    @SkyHelpTeam I’m a TV customer looking at maybe adding broadband. I live in London N31QN. I ran a quote & it says no fibre is available at my address, but I have had fibre quotes from you in the past. Is it possible this is an error? I cannot consider moving without fibre. Thanks

    @emma_wheatley @SkyUK Ours is exactly the same. Super slow and their solution is to upgrade to SkyQ... except we can't get fibre here and only have 1 tv so zero benefit.

    @SkyHelpTeam @channell_chris YES, Sky stop trying to hide from this issue. I have done everything to try and sort this, full reboots, full updates, hard drive resets. This is YOUR issue to fix. BBC shows download, your Sky shows do not, also Channel 4 My5 etc YOUR system is a shambles. What am I paying for?

    @SkyHelpTeam Thanks Matt, this is what I did before they told me to go through the online diagnostic tests. A good ideal but automated solutions leave the customer very unhappy with this kind of response.

    @SkyHelpTeam My dad a pensioner on his own (I’m named to speak) is getting charged £50 for not returning a box. Just before Xmas. I got an email.He has the proof and tracking receipt with your return address that it was sent 31/10. Can’t get through to make a complaint.
