@SkyHelpTeam Don’t understand. Engineer has arrive but says not allowed in the house bit you sent me a video yesterday explaining how to have a visit safely. Router/Sky Q mini box problem. Waited 10 days for engineer. Family of 6 inc 4 kids off school. Need Sky to work!

@SkyHelpTeam I didn’t miss any contact, I wasn’t contacted it wasn’t physically poss to contact me between the two emails I received from my initial call. I was told I someone would call within 5 days but the 2nd email looks like the complaint has been closed without even being looking at it.

@SkyHelpTeam My partners run the test, there's an issue and an engineer has to booked!! Absolutely ridiculous how we've had a problem before we've even been able to us it!
