Waited a month for @SkyHelpTeam to come to fix Sky Q after it didn’t work 30 mins after original installation. Swapped the box, yet now have a ‘mode not supported’ message on my TV whenever I try to switch it on. Placed this order in August, haven’t been able to watch Sky TV yet

Been on the phone with @virginmedia the level of customer service is ridiculous. Been on the phone for over an hour explaining I received I call on Friday from them about upgrading my tv broadband and phone. However I explained @SkyUK we’re doing a amazing Black Friday deal.

@AIMoffat @SkyHelpTeam Glad to see it's not just me having the issue. It's bizarre cos it only seems to be Sky F1 and Sky Cricket that have the issue. Coverage is perfectly fine on all other channels. And the F1 coverage has been fine on sky sports main event so clearly not to do with the actual images

@michaelbjones88 @SkyHelpTeam I’m having the same issues now. Sky F1 HD 406 and sky F1 860 are both not working. Reset the box 4 times, factory reset the box twice while on the phone to sky. Been on the phone for 45mins and transferred around 3 different teams. Then been told to pay £15 for a engineer today.

@SkyUK We have checked our ID account to see where the engineer is who is installing our new Sky TV today. It's showing 0 information at present he is due between 8-5 but a more specific time would really help. We've tried phoning the CS number no answer. Please help 👌
