@SamsungUK Hello JH, It's a flip4 5G... No damage at all. We bought it via @SkyHelpTeam . We now need to send it back and my partner will be with no handset for 2 or maybe 3 weeks. The handset itself it's on immaculate conditions. Still have the original clear stickers on.

@SkyHelpTeam hi - our dish is currently ‘hidden’ by scaffolding but we’ve been able to watch recordings, Netflix etc via apps. These have now stopped and says we need satellite signal-won’t be for a few more weeks yet. Is this normal? Is there a max time the apps work w/o signal?

@MARKHAZ147 @SkySports Because without it, can you imagine the errors? The game is too quick for these middle aged, over weight refs now. in the 70's when the players went for a pint and a *** before the game maybe, but not nowadays with the athletes that hit the field. They can't keep up anymore!
