    @SkyHelpTeam really unhappy the terrible service my 83 year old disabled mother is getting from Sky - she switched to your broadband and phone only to be told that her phone in each room and personal neck alarm that she relies on now won’t work and no way of working..Shameful

    @SkyHelpTeam abysmal service. My partner started working with Sky months ago, yet since we switched our (already crap) package to your apparent super best, it’s been worse than ever. Can’t stream anything without interruptions. And yes, been through usual steps. Not good enough

    I am so sorry, but I am about to have a rant. All morning I've been having really bad wifi connection with my Sky Broadband during my work morning and I'm having to do all my work calls on my mobile phone instead. It's rubbish! I pay enough to @SkyUK As it is!

    @SkyHelpTeam I don't have a Sky landlines 🙄. Why do I have to call at to cancel something ? I tried calling was on phone for an hour to be told it wasn't possible to cancel then getting transfered somewhere else. Obviously making it as difficult as possible. Still have service I don't want.

    @SkySports they will spend Xmas with families anyway because they dont play on Xmas day. Yes 2 or 3 week break will help reducing covid breakout in clubs only if players being sensible during given 2 week break and keep celebration to family and not people from outside or having guests

    @SkyHelpTeam To add - we keep having issues with our Q Mini because of the internet & it's 100% that because once I got the connection stable it was OK, & then yesterday it died again after the internet buggered up This is the same issue as before, VOiP goes solid orange, hub needs resetting

    @SkyHelpTeam No, I have already been sent to so this and have done. You are still not listening to the complaint. The fibre for our cul de sac has a fault at the exchange. You must raise this with Openreach. Please do this now. This is your responsibility. The delay is unacceptable.

    @SkyHelpTeam Cheers William except when there not. my understanding is SM is over 02 Infrastructure have mast maintenance work ongoing which has seen me with no service for 5 days sky can’t just shrug and say we are all good pls could this be investigated
