So @SkyUK just had an interesting conversation with one of your loyalty specialists. Why can a brand new customer get Fibre 500 for £29 but even with discount for being a Sky vip of 22 years I am paying £36? Really shows the value you put on loyalty.

@SkyUK The Sky service has really failed me asked for a bill reduction, they agreed, then suddenly told me to return my hardware. I called, they said it was fixed… now I get a £130 charge for “unreturned equipment.” Really poor service.
