    @emma_wheatley @SkyUK Ours is exactly the same. Super slow and their solution is to upgrade to SkyQ... except we can't get fibre here and only have 1 tv so zero benefit.

    @SkyHelpTeam Rang Sky after going round in circles with their troubleshooting - they couldn’t identify a problem their end. I advised I know a couple of others with the same issue. They said they aren’t aware of any problems in the area. Offered me a Sky engineer next Wednesday!

    @SkyHelpTeam @skytv why do sky keep fobbing us off? Internet has now been down for 4 days but they keep telling us there's nothing wrong or anything they can do. Really? Tell that to everyone else in my area who is reporting the same issue.
