yes he told to get cables what ive already tried and it felt like he didn't belive me . awful service . I pay a lot of money for my sky i don't expect my services to be slow and if a customer wants help he should be helping not over powering and not believing @SkyHelpTeam @SkyUK

because when he said it would £65 pound for the main socket to be moved in my room to get good service . he then said we don't supply that service when he clearly said it would cost £65 to move the socket . seemed like he wanted his way (rodger) @SkyUK @SkyHelpTeam very poor

@SkyUK I left u 2 go 2 them. Neither of u care about service 2 the customer & what we get. It's just our money u r interested in the rest the phone advisors based thousands of miles away can deal with our probs. U r both poor when it comes 2 customer service but not in taking our money.

@SkyHelpTeam I'm bored of being fobbed off by your staff in truth. I have had 1 helpful engineer (who admitted most engineers bodge job - always good to know) & 1 helpful advisor. The rest have been crap or attempted to make me pay more money. Its just a absolute embarassment.

Hi @SkyHelpTeam your engineer came to fix my sky box 7 days ago. Its already broken again. A customer advisor was meant to arrange a 6 month refund. They didnt. Just thought you should know of your companies failures.
