@SkyHelpTeam I have attached a picture of what I see when I want to see a movie I have paid for. If this cannot be resolved and I cannot watch the movies I have paid for then I will cancel my DD and expect a full refund on the 36 movies. Hope to hear soon.

@SkyHelpTeam Ok spoke to someone on the phone regarding an issue with playback. I have spent money on 36 movies which I cannot watch. When I called we went through a series of fault finding issues including a power down reset and and a software update

@Leftyladswife65 @SkyHelpTeam So sorry to hear this. Their escalation process is non existent, they are not able to help the customers they have failed the most. All a queue system. They have to wait to hear from BT by their review date, only if they get no update, can they then escalate. Bloody ridiculous.
