    @SkyHelpTeam Yes several times. Also have had no signal since yday afternoon I’ve tried all steps and would actually like to speak to a human on phone but all I get is automated questions etc

    @SkyHelpTeam @SkyHelpTeam Finally the outage has been fixed but it took 31 days for the internet to be fixed and and 36 days for the phone service to get back working. No explanation from Sky for why it took so long. Looking at latest bill, loss of service compensation covers only two weeks.

    After 27 years as a Sky-BSB and now just @SkyUK customer it’s time to say goodbye! SkyQ has been dreadful with boxes always losing signal and I’m getting far more from streaming services for 1/3 the cost of Sky!

    @RifatJawaid @SkySports @ICC So after £18 a month you still have to shell out more to watch this ? Sky is having tuition from Ms Sitaraman it seems. Utsav is not free ? Never seen it though, not interested.

    @SkyHelpTeam I was told by Sky it is an outage in the area and that it would be fixed within two working days. That was three weeks ago and the outage is still present three weeks later. Someone in my road later said were then told it would be fixed by 02/09 but that hasn't happened either.

    @SkyHelpTeam @SkyHelpTeam Today marks an entire month of outage in my area and still it hasn't been fixed. Sky have said on more than one occasion it would be fixed by a certain date. Latest date given for the fix was yesterday but still the outage persists. Do you think this is acceptable?

    @SkyHelpTeam @SkyHelpTeam Outage still persists after 16 days. Landline phone not working at all during the 16 days and internet still very slow, sluggish, intermittent. No communication from Sky as to why it is taking so long to fix or when it will be fixed. #ridiculous

    @SkyHelpTeam @SkyHelpTeam Tomorrow will be day 21 of the outage. It's gotten worse too. The internet has gone from slow intermittent to not working at all, in addition to the three weeks dead landline phone. I am going to switch provider if you don't fix this very soon. #disgrace

    @SkyHelpTeam I've already gone through that test with the Sky person on the phone last week. The phone line is just dead and internet extremely intermittent. They said there is an outage in my localized area and it would be fixed by Friday but I'm still waiting.

    @SkyHelpTeam having real trouble with the paramount+ app on my Sky Q 2TB box, it won't play hardly any video's, just crashes and says I should reset my router!, very frustrating ! Please fix !

    @SkyHelpTeam I have been without internet and landline service for nearly a week now. I was told by Sky the outage would be fixed within two working days and it wasn't. It's now nearly five working days. This is ridiculous. Are you going to fix it or not?

    @SkyHelpTeam You’re welcome Matt!! It’s a pity OPENREACH/KELLYS don’t strive for the same high standards as Sky!! Appalling experience with them y’day, damaging my property and have to have the router ON THE FLOOR RIGHT NEAR MY FRONT DOOR!! AWFUL 😡

    Hi @SkyHelpTeam please can you give me the email address for sky super fast broadband technical support. The issue is not listed on your online help, your phone service simply sends a text message with the link to the online help and your support forums don't list the issue

    @SkyHelpTeam Also, I don’t know if it’s coincidence or you’re just really trying to rub salt into the wounds but my old internet connection has become so horrendously slow I’m convinced I’ve travelled back to 1994. At one point can I request a refund?

Probably best for you to pipe down and stop acting the big cheese, wait patiently for Openreach to fix your problem you silly goose
