    @SkyUK really need to make their Sky Q platform work with @BT broadband. The mesh network clash means I’ve had to disable my 5GHz range on BT. Changing channels doesn’t fix the issue. Really frustrating.

    @SkyHelpTeam I spoke to a member of the team and we've overcome the issue. The problem I now have is that I was told that I could mirror programs from my sky go to my TV until the box arrives, but this isn't the case.

    Also @SkyUK and @virginmedia the engineer that solved the problem today is what customer service looks like - Gavin Wilson from @virginmedia get him to train your teams. We had at least 8 engineers over past 15 months between your services and this guy sorted it in 1 visit! 5*

    @SkyHelpTeam Anyway, that’s the last I’ll say about it. I’ve cancelled my Direct Debit so the ball’s in your court. Suggest you send me a bill for whatever I might owe you; I’ll pay it then we can call it a day. I’ll never use any of your services again.

    @sonnydniro @SkySports Silly really. Liverpool shd b champs we know but all they care abt is crowing them & not losing money. 27k lives & rising don’t matter. There has to be cut off point to restart n end the season, if not cancel d damn thing. Give them d title if u have to n sack off d season

    @RyanJoForrester @SkySports No I agree the season needs to be finished! As there's a chance any team from 13th could get into the play offs. My main concern with the original tweet is the money these teams in the relegation zone will get if they don't go down. It's totally unfair!

    Sad that we had to leave, go to @SkyUK - was worse. clearly focused on sales and NOT Service. All the engineers from @virginmedia & @SkyUK were really nice people, but did not seem too technically skilled passed - replacing router, swirling in/off etc. Today’s guy new his stuff

    @SkyUK Our dish has been down since STORM DENIS. The engineer finally turns up today, DOESN’T ring the bell but calls my partner who is working and leave a ridiculous voicemail about social distancing! The dish is outside! Don’t use this pandemic as an excuse #CustomerService

    @SkyHelpTeam I don’t accept. Until someone explains why a doorbell cannot be rung & why we have been left without service for 3 months (whilst paying) and why it’s ok to blame the inability to fix an external satellite dish on social distancing. I now have to wait until JULY! This is farcical

    @SkyHelpTeam 3rd of JULY is the date we have been given. It has been down since FEBRUARY. This is an absolute joke. Your engineer is clearly taking advantage of the situation. You cut our neighbours telephone line, told my partner we “just need an upgrade”, blamed social distancing for today!
