@SkyHelpTeam any chance of your mailing list ever understanding that I don’t have kids, will never have kids, and therefore never need emails about the kids app, kids features on Sky q or kids tv. I don’t even subscribe to the kids channels so you do know this.

@SkyHelpTeam my sister has Sky broadband. I have done numerous speed tests and reset router etc and she get 4mbps. She pays over £60 per month and had no idea her broadband is this bad. What can she do to improve this awful service.
