    I am trying to get hold of @SkyHelpTeam. As promised on their website they are prioritising key workers (like me, great) HOWEVER there is no number to call and whenever I go on the website I am taken in a never ending loop of testing my connection. #nointernet #nocustomerservice

    @SkyHelpTeam getting 0.6 mbps from my ultrafast broadband, new router on the way, this is the 4th time it’s dropped to these levels, so poor, don’t feel like I should be paying for this? Regretting leaving BT really, never had these issues with them
