@SkyHelpTeam Thanks Matt. I'd like to discuss how are the start of this year I got in touch to cancel my Sky as £65 per month was too much. I got offered £55pm with all the movie channels added in. I accepted. I didn't check my DD at bank for a while but when I did I found I was paying £74pm
