    So, I called Sky. Two things, remove a channel that I no longer watch. Cancel SIM card in my iPad, I only use Wi-fi. I received 11 (eleven) emails! Is this what they call #confusion #marketing. @skytv @SkyUK

    @SkyHelpTeam I got one response that didn’t answer the question and then nothing else. Sadly I will have to call tomorrow and block up the lines that should be for key workers. It will be to cancel.

    @breffski @O2 Ngl, I thought it would be ****, but the best decision I’ve ever made was switching to @SkyUK for my contract. price is decent, signal is great here and their customer service was great when I had an issue. It’s defiantly not your first thought but for me it was a great decision

    @SkyHelpTeam Yes, it’s an external fault. Disappointed that @OpenreachHelp haven’t managed to fix this issue seeing as we live 20m from the exchange. The downtime is having a big impact on working from home!

    @SkyHelpTeam I beg to differ as far as value goes. A price increase when everyone is struggling with the cost of living is indefensible and shows Sky has complete disregard for this. I've been a customer for over 20 years. I'll just let my contract run down and look at other options.

    @SkyHelpTeam are you having issue with Netflix app? I’ve roast two days mine keeps freezing, have to switch everything off/on sometime few time before works again (all other apps seem to work fine)

    @SkyHelpTeam Yes and Yes. Also received a text to say there’s an outage. My orders are still showing that my Sky Glass has still to be delivered, so that’s probably where the issue lies and needs updating.
