    @SkyUK are now charging me £80 a month for a basic @skytv and broadband package. I’ve tried to cancel on their website which is almost impossible. I’ve called the phone number they suggested and there is at least a 15 minute wait! I’m being mugged by #Murdoch!

    So how does @SkyUK treat a customer of nearly 30 years lied to at 18 month renewal that SkyGo will still work in Portugal save as to downloads when they find out it doesn’t? @SkyUK **** on them that’s how offering just £25 compo! Obviously they simply don’t care about reputation.

    @SkyHelpTeam I have spoken at length to them but was just told to find my post office receipt. I've got no idea where it is. Sent a parcel to @finery on same day using same label print you use. No problem with them, good comms and paid quickly.

    @SkySports @AlicePiper1 @BenRansomSky For a large part of that I was feeling United might as well not turn up judging by what Ben was saying, that was until James gave a little bit of optimism towards the end. I’m fearing the worst but with our record against City at the Etihad somewhat decent, hoping for the best

    @SkyHelpTeam Of course you don't, however everywhere I check tells me no issues with service yet every 5mins my service drops and I'm asked to reset cables restart hub etc not good enough!! Been poor since New Year
