@EE completely dismayed by your service. Having switched from @SkyUK I was assured it would be a seamless swap over with no need to wait in for engineers. I now have no internet and no hope to see an engineer before the 4th... 1/3

@SkyHelpTeam registered to get sky q get told it can take 6 weeks not an issue. After 8 weeks call back up to be told to contact a third party myself but not given any details. Any help @SkyUK

@SkyUK - believe in worse! Unbelievably horrific “upgrade” which screwed up all TVs and doesn’t allow us access to UHD channels. Now trying to revert and cannot without holding for 30 minutes. Never again.

@SkyHelpTeam That makes sense as the hub was replaced due to going fibre optic. What got me worried is that name SKY74039 is the old hub. I traced the signal to a @LBofBexley lamp post.

@OpenreachHelp @SkyHelpTeam my continued lack of fibre broadband activation is a joke. Still no definite activation date although it was supposed to be 29th Jan. This is now the subject of an official complaint. I expect activation to be completed by close of business Fri 8 Feb.

@SkyHelpTeam That was me having fun but the actual frustration here is getting rid of him as a customer after so long, it's sky putting on 'new channels' which show repeats or the same programme on more than 1 channel at a time! I'm thrilled he won't be getting ripped off by sky anymore!

@virginmedia - over 48 hours now and no broadband or TV. Really unimpressed, mostly because I can only access an automated service for info. How hard is it to provide decent customer service and let me know what is going on - @SkyUK gets back to me before you do!

@SkyUK can you explain how I pay for fibre you send me the router out the day its meant to get installed the open reach guy calls me saying I dont even have fibre in my area like wtf how you gunna offer me a package that I physically can not use are you guys over there dumb or ?

@SkyHelpTeam 1st of August I placed the order, sky cancelled it. I had to call back to place the order which got delivered on the 8th of August. So far, dealing with sky has been stressful and they have been dishonest. I will have to put in a complaint to an outside body.

@SkyHelpTeam Yes I had one to say that it’s an issue because of an old bank details but for the last seven years it’s been the same details. It originally let me watch it but after ten days stopped working. I was halfway through a box set so I’m really frustrated with it.

@Altavistagoogle @yvonne75898335 Android box, 1 time $250 + $150 annually and you get 4000+ soccer channels alone (not that I watch it). Never will go back to “cable”. NHL you can select home or away feed, blacks out commercials. F1 SkySports F1, any Netflix, crave etc series w/o subscription. Win! 2/2
