Their benefit is protecting their investment which I’ve no trouble with. This still damages it to an extent as we’re seeing with you cancelling your sky subscription. They’ve been backed into a corner. Clubs are to blame.

Paul Miller (@mp10002) reported@SkyHelpTeam Was supposed to get both Sky TV and Broadband fitted today. Sky fitted TV and cut all my Virgin cables ( subscription ends 8th march). Then open reach turned up and did not fit master socket. Then left without communication and left me with no Internet or landlines. Help ASAP.
