    @emma_wheatley @SkyUK Ours is exactly the same. Super slow and their solution is to upgrade to SkyQ... except we can't get fibre here and only have 1 tv so zero benefit.

    @SkyHelpTeam Err no, I've only got mobile data on my phone at the moment so I've only checked on the my sky app, but as the pic shows it says there's no issues. The phone line is dead silent. Seems odd bt were doing some work then we lose Every thing.

    @SkyHelpTeam And we explained this to sky already and they say that you could offer a refund on lost days signal but they have to have an engineer come to check! That’s the only reason why we have one booked!
