    @SkyHelpTeam The screen has has a message since yesterday “your box is initialising, please return back in the future” - now saying they HD box is not getting a satellite signal - I need someone to call him to sort this out

    @SkySports @GeoffShreeves The deflection was so bad even if that player wasn’t there De Gea wouldn’t have got there . So I think the goal should stand .

    Why is @SkyHelpTeam Broadband so poor. Every night there is a problem. Dont even bother with WiFi but can’t access Netflix and when I can it buffers. Costs a bomb too. Pony. Need a change.

    Was just about to leave @SkyUK as the broadband was too slow. They upgraded me to superfast broadband which should have been done by today and they have now advised that it will be another week. Great way to treat your customers #angry #skybroadband

    @virginmedia Interesting when you get disconnected the moment you tell the agent the deal to stay with you as a loyal customer is way higher then new customers and £20 a month more than @SkyUK Especially when your charging me per minute to call you as you never fixed my landline

    @RobGooders @jffcpfc @SkySports I’ve seen it from all Angles . No heads actually clashed - he leant in and pushed his chest at him. Zaha pushes him in the face so that should a red ... but I agree just let it go as caps was stupid and was baiting him. Meanwhile - elbow in face on Kabasele ....

    Interesting now #ScotsLouise from @SkyUK has broken news that my 88yrold aunt can’t get landline until the 17th March, even though order has now finally been placed, @SkyHelpTeam have gone very quiet! I’m sure @OfCom will want to know she will be without landline a whole month!

    @SkyUK what rubbish. Attempting to cancel my subscription after years of poor TV signal and get the recorded message ‘we’re closed. Please call back between 8:30am and 8:00pm’... note that the time for this was at 7:50pm.

    @SkyUK I’m a bit disappointed, I was waiting for a call back the other day and it never happened. Arranged an engineer as a last resort when I really want to leave completely, but got taught into it. Was promised they would look into a better date/shorter time, didn’t hear back.

They live & die by their subscriber figures.Seeing loads of folk cancel & run the risk of losing them to others wouldn’t be commercially smart.They’re best off acknowledging current situation & then making gesture to the current subscribers.

    Where is @SkyUK ? No Internet since Friday and there has still been no one near the box to try and fix it? This has cost me a lot of money to add data to all our mobile phones and all our devices, TV and cameras are not working! Please can you send someone to fix it?

    Good morning @SkyHelpTeam, Your website is saying there are no known outages but my broadband is down across our village (Norfolk) and the same for a colleague in Suffolk. So I think there is a BIG outage - it would just be nice if the outage tracker would keep ppl informed.

    @SkyHelpTeam I am coming to the end of my current tv contract (can’t wait for WiFi contract to end - ultra fast means extra cost with minimal difference from b4) Just been advised new tv cost increasing by 20% What’s the process to cancel and when can I do this?
