    @SkyHelpTeam I have been trying to connect to my broadband for the past two hours. Just logged in and your website says I don’t have an account with you. Tried calling and no option of speaking to a human available. Help please.

    @SkyHelpTeam I connect it straight to the puck with the Ethernet cable and it can’t find a connection. Google support said something in the modem is blocking it and suggested bridge mode or DMZ but you’re saying it won’t support this??

    @SkyHelpTeam hope your well are there any known issues with Sound on Sky Glass at the moment keep having to reset sound settings to default or it’s silent 🔇 can’t see a obvious reason as I use the built in speakers with no changes.

    @SkyHelpTeam @SkyUK so you have plenty of agents on messenger if someone wanted to buy a Sky package but no one at all if I have faulty equipment. Nice way to treat loyal customers. I need the convenience of Messenger as I have very little time to call.

    @SkyUK I'm a gold member And still waiting for my refund more then 1 week know and the operators keep on saying its been refunded to my credit . Operators should listen to customer and not do what they won't

    @kaye09 @SkyHelpTeam It has not corrected since the clocks changed on the weekend. I have an older Sky box… I guess they want us to upgrade 🙄🙄 shame to confuse people especially any elderly . They need to address the issue

    @SkyHelpTeam Sky broadband is down . I have been trying to go through your trouble shooting prompts. Which has told me my router setup is the issue, yet you’re fully aware there’s a problem at my local telephone exchange? Can you inform your customers there’s a problem?

    Can someone please help me @SkyHelpTeam I pay alot of money for your full fibre gigfast broadband but I just cannot get any sort of strong or consistent WiFi upstairs. I’ve been advised on the phone that I should have been told the speeds won’t be the same in other rooms unless I spend another £6 a month on another service and booster. I shouldn’t have to spend yet more money to receive a service I already pay for. This is ridiculous now, can someone with the authority to make decisions get in touch please as this is very unfair now

    I commented "we all notice it, right?" on that training video and got bamboozled. Maybe those morons will shut ******** up now and agree that video was indicative of what Tuchel said (and what SkySports has confirmed) He is nowhere near fully fit, and hasn't even recovered from his injury.

    @SkyUK customer service is terrible. Spoke to someone who couldn't understand that i have been billed fir something I shouldn't have. Im not asking much am I if I want someone to have a decent grasp of the English language?

    @Dan_1927_ @cozierpanda @Andz6_ Martin and Skysports care, the problem isn’t Martin or Kim, the problem is internet culture which broadcasters are trying to tap into, they want “engagement” views, likes, followers etc that’s why they want these moments so bad.

    @SkyHelpTeam @SkyUK I’ve spent hours on the phone trying to arrange repair of my IPhone 16, 14 months old. Over 2 weeks later the promised repair pack has still not arrived and nothing has been done. Unacceptable level of service. Can someone take ownership and resolve this

    @SkyUK Do not get an iPhone from Sky. Even a new phone will not be replaced if there’s a problem. I’ve spent 2 weeks and hours on the phone with no resolution. Without a phone for 2 weeks. Absolutely appalling customer service
