@SkyHelpTeam pls help in rearranging a failed home visit to relocate a Sky Q 2TB box from ground floor to new loft conversion. Engineer attended and said she couldn’t drill through roof tiles and cancelled my appointment that was booked nearly 2 weeks a go. No due diligence done!
