@SkyHelpTeam HI there my issue was fixed but it's very unusual that sky don't have a default sim pin which means the user has to block the sim enter the puk code then enter a new sim pin. Ur web site also gives out the default sim pin on sky mobile Sims which is a security risk

@SkyHelpTeam They can’t find out if an engineer can come sooner. And you have a 3 day SLA with @OpenreachHelp which prevents any further booking. So… I have spoken to them. I now need @OpenreachHelp to help figure out when a engineer could come - that doesn’t add 2 weeks to a 3 week wait!
