    @SkyUK hey sky, if I pay £900 a year for my Sky subscription and I want an additional box for multi room. Why are you not willing to wave the £50 fee? I thought I’m your favourite customer? If I leave, I bet it would have been worth giving for free then? #DebateTuesday

    @Ofcom @SkyUK @SkyHelpTeam if you don’t change that ******* #SkyHub Beachboys ad i’ll throw my TV/myself out my window. been on for months & airs 1-2 times every 10mins. fire your marketing team. pretty sure I have PTSD now & will never be able to listen to the Beachboys again

    @SkyHelpTeam Honestly, NO. That is not the quickest way to deal with Sky Apps because it did not give me any results. Sky is purposefully not streaming HD through SkyGo. And before you comment about my internet speed, I guarantee it is 10x faster than what Sky Broadband does. Fix it!

    What a frustrating service @SkyUK After several calls for my TV / Internet not working, all that they can offer is an engineering visit on the 3rd Nov, this was first reported a week ago. Been told as I’m not in contract they suggest I look elsewhere for another service provider

    @SkyHelpTeam hi my broadband has been awful all day! I’ve done the usual steps turning off and in again, unplugging wires and plugging back in, i use a micro filter, I’ve tried changing the wireless channel, I tried doing your diagnostic tests but that’s down, and your website

    Waking up on Mondays is always horrible but even worse is when none of the sky boxes appear to be working in the house. I’ve tried switching them all off at the mains, reconnecting each mini box to the Main Q box & still nothing. I’m not in the mood for this @SkyUK @SkyHelpTeam!

    @SkyHelpTeam @charlie87623 The problem with customer support is their no response or automated replies that do not solve anything. When I had similar difficulties with my account I had to reach out to @Unihackcrack for help. The good thing is they did help fix my acct.

    @SkyHelpTeam Been a Sky subscriber for 23 years and a diamond VIP member. However being a diamond VIP member living in Northern Ireland all the rewards and offers are of no use as the rewards only apply to England. Can I cancel my useless VIP membership or if not any updates?

    @SkyHelpTeam multiple people reporting that their broadband is down. Internet on box showing “orange” and we’re receiving the same automated message. Your website says no issues detected. Please can this be looked into. Some of us still work from home.
