@SkyHelpTeam It’s utterly ludicrous. Custom lost because of the awful computer system. I want to purchase something from you and am trying to sign a contract but the computer system won’t allow it so I’ll have to go elsewhere and give my money to someone else. Absolutely crackers.

@SkyHelpTeam hi - our dish is currently ‘hidden’ by scaffolding but we’ve been able to watch recordings, Netflix etc via apps. These have now stopped and says we need satellite signal-won’t be for a few more weeks yet. Is this normal? Is there a max time the apps work w/o signal?

@SkyHelpTeam Absolutely fuming!!! F1 qualy has failed to record and both HD&SD have no signal, yet the F3 race was fine earlier this morning. Had the same issue at the start of last season. Seems very suspicious that I've suddenly lost signal at the start of the season!!!
