July 31st: order new Sky package 2 months later: Sky installed 2 days later: Sky wipe the signal while trying to fix a catch-up TV issue then tell me I have to wait until 7 more days to get it fixed, oh and pay for it. “Believe in better?” Can’t really do any worse @SkyHelpTeam

@SkyHelpTeam hi my broadband has been awful all day! I’ve done the usual steps turning off and in again, unplugging wires and plugging back in, i use a micro filter, I’ve tried changing the wireless channel, I tried doing your diagnostic tests but that’s down, and your website

@SkyHelpTeam Honestly, NO. That is not the quickest way to deal with Sky Apps because it did not give me any results. Sky is purposefully not streaming HD through SkyGo. And before you comment about my internet speed, I guarantee it is 10x faster than what Sky Broadband does. Fix it!

Bit disappointed that after only two weeks of @SkyUK broadband that I’ve got an outage for a whole business day. Working from home on a hotspot doesn’t really work when screen sharing.

@jpwmorg @SkySports Utd were lucky. They only had two chances and hit both straight at the keeper. Liverpool had 17 shots, against a very defensive team playing for the draw, but poor finishing let Utd off the hook

@SkyHelpTeam Nothing helpful. We've done all the tests and changes, and switching channels, moving the router and resetting the box, and resetting the system, had 12 engineers out to "fix" the problem as well as purchasing an additional booster. Something else needs to be done!
