    @SkyUK terrible customer service. Viewing card cancelled and replacement supposed to be expedited but still hasn’t arrived despite being assured it would. I pay so much and have had no tv since Thursday. This is the last straw!

    @SkyHelpTeam GooD afternoon Nathan Thank for reaching out to Me Ok so 2 things So the problem was on the 7th of this month my tv and broadband taken And the mobile was not taken on the 7th I gave specic instructions cause last year in Feb I had a very bad accident. Know I'm much better

    @KatLueth @SkyHelpTeam Also from Twickenham here - and no Sky broadband for 24 hours now. Website says there’s an outage but also says ‘no problem with your service at your address’. Any chance of some clarity ?

    @SkyHelpTeam I connect it straight to the puck with the Ethernet cable and it can’t find a connection. Google support said something in the modem is blocking it and suggested bridge mode or DMZ but you’re saying it won’t support this??

    @SkyUK I'm a gold member And still waiting for my refund more then 1 week know and the operators keep on saying its been refunded to my credit . Operators should listen to customer and not do what they won't

    @SkyHelpTeam I quite knew I couldn't expect any kind of support from your end. The homemove team had given me this frame 20 days ago as well. Didn't think it would take 40-45 days just to get wifi up and running in my house

    @SkyHelpTeam Since upgrade to new broadband in nov, everytine the landlind rings or we use it the network cuts out so then have to reconnect to work vpn as working from home. Not sure what to do, so frustrating.

    @SkySports Will go straight in to the team until the end of the season then never get a look in again, good for his bank balance, no good for his career, once the regular centre backs are fit he won’t get a look in, nearly choked on my cereal when I heard you mention him playing for England

    @SkyHelpTeam been there, done that, got the t-shirt etc. Done reaching out - now for Sky to sort it out or I keep on sharing my experience. If one person is dissuaded from sky, your lost value outweighs benefits of charging me for Boost to make #skyfraudband work. Just sayin’ poor CS costs u!
