@SkyHelpTeam I’ve had a terrible support experience and Sky said they would take care of everything and they didn’t do anything apart from take my money and open an account. This is what they call good customer service. I would not recommend anyone opening account with Sky

HONESTLY @SkyHelpTeam I’ve called now 15 times and yet I cannot get anyone to help me with my broadband activation. I’m now out of internet for 3 working days and have had to pay £45 bundle to work from home because I wasn’t expecting this delay.

@SkyHelpTeam A second day of no internet.. This means 1. I cannot do my job as I’m WFH. 2. I cannot study/ revise for my uni exams next week. I’m wondering WHEN service will be resumed. I can see the connection box from my window and 2 different engineers (3x) visited yesterday.

@SkyUK been with this company for a month and I've never encountered such a shambles and unprofessional company. I just been told on the phone from a customer advisor that there not a special Debbie button. How they speak to customers when the issue is their fault is horrendous.

@SkyHelpTeam Thanks, but after over an hour of searching, I found a general help contact number on a non-Sky website. My friend managed to get through that way and find out what the problem was (line fault), but it's really not a good advert for you when it's that difficult to get help.

@SkyHelpTeam A friend whose Sky Broadband is down has asked me to find a phone number to help. Your obstructive help system requires me to sign in with a SkyID to get a phone number. I am not a Sky Customer. My friend cannot sign in with her SkyID because her internet is down!
