    @SkyHelpTeam I'm very irritated by your terrible service. Not only did you terminate my broadband service a week early, we've waited 2wks for an engineer, only for him to arrive, say he's not comfortable drilling holes, insult my husband & then leave! Completely unacceptable!

    Dear @SkyHelpTeam I called on Saturday to advise I'm moving house on the 23rd. I got home yesterday to find my broadband prematurely disconnected by you! And as I made the mistake of my phone network being @EE I have no data either! Egregious mistake by you guys

    Waited a month for @SkyHelpTeam to come to fix Sky Q after it didn’t work 30 mins after original installation. Swapped the box, yet now have a ‘mode not supported’ message on my TV whenever I try to switch it on. Placed this order in August, haven’t been able to watch Sky TV yet

    @SkyHelpTeam Ok thanks we were told he was coming today and he would call and neither happened. So mixed messages from several different call centre agents. Not to worry I'm sure we'll come to a resolution tomorrow and that resolution will be us switching to a more competent provider.

    @SkyHelpTeam Sky did not have the decency to tell me that the engineer was not coming and that there is an outage in the area. When I called I was told that it will take three days to fix.

    @SkyUK Av just had a call from yourselves with this offer. The call handler couldn't understand why I can't get skyQ I have no access to the dish and unable to attach externally. Plus don't want the broadband. Call handlers are like a broken record.

    @SkyHelpTeam Since Friday I have had no landline or Internet. Sky has not been communicating with me. I have to constantly call to find out what is happening. Sky are telling me that it is an issue with BT Openreach. The engineer was supposed to come today.
