@SkySports To be fair taking a knee has got so watered down that it has lost its impact, and more of a ritual (this is what we have to do). @wilfriedzaha is right that not enough is done, more focus should be on educating people.

@SkyHelpTeam But I wasn't given an explanation. I was told the price increases (for services I don't have) are because sky were the awarded best tech support provider (why that matters I've no idea) and he could offer me the opportunity to leave for free if I didn't like it.

@SkyHelpTeam not happy with the service I have received so far. 3 engineer visits and still no sky TV. Each time you have got it wrong an now got to wait 2 months for a new appointment. If you are unable to fulfill your orders you should stop advertising
