Can we downgrade it back to when it was working? It's so slow I can't even run a speedtest. Of course the sky app says it's working (it's not).

I’ve tried to cancel on their website which is almost impossible. I’ve called the phone number they suggested and there is at least a 15 minute wait! I’m being mugged by #Murdoch!

Which is a very satisfactory result, of course, but still worrying why 2 people earlier (one in retentions) told me they could offer no solution!

New contract was agreed and post agreement sky increased the prices. I have tried to call sky customer services serval times and keep been on hold and eventually getting disconnected. When I do a test the speed going into the hub is 79MBPS and then the actual speed on an iPad beside the hub is around 55MBPS but drops down to 5 up in the bedroom. The sky q mini box in the bedroom keeps losing its connection too.

Today will be cancelling contract and asking for service charge to be amended as can’t use dish.
