Paul Smith (@bronzefish) reported from Bromley, England@SkyUK broadband intermittently dropping connection. Your support tell me it’s due to number of wi fi devices connnected. When I was with @bt_uk this was not an issue. Sky support tell me I have to pay £300 cancellation fee to leave Sky!

Horrible, Moved to new build house with fibre optic, ordered SkyQ had nothing but problems, interference and bad picture, sky & fibre eng have visited numerous occasions. 8 weeks still not working. Do not get SkyQ with fibre broadband!! @SkyHelpTeam

Had ultrafast installed on Thursday, which completely died on Friday & I spent hours in the phone. Tracker just says ongoing issue and engineer visit TBC. Sveatoslav Persianov (@s_persianov) reported@SkyHelpTeam I already did get in touch and they couldn't find the issue. We ran tests from 4 different devices and all showing the same results. Tested Wired and Wireless connections, all showing 37Mbps capped speed.

Resetting the router fixes the problem only for it to return later. Are there any issues in YO18 or anything else you could recommend thank you
