@SkyUK So the Sky VIP level is just utter bullshit. Diamond level means that now my Sky Q box has failed, you can’t get an engineer out to replace it for a MONTH!! Yet if I want a new Sky dish installed it’s under two weeks. Appalling way to treat your loyal customers!

@SkyHelpTeam I’m getting bombarded with calls today from lads saying they are from “sky internet" telling me they need to fix my line urgently. I’ve told them where to go at least six times today but they’d easily scam others.
