@benjamincfc_ @skytv @SkyHelpTeam His box has been getting a configuration message since yesterday - tried to reboot while I was on the phone. Tried taking the card out, none of it works.....box is still showing no picture but no message of no satellite signal

@btsport Can you please follow the lead of @SkySports & simplify the process to ‘pause’ the sport until @ChampionsLeague & @premierleague are up & running again. If the economy can be paused it should be simple enough to pause this service for customers. Pls update on @Twitter 👍🏽

Had #skyq for 4 months now , it has frozen everyday 2-3 times a day, ive rebooted it updated the software and taken it back to factory settings @SkyUK this shit is costing me £140 per month I’m going to cancel my subscription and throw the box out the window unless you help me

@DrPoults @SkyUK @SkyFootball Hi, I used this number 08001512747 it’s automated. When prompted tell them you want to cancel sky sports. They give you the option to pause. Took me five mins. Good luck.

@SkyHelpTeam No I can’t. It won’t connect unless there is stable internet. Won’t load at all using mobile data. I spoke to your service people on Friday and they said an engineer would come in next Sunday. In the meantime I have unusable very expensive broadband and no offer of compensation
