    @steeleyp_ @SkySports Slight flaw to that argument is I happened to have that fully produced and packaged product on another stream (NFL GamePass) at the same time. No audio issues. It was just Sky who had the sound problem. What else you got?

    @SkyHelpTeam Sorry but who thought that this was practical??? I watch an episode then delete, what you are suggesting is way too much effort when the option was at the side. Log this as a formal complaint pls. SkyQ is so outdated compared to Virgin Media, roll my deal expiry! #sky

    @SkyHelpTeam I juat got off call with a skycare and thwy said they do not even know what the issue is. And they need 3 days to know the issue and then no guarantee on its solution.

    I've been a @SkyUK customer for years & until this year barely called them about anything, but this year has been an abbsolute joke! Customer service = horrendous!! Not the people on the phone, but the timescales to get people out to fix issues has been unbelievable. 😤
