    @SkyUK told engineer would call an hour before arriving and now told (after no phone call) that it is a customer no show as he visited abd didn’t call. Now need to wait two weeks and take another day off work!! Terrible service!!

    @SkyHelpTeam Stop directing me to something that does not work.. I have upgraded my Internet but the problem still persist. Please send an engineer to sort this out. I cannot be paying £92 per month for a service I hardly enjoy. It is a massive rip-off

    @SkyHelpTeam I had new WiFi/sky q/router installed today. Now Dyson and Sonos products aren’t reconnecting to the WiFi - the WiFi is otherwise working. Could it be a router problem? Thanks.

    @SkyHelpTeam Hi there, yes I have constant problems with sky glass. It’s turns off when it likes, the voice control turns on when it wants, it freezes and has made a horrendous noise through the speakers. And to top it off having constant broadband issues.

    So still no Sky Hub after OVER A MONTH..so no WiFi therefore kids have to study elsewhere, no TV to watch because I purchased sky glass also, car doesn’t charge without WiFi for the pod and NO manager available in @SkyUK or even ironically @SkyHelpTeam to help, TERRIBLE SERVICE!!

    @skytv @SkyUK @SkyHelpTeam So no ITVx app on SkyQ, whats going on why are you the only platform not to have this or All4 & My5 for that matter. And before you say it you do not offer all the content of these apps in your catch up/on demand service. What is the issue ?

    @SkyHelpTeam Sky Stream remote faulty, reported 8.30 Tuesday morning. Told should get replacement next day. Still nothing. 1.5 hrs on phone yesterday, no help, says now 5 working days. Why? New customer gets it within 24 hours. No tv. No real apology and no help at all. Shocking.

    @SkyHelpTeam Hi Ross @SkyHelpTeam. It's not broken. It was down due to scheduled work. My gripe was that for 2 weeks running work clearly affected areas not in the outage msg. Either not aware of the larger impact, or they didn't want to say. Just causes unnecessary frustration 🤷

    @SkyHelpTeam fibre broadband been down now 4 days due to outage in east London. Any idea when this is likely to be fixed? Called customer services on Wednesday and told should be working by Thursday
