@SkyHelpTeam We stopped the uhd download and down loaded in hd, ( which still appeared slow, bug with less data to move was ok ) My non-sky broadband download speed was measuring over 350 Mbs at the time.

1 hr & counting on phone with @SkyUK after no one showed up for our broadband setup appt. between 8:00 & 13:00 today. It’s now 18:30. Their solution? Go to the back of the line, sport - as in reschedule for Aug. 15. If that isn’t the start of a lovely business relationship…

@SkyHelpTeam No, I didn’t do the order. I was distraught as I was forced to speak to someone - who couldn’t give an explanation - rather than updated via my account. And as I’m losing out on £135 in vouchers and cashback, on top of the problems and delays I have faced, I won’t be joining Sky.

@SkyHelpTeam Spoken to them several times since issue started. Last spoke yesterday. No further help other than not knowing when OpenReach can provide an engineer as the one engineer is sick. Asked for help with a modem or similar. Refused. Opened complaint and was closed immediately.
