    @SkyUK broadband intermittently dropping connection. Your support tell me it’s due to number of wi fi devices connnected. When I was with @bt_uk this was not an issue. Sky support tell me I have to pay £300 cancellation fee to leave Sky!

    @SkyUK I have emailed you to complain of your poor service and unable to resolve my broadband issue that appears to be related to the router and I didn’t have this issue when I was with @bt_uk At least @bt_uk gave me the option to speak to a manager! #BadCustomerService

    @virginmedia @virginmedia Wow you can’t even keep on top of your communications - if you bothered to look you would of read the ongoing saga about a cancelled install following a move date and broken cable @SkyUK 1 @virginmedia 0 !!! 5 times cheaper to keep a customer than create a new one

    @SkyHelpTeam We have had a bit of a problem lately with the Sky Q box losing wifi connection, even though all other devices using wifi show full connectivity. It only seems to affect the Sky box. It's only been happening since Christmas.

    @Barrington__ @SkyHelpTeam I suspect we won;t be alone. Moreland avenue is down as well as other sections I would think. There are works down eversley that we are crossing our fingers is not the cause.

    @SkyHelpTeam ive had no internet since yesterday. Tried to do a fix on the my sky app yday & it says an engineer needs to investigate outside of the home, but just keeps saying "soon" any idea when? Really need my wifi & landline back up & running?
