@SkyUK really need to make their Sky Q platform work with @BT broadband. The mesh network clash means I’ve had to disable my 5GHz range on BT. Changing channels doesn’t fix the issue. Really frustrating.

@breffski @O2 Ngl, I thought it would be ****, but the best decision I’ve ever made was switching to @SkyUK for my contract. price is decent, signal is great here and their customer service was great when I had an issue. It’s defiantly not your first thought but for me it was a great decision

My @SkyUK broadband has been so bad these last few weeks I’ve used all my phone data and had to buy a bolt for the first time ever. Can’t get through to them on the phone either 🤬🤬

So, I called Sky. Two things, remove a channel that I no longer watch. Cancel SIM card in my iPad, I only use Wi-fi. I received 11 (eleven) emails! Is this what they call #confusion #marketing. @skytv @SkyUK

@KateWritesBooks @SkyHelpTeam My late MIL was sold Sky Q box over the phone. Billing updated, then when they came to fit it, found it couldn't be done due to being sheltered accommodation. Only discovered after her death that they'd never reduced the payment back to original package.

@JASBar @SkyHelpTeam Sky have atrocious customer relations. I haven't had a Sky account for at least 6 years, a couple of months ago was contacted by a debt collectors claiming I owed £10. luckily I could still find the closing account with a nil balance. It still took multiple emails to sort it out.
