    @dtoole764 @SkyUK I live in a big block of flats and the box they need has lots of connections. What happens is openreach come and fiddle around for a new customer and end up knocking someone else off.

    @SkyHelpTeam OK thanks. It would be better to address it to us by name rather than "Dear Customer", which is normally a sure sign of a dodgy email. Gmail sent it straight to my junk folder.

    @SkyUK really disappointed with the service. Took Friday off work & waited all day to get sky installed.We had to call sky to find out they couldn’t make it to us Friday. Today I take a half day holiday as I was told I’d be first call out and it’s nearly 3pm and still no sky!!

    This isn't a suck up to the BBC, but the slower more rigourous fact checking that they do is what the world's most expensive game deserves. Yes, sometimes it's very slow, sometimes SkySports are first to the party, but there's countless times that they've abused this influence.

    @SkyHelpTeam Law and order. The app doesn't list then in order as you can see but half the series are missing which really doesn't help. Surely someone has the capabilities at sky to run the programmes in order it's so frustrating. It's not just that series it's others too

    @SpeedwayEuro Time to find a more reliable TV partner to showcase your events as @Eurosport seem to treat it with contempt as on more than one occasion they have cut in late and missed races. @SkySports or @btsport would be a better partner. #LetsMakeSpeedway

    @virginmedia I phoned up today to find out why I was paying £50 a month for internet when a new customer pays £35. I was basically told to accept it so I think I’ll look at moving to @SkyUK for £27 a month.

    @SkyHelpTeam @SkyUK just received this. As a “valued “ customer who has been with sky a long time I feel that this should be a free upgrade, not an extra £13 a month plus installation. I already pay sky more than enough, including mobiles and broadband.

    @dtoole764 @SkyUK Firstly they said they could fix it outside. Then needed access. Then they didn’t need access. Then they said it’s fixed and it isn’t. Now had to send picture of hub etc.

    @SkyHelpTeam just wondering when your engineers are going to fix the transmitter for mobile phone signal in Bangor North Wales as not only affecting sky mobile but o2 aswell, no doubt we won't get any compensation and be charged extra, been out 6 hours now 🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬

    @SkyUK I have rung the number on the letter and nobody will help. If you take legal action as threatened you will be counter sued and will need to pay compensation for failing to assist your dead customer's executors. Useless lot.

    @SkyHelpTeam I dont need boost. Please turn it off. 1. 25 plus years in computer industry 2. If line signal or speed becomes poor you obigated to fix it under ofgem rules regardless if i have boost or not. 3. Dont havebsky mobile If you cant supply me broadband i requested then what?
