    @JayHayon66 @SkyHelpTeam It’s ridiculous I pay over £100 a month and when there’s issues I’m not allowed to call cause I’m not a key worker but I still have to work from home . And my job is actually supporting the NHS 😤

    I hate @SkyUK so I call the phone help and the answer to my sky Q not connecting is to send a Ethernet cable which will take 5 working day’s... **** off I pay £120 a month and now I can’t use my sky mini boxes or get any on demand stuff @SkyHelpTeam you are ***************

    @SkyHelpTeam When I go to the link and do all what it says and it asks if it works, which it doesn’t , it just takes me to a blank page so there is no further help

    @SkyHelpTeam hi our Sky Q keeps freezing and saying we have no satellite signal, but our status is all fine as is our network connection. We have been through the troubleshooting online which hasn’t fixed it and you’ve removed your phone number to call. Please help.

    @SkyHelpTeam I can’t watch live tv or recordings. I’ve just reset the q mini so waiting to see if that sorts it as network connection is all good.

    @mickyflan @SkyHelpTeam You would not keep your existing Sky package - it’s one or the other. If you get Glass, your existing subscription would be cancelled. Be wary though… Glass is very temperamental and suffers with a lot of bugs and issues. If you record TV shows, do not get Glass.

    After a week of having @SkyUK Broadband Ultrafast Plus, my verdict is it’s worse than what I had before!!! How can that be? Drops out LOADS & didn’t solve the issue I was trying to fix either 🤬 @SkyHelpTeam

    @SkyHelpTeam I have reset the router etc but it just keeps dropping out and then reconnecting a few minutes later. The my sky app says there are errors on our line. This has been 3 days now we're paying for a service so we expect the service.

    @SkyHelpTeam and @BBC the BBC App on Sky glass has picture/sound sync issues and has for months, just live TV, please sort it out as watching things like #StrictlyComeDancing2022 live is very annoying experience, thanks.

    @SkyHelpTeam My 84 yo dad is locked out of his account. Someone changed his password, personal details, backup email address and security questions + is sending phishing emails to his relatives. You won't help. The police you told him to go to, aren't interested. GREAT JOB SKY!
