    @SkyHelpTeam Thanks, what can I do? You don’t allow me to cast Sky Go. Although I have broadband, the box stops after a few days? And you won’t give me a rebate for loss of service? So unless I pay for someone to move my dish, I have to pay you for nothing for a month & you have no solution?

    Pathetic customer support and help from @SkyUK broadband - activated almost a week ago and still struggling to get internet connection - everytime the customer support just reads out a same generic script involving turning the router on and off - unbelievable

    @SkyHelpTeam Thanks. Enormous confusion at Sky as 2 separate calls failed to give me the answer you gave! So is there no way to access my Sky channels without paying double to get Now TV for a month? I was even told I can’t get a “break in service” refund as I don’t need an engineer call-out!

    @SkyHelpTeam We stopped the uhd download and down loaded in hd, ( which still appeared slow, bug with less data to move was ok ) My non-sky broadband download speed was measuring over 350 Mbs at the time.

    @SkyHelpTeam Impossible to get through to anyone! I’ve had no internet or phone line for at least 16 hours! Can anyone shed any light on this please?? Absolutely ridiculous! I’ve had sooo many issues with this over the years. Simply not good enough.

    @SkyUK I just gave up and have decided to stay with the **** service that I get at Virgin. What a pity. I was actually quite excited about getting away from Virgin because for the past five days the immediate postcode has been without service. Don’t say I didn’t try…Jeff

    @SkyHelpTeam spoke to support earlier as scaffolding has temporarily stopped my satellite signal. They suggested that I cast Sky Go to my TV but, whether by casting or HDMI, I get a message that “playback is not allowed on external displays” when I try to play anything. Help!

    @SkyHelpTeam I have another question… I was told on demand, catch up & recordings will continue to work while there is no satellite signal. Now I read people saying those services also stop after a couple of days. Which is correct? I have broadband so no reason those should stop? Thanks

    @SkyHelpTeam an update (although I’ve had no response from you)… the 3rd person I spoke to yesterday, later on, resolved it, easily! Which is a very satisfactory result, of course, but still worrying why 2 people earlier (one in retentions) told me they could offer no solution!

    I really hope when the rights for premier league football in the UK go to auction sometime next year that only skysports, bt sport ,premier sports or BBC bid and win, as Amazon prime and all other streaming services are awful when it comes to broadcasting sports coverage is bad

    @Teresab1977 @SkyHelpTeam Done it wae BT my Internet wiz shite they sent out an engineer 3 times before they got it fixed then they tried to charge me £80 fur the engineer coming out. Cancelled DD told them they'd get **** all aff me in future. 80 quid got scrapped my Internet was flying. Win win

    @Teresab1977 @SkyHelpTeam Honestly cancel the DD then contact them and tell them you've done it because you're not getting the service you're paying for so you're paying no more til you do. Trading standards would stand by that. 👍
