@SkyUK terrible customer service. Viewing card cancelled and replacement supposed to be expedited but still hasn’t arrived despite being assured it would. I pay so much and have had no tv since Thursday. This is the last straw!

@SkyHelpTeam really unhappy the terrible service my 83 year old disabled mother is getting from Sky - she switched to your broadband and phone only to be told that her phone in each room and personal neck alarm that she relies on now won’t work and no way of working..Shameful

@SkyHelpTeam I don't have a Sky landlines 🙄. Why do I have to call at to cancel something ? I tried calling was on phone for an hour to be told it wasn't possible to cancel then getting transfered somewhere else. Obviously making it as difficult as possible. Still have service I don't want.

@SkyHelpTeam This is a broadband check. That's not what I'm talking about - it's the phone line (sky talk) that is broken since the engineers you sent installed fibre. The fibre works fine, but that's not the problem here.

@SkyHelpTeam Yep, still same error today, just asking me to try again later. Neighbours on the street with EE/Vodafone are both saying they have problems though, so if Sky uses the same cables, perhaps problem is related??
