    @SkyHelpTeam my broadband keeps dropping off. I have just done a couple of speed checks and the mbps keep fluctuating anywhere between 27.5-48mbps, this is under your guaranteed speed of 50mbps. Was never an issue until a few weeks ago - please help.

    @SkyUK are now charging me £80 a month for a basic @skytv and broadband package. I’ve tried to cancel on their website which is almost impossible. I’ve called the phone number they suggested and there is at least a 15 minute wait! I’m being mugged by #Murdoch!

    So how does @SkyUK treat a customer of nearly 30 years lied to at 18 month renewal that SkyGo will still work in Portugal save as to downloads when they find out it doesn’t? @SkyUK **** on them that’s how offering just £25 compo! Obviously they simply don’t care about reputation.

    @SkyHelpTeam you’re unable to fix the issue with our #SkyQ box therefore we cannot download any programs. No timescale for resolution and no offer of compensation, so we are paying A LOT for a service we cannot use. Help??

    @iamshaunmadill @SkyHelpTeam Completely agree. It’s bloody terrible. Washed out picture quality and no ability to record is very poor. It’s honestly like a glorified Sky Go. Just a lot more expensive.

    As a long term subscriber to @SkySports, I look forward to watching Scottish football over the festive period. If @SkySports can’t meet this demand, then I shall cancel that subscription. I hope they will issue me and others with a full refund.
