@JayHayon66 @SkyHelpTeam It’s ridiculous I pay over £100 a month and when there’s issues I’m not allowed to call cause I’m not a key worker but I still have to work from home . And my job is actually supporting the NHS 😤

@skytv Focused @SkyHelpTeam My complaint has been open 8+ weeks. Replacement Sky Glass TV has never worked properly. Over 10 calls, 5+ hours, engineer confirmed TV fault — still being asked to repeat troubleshooting. CISAS next unless resolved now.
