    @SkyUK hi. How do I ask for my signal to be boosted? For a few weeks now the picture on our TV breaks up &says there is no signal on all channels. Today I was dropped out for Zoom 3 times in 90 minutes!!! I check website and it says no issues in my area. Can someone help please?

    @SkyHelpTeam @bonkeydave Can’t speak for @bonkeydave but I didn’t have a problem with the b/band service. I had a problem with being told I couldn’t upgrade to ultrafast plus by your call centre team. Especially when the website said I could and so did another supplier.

    @SkyUK Phone lines are a thing of the past, we need 4G/5G services now. Release that as a standalone service and you will gain a lot more customers. @WeAreOpenreach remove lines from properties if customers don't use them, it limits choice, is anti-competitive practice and annoying.

    @SkyHelpTeam I’ll get them to check when they come out to restore my phone line on Monday. Get them to they check why we are only getting 2.42mbps instead of the heady heights of 6.9mbps. I wonder what speed our neighbours 100 yds away who DO have fibre are getting. #inequality of service.
