    @SkyHelpTeam I've had multiple error messages on multiple screens. Some times when performing the test, sometimes when the test fails and it tries to re-direct me to the help page. Thus my frustration at being pointed to the tests and the help page.

    @SkyHelpTeam When I go to the link and do all what it says and it asks if it works, which it doesn’t , it just takes me to a blank page so there is no further help

    @SkyHelpTeam broadband service recently has been terrible, but really stepped it up today. Connection lasting no longer than 10 minutes meaning I can't work, or do much else with your services. I try to run the tests, but predictably they don't work either. Utterly useless.

    @JayHayon66 @SkyHelpTeam It’s ridiculous I pay over £100 a month and when there’s issues I’m not allowed to call cause I’m not a key worker but I still have to work from home . And my job is actually supporting the NHS 😤

    @SkyHelpTeam A robot kept asking me questions, thanking me very much, then disconnecting. I tried another number and got (eventually!!) through to a very helpful woman. I was very surprised you cannot suspend the service during absences from home. That’s standard in the US.

    @SkyHelpTeam IPlayer came back for about 20 seconds, then died again. Closing and reopening app brings same network error. Drop to 4G and all OK.

    @SkyHelpTeam Can you tell me why Sky do not recognise customer loyalty?. I have been with SkyUK ever since it took over from BSB on&off 7 years at my present address. I am fuming over my current deal going up and new Sky customers can get same deal as me for £9.00 less per month.

    @SkyHelpTeam Hi Team, any known issues with the network/CDN connections today? Just now BBC iPlayer has stopped working on iPhone, iPad and desktop computer. BBC News app doesn't load either. BBC main page missing all media content.
