    Heads drooping down, hardly any communication amongst themselves. For a number of seasons now we’ve lacked leaders on that pitch. As Souness said many times on SkySports & he’s right - which senior players do those youngsters and new signings look up to in that dressing room?

    @SkyHelpTeam is there any ownership at all for broadband outage issues and when it will be resolved? Currently paying for broadband & multiroom that doesn’t work & then data on top? That can’t be customer service???

    @SkyHelpTeam hi - our dish is currently ‘hidden’ by scaffolding but we’ve been able to watch recordings, Netflix etc via apps. These have now stopped and says we need satellite signal-won’t be for a few more weeks yet. Is this normal? Is there a max time the apps work w/o signal?

    @SkyHelpTeam I've tried to download Manifest on my tablet but it's telling me I've reached the maximum limit for downloads - I haven't downloaded it anywhere..... not even on my TV and when I did I've deleted it! Help!

    @SkyHelpTeam Yes all it has on the screen is" no satellite signal".but that is because they is scaffolding up.we had this for 3 weeks now

    @SkyHelpTeam But you charge for roaming whereas Virgin Mobile don't which pretty sucks as I'm looking to change providers because of roaming and Sky would have been an option if you didn't charge for roaming!

    @mrhunt4 @SkyHelpTeam @TheRealSitts Yes The Apprentice, Start in Hendon then on Vic Embankment going the other way must be the PHVs , they do get it right when the contestant is sacked and at their most vulnerable/sad/Broken , they use a Licensed Taxi Driver to get them home

    @SkyHelpTeam hope your well are there any known issues with Sound on Sky Glass at the moment keep having to reset sound settings to default or it’s silent 🔇 can’t see a obvious reason as I use the built in speakers with no changes.

    @SkyHelpTeam The issue is that your broadband is a poor product. As soon as our contract is up we will be switching providers. There’s no real reason to suffer slow internet speeds these days

    @SkyHelpTeam the only good thing about being on hold for over 30 minutes is it's making me more determined to cancel. 50% increase on services and previous customer service rep said that's cheap compared to what I should be paying. Then hung up. Cheers for great customer service!

    @SkyHelpTeam Regular picture freeze and connections issues with mini box. All guides and online suggestions have been followed. Internet is fine and main sky box works without an issue.
