But those programmes were once on @GoodFoodChannel it had subtitles without fails esp throughout the Xmas season. @BritishSignBSL, subtitles is much needed for the deafs!

Been on the phone with @virginmedia the level of customer service is ridiculous. Been on the phone for over an hour explaining I received I call on Friday from them about upgrading my tv broadband and phone. However I explained @SkyUK we’re doing a amazing Black Friday deal.

Waited a month for @SkyHelpTeam to come to fix Sky Q after it didn’t work 30 mins after original installation. Swapped the box, yet now have a ‘mode not supported’ message on my TV whenever I try to switch it on. Placed this order in August, haven’t been able to watch Sky TV yet

@virginmedia so, having been on hold for 25 minutes, then cut off, called back on hold for a further 15 minutes... cut off again. Your customer service is atrocious... I can hear @SkyHelpTeam beckoning... they were crap, but they were never this shit.

Dear @SkyHelpTeam I called on Saturday to advise I'm moving house on the 23rd. I got home yesterday to find my broadband prematurely disconnected by you! And as I made the mistake of my phone network being @EE I have no data either! Egregious mistake by you guys

@SkyHelpTeam What’s worse is that only on the 3rd call am I being told of an issue with openreach yet all searches on outages shows they have none! So who do I believe? As soon as I find an alternative I will be cancelling everything, tv and broadband. Sick of your lack of ownership.

@SkyHelpTeam 1st advisor didn’t follow procedure said he booked it, I waited 10 days for engineer, rang up, it wasn’t confirmed. 2nd advisor tried to charge me £15. It’s not my fault the sky advisor didn’t book my first one and wasted my time. Raised a complaint and got no where further

@SkyHelpTeam That’s poor, I do t pay openreach I pay you and to not have clear updates and timelines or the ability to check is exactly why the service is substandard. In remote areas where mobile signal is no good it leaves us totally exposed and vulnerable in case of emergency. Disgusting!
