTeam Thanks for the info, but it's still showing "no known issues" for me until I go through the broadband health checker when it does acknowledge a "temporary service issue in your local area".

  • rajeevdatta Rajeev Datta (@rajeevdatta) reported from Brentford, England

@JezzaH99 @bradyboyqpr @SkySports @skytv That’s not what Sky would want to do. They live & die by their subscriber figures.Seeing loads of folk cancel & run the risk of losing them to others wouldn’t be commercially smart. They’re best off acknowledging current situation & then making gesture to the current subscribers.

  • Dean84121152 Dean (@Dean84121152) reported from London, England

@SkySports @GeoffShreeves The deflection was so bad even if that player wasn’t there De Gea wouldn’t have got there . So I think the goal should stand .

  • Emma_L12 Emma_L (@Emma_L12) reported from Kingston upon Thames, England

@SkyUK I’m a bit disappointed, I was waiting for a call back the other day and it never happened. Arranged an engineer as a last resort when I really want to leave completely, but got taught into it. Was promised they would look into a better date/shorter time, didn’t hear back.

  • hornetboy84 john parslow (@hornetboy84) reported from Brentford, England

@RobGooders @jffcpfc @SkySports I’ve seen it from all Angles . No heads actually clashed - he leant in and pushed his chest at him. Zaha pushes him in the face so that should a red ... but I agree just let it go as caps was stupid and was baiting him. Meanwhile - elbow in face on Kabasele ....

  • shafeez87 Shaheer (@shafeez87) reported from City of London, England

@SkyHelpTeam Yes, I did at 11:55am. The service, however, is SO slow that I’ve only just managed to get through security and speak to a person. @SkyUK customer service never disappoints! 😉 @Ofcom

  • komal_manesh Manesh Komal (@komal_manesh) reported from Hillingdon, England

@SkyHelpTeam Your customer care team are the worse you guys are really good at misleading customers well done sky

  • richardhowle Richard Howle (@richardhowle) reported from Bromley, England

@SkyHelpTeam Ok. This just goes to the help pages on the website, which as I explained before I have already looked at. If the only way to get an email is by making a complaint. I would like to make a complaint about your help pages. Please send me details of how I do that.

  • shafeez87 Shaheer (@shafeez87) reported from City of London, England

@SkyHelpTeam Sure, I know that. Doesn’t change the point though that I’ve spent nearly a day and am nowhere close to getting my query resolved. The bureaucracy won’t dent my perseverance though to get a solution. @Ofcom @SkyUK

  • matt_angelo_84 Matt Angelo (@matt_angelo_84) reported from Bromley, England

@SkyHelpTeam Internet down again! Asking to book an engineer through mysky app again but think it’s time to cancel and move to @virginmedia This is the 3rd Engineer visit this year #poorservice

  • ahadk89 Ahad Khalid (@ahadk89) reported from Stratford, England

@SkyUK No internet coverage in E15 1FX since Friday and according to your support no service till Monday. Shame on your pathetic service

  • Brunts1980 Nickle Arse (@Brunts1980) reported from Lambeth, England

Was just about to leave @SkyUK as the broadband was too slow. They upgraded me to superfast broadband which should have been done by today and they have now advised that it will be another week. Great way to treat your customers #angry #skybroadband

  • BrendaSmiffy BSmith (@BrendaSmiffy) reported from Poplar, England

@sternejohn @SkyHelpTeam Been thinking about upgrading the telly due to the poor picture but realised it’s the broadband.

Latest outage, problems and issue reports in social media:

  • JohnathonWild Johnathon Wild (@JohnathonWild) reported

I don’t mind soccer AM, but what’s the point in paying for sky sports when the same god damn show is on 3 channels?! #Skysports

  • BenMcGrath19 Ben McGrath (@BenMcGrath19) reported

@SkyHelpTeam Hi, there are no issues with the line, OpenReach literally need to send someone to the local cabinet to switch the line on but keep reallocating resources and pushing us back, I have called many times and nothing changes. Nobody seems able to actually get things moving

  • Flintaxe Amanda 🏴󠁧󠁢󠁷󠁬󠁳󠁿 (@Flintaxe) reported

@SkyHelpTeam And this is free and easy to set up? I'm not paying for another service when I'm already paying for one I can't use.

  • ElementsFSLtd jason hardwick (@ElementsFSLtd) reported

@SkyHelpTeam Hi Becca, thanks for the reply. I’m done with tech and support teams. Get spoken to like I’m an idiot or they don’t believe me .

  • life_screams_ 😷Bearded Zombie #bahbumbug ☮️🌱😷 (@life_screams_) reported

@SkyHelpTeam Far beyond the original estimate. 1st message I got said it would be delayed 2 days to Mon 13th. I'm presuming they are putting down tools soon and restarting after Xmas. There is clearly a high level of incompetence in the project planning. I will think twice about renewing.

  • Steam19888 Stephen Read (@Steam19888) reported

@SkySports Let's just say, if it was a Liverpool player down, it would of been a head injury !!! There's a reason Mike Dean has NEVER given any Liverpool player a red card !! Abysmal reffing !! And it was 100% a pen!! Of course not given, especially since his lads were watching in the kop

  • carthach86 Nicholas Feighan (@carthach86) reported

@Depresso66 @SkySports Why, although still **** spurs have improved n had a good rest

  • SteveEllisCoach Steve Ellis (@SteveEllisCoach) reported

@SkyUK I would love to ‘head into Christmas’ but someone has cut down our cable and stolen it and trying to report it to Sky on line is impossible. If anyone at Sky actually cares about customers then let me know!

  • lfcpunk ….  (@lfcpunk) reported

@SkyHelpTeam Sky Go’s download feature is terrible. It gives you 24 hours to complete the show once you start it - and won’t allow you to download shows too many times. Any reason for this? Sometimes you want to revisit your favourite show or you watch bits of your downloads.

  • DahMicky Micky dee dah (@DahMicky) reported

@SkySports When women start to finance, build, control & support their own clubs and stadia then the talk won't be so cheap, at the moment the women's game piggy backs on the men's game too much, bigger stadiums come by building independent club structure & increasing their fan base support
