@SkyHelpTeam I'm very irritated by your terrible service. Not only did you terminate my broadband service a week early, we've waited 2wks for an engineer, only for him to arrive, say he's not comfortable drilling holes, insult my husband & then leave! Completely unacceptable!

Waited a month for @SkyHelpTeam to come to fix Sky Q after it didn’t work 30 mins after original installation. Swapped the box, yet now have a ‘mode not supported’ message on my TV whenever I try to switch it on. Placed this order in August, haven’t been able to watch Sky TV yet

Been on the phone with @virginmedia the level of customer service is ridiculous. Been on the phone for over an hour explaining I received I call on Friday from them about upgrading my tv broadband and phone. However I explained @SkyUK we’re doing a amazing Black Friday deal.

@Catherinellis @skytv @SkyHelpTeam Shameful. 0344 241 0333 apparently a direct line to their Accessibility Team, which might help, if not complaints 03442 414 141. Worth mentioning to anyone spoken to that if they don't solve the issue asap you want a 'deadlock letter' so you can raise the case with the ombudsman.
