@SkyHelpTeam I've had internet dropouts for the past 3-4 days, up to 4 times per day, plus dropouts often in the last year. It nearly jeopardized my life changing doctors appointment held over zoom today, often times my giffgaff 4g mobile data is faster, I need a solution.

@SkyHelpTeam We have had an Openreach guy in the house on 3rd Jan who confirmed the problem was external. He thought he had fixed it .. it didn't last. With it being external we don't need an appointment ... so @OpenreachHelp can sort it at their leisure which is what they are doing!!!
