    @SkyUK Shocking service by Sky. My dad’s had to waste 2 days off work waiting in. First they sent the wrong engineer, (DTH I/o MDU), profuse apologies. The next week they again sent the wrong engineer!!!!. We’re sorry but we can’t come for 2 weeks. Worst customer service ever!!!

    @aaliaaaliya If you can't see cricket in your hotel it means you are not staying in a four or five-star hotel who have @SkySports Secondly @ECB_cricket &local Cricket counties provide support at the grass root level to promote cricket.Locals do take an interest in their team but are not crazy

    @SkyHelpTeam You’ve twice sent the wrong engineer (MDU engineer is required) to put in Sky TV & then instead of doing everything you can to get someone there straight away (after being let down for the 2nd time) u give an appointment for 2 weeks time. Terrible CS Sky!! #skyfail

    @SkyUK giving me absolutely terrible customer service... all i want is better internet connection and they cannot fulfil the speed we should try and get and are telling me i have to pay to leave them!!! Ridiculous!! Not happy virgin media calls...!!!

    @SkyUK we left virgin to join sky and we have had nothing but hassle, we have used all our mobile data waiting for you to connect us, this is terrible service!

    I always have an easy experience dealing with @SkyUK, but today I’ve been given the runaround for 45 mins on the customer services line. A billing issue that I was assured was resolved last month is still causing wastage of this much time. Nobody willing to step in & apologise 😞

    @SkyHelpTeam my wife has a new iPhone XR. We reset the password last night but she hasn’t been able to log in to her emails and the phone hasn’t downloaded any since 7am this morning. I’ve checked all the settings I can think of. Help!

    @SkyHelpTeam @SkyHelpTeam hi, I wonder if you can help.I have been sent a message to say a sky engineer is visiting me between 8-10 on 16/7. An engineer come out a week ago and solved my issues. I do not need an engineer tomorrow. Can you please cancel this appointment.

    @SkyUK we signed up based on everyone telling us how great your customer service is 1. You chased me repeatedly to confirm installation date. 2. My wife takes a day to stay at home. 3.Your team arrive to tell us they need another team to install it that day 1/2

    @SkyHelpTeam please, help me with this one. Every single night at 2:45am my broadband stop to work and doesn’t come back until 6am. This is happening for the past 2 weeks and it’s quite annoying since I use a lot during this period.

    @SkyHelpTeam Hello, we've been without internet since Saturday and were told that it would be within three working days, and today we've been told it's five, and that there's no way Sky can get any time frame information from Openreach. Pretty poor service guys...

    @SkyUK how can justify a premium phone line for cancelling your subscription with at least a 15 mins for a customer of nearly 20 years and you still can't call back or do it online.

    Have paid £34.50 just to speak to a customer service assistant @SkyHelpTeam about an account which was meant to be closed. No email address for me to address the issue. Horrendous, quite frankly.

    Right @SkyHelpTeam You just lost a customer and likely my recommendation right now as a broker. During COVID people in difficulty need the Internet for work, especially vulnerable people, its disgusting that you demand payment before allowing a customer to speak to someone. 1/2

    @SkyHelpTeam Not much to say, Sky got the money and I'm back up, you have lost a customer though, my partner is vulnerable and you guys would have left her likey to go into crisis over not being able to work or communicate. I suggest you change your system or lose more vulnerable customers.

    @SkySports Honestly Kevin, I don’t know what the problem is regardless of rule changes. VAR means that all matches are now error free. So now there are no more augments about wasn’t it or was it. Isn’t this what everyone in football wanted?
