    @SkyHelpTeam I have done this. I was on the phone to resolve this 2 days ago with someone from your office and I was told to reset my router. The problem started again.

    @SkyUK Hi,had an engineer out a few weeks ago,the sky box was not working again a couple of days later,I now have no internet,I pay almost a £100 a month,shocking service after 15 years I will be looking elsewhere for broadband.

    @SkyUK Shocking service by Sky. My dad’s had to waste 2 days off work waiting in. First they sent the wrong engineer, (DTH I/o MDU), profuse apologies. The next week they again sent the wrong engineer!!!!. We’re sorry but we can’t come for 2 weeks. Worst customer service ever!!!

    Sky broadband has been down for Hammersmith and Fulham since 10:20 yet no update since 12:00 and no eta on repair fix. Utterly pathetic @SkyHelpTeam - Will be moving suppliers on Monday. Had enough.

    @SkyHelpTeam I wanted to make my frustrations felt as your company is awe full, tel line down, Broadband up/down, standard message it could take up to 5 days, been with EE for nearly 3 years no issues at all, what’s going on sky, feel let down as my alarm keeps beeping even worse

    @SkyHelpTeam You’ve twice sent the wrong engineer (MDU engineer is required) to put in Sky TV & then instead of doing everything you can to get someone there straight away (after being let down for the 2nd time) u give an appointment for 2 weeks time. Terrible CS Sky!! #skyfail

    @aaliaaaliya If you can't see cricket in your hotel it means you are not staying in a four or five-star hotel who have @SkySports Secondly @ECB_cricket &local Cricket counties provide support at the grass root level to promote cricket.Locals do take an interest in their team but are not crazy

    @SkyHelpTeam guys seriously the internet connection is god awful. Constant problems and at the moment rather than bad signal ( which happens frequently ) there’s now NO signal. Hard to stay patient with a service this bad 😫

    @Quiglo @SkySports Again it’s not an issue for me because it’s not actually the sport of boxing. It’s like comparing a PPV legend football match with PPV Premier League. Boxing has an issue with PPV for poor fights. Exhibitions are just a side show

    @SkyHelpTeam Don't know if my internet is down because of a general outage (Ballymoney?) or due to a move to BT internet that was postponed yesterday because openreach were having trouble pulling out the old cable? Turned off at 8:20 this morning. Work from home as a web dev.
