@SkyHelpTeam Thanks for your quick response. I have tried that page and the £9 offer does not appear on it. If you go to the Contact Us options and then to Upgrade my Package you just go back to the same page without the offer! Others say they have had the same problem. Does this offer exist?

@SkySportsPL @SkySports If keepers stayed in the middle instead of diving, I'm sure they'd statistically save more penalties than randomly diving before they take it. That's 2 I've seen go straight down the middle just this weekend.
