    So, I called Sky. Two things, remove a channel that I no longer watch. Cancel SIM card in my iPad, I only use Wi-fi. I received 11 (eleven) emails! Is this what they call #confusion #marketing. @skytv @SkyUK

    @SkyUK really need to make their Sky Q platform work with @BT broadband. The mesh network clash means I’ve had to disable my 5GHz range on BT. Changing channels doesn’t fix the issue. Really frustrating.

    @breffski @O2 Ngl, I thought it would be ****, but the best decision I’ve ever made was switching to @SkyUK for my contract. price is decent, signal is great here and their customer service was great when I had an issue. It’s defiantly not your first thought but for me it was a great decision

    @SkyHelpTeam I got one response that didn’t answer the question and then nothing else. Sadly I will have to call tomorrow and block up the lines that should be for key workers. It will be to cancel.

    @SkyHelpTeam Told me all systems were fine and that everything was okay. There clearly is an issue as we have to reset the wifi 7 tikes a day and even when it finally reconnects it doesn’t work at all.

    @SkyHelpTeam May I say, the discrimination shown against me is intolerable, no service for a month, force sold Sky q ,and the woeful high speed broadband,paid my balance up for your ‘service’ now you want £200 for what? utter disgrace, I want out..I await the automated response
