    Well done @SkyUK phoned Saturday for assistance because my PC wouldn't log on to your broadband but my iPhone did. To be told it's an 'external fault'. I knew it wouldn't be the case and had no internet over the weekend till I realised what the issue was this morning!

    @SkyHelpTeam I had informed sky in advance regarding scaffolding when booking the visit which was a week ago. They should been informed and came with a solution. I wasted a whole day which I had to take off from work

    @SkySports what is going on with your red button games - watching #BrentfordvLeeds it's like a dodgy streaming service - 1 wobbly camera at head height, no zoom shots or alternative angles not even replays on goals; you can't rewind either - crap #skysports watch @btsportfootball

    @SkyHelpTeam once again I cannot access my email from my phone or tablet. It last synced yesterday morning and won't accept my username and password even though I can get in to my messages via laptop. Same issue every few months since you moved to Yahoo. Please sort this out.

    @MattWilson1889 @SkyHelpTeam 💯 they say to ring up and put you on hold for hours on end, I don’t have the time for it, call as a new customer and someone speaks to you straight away until you tell them why you’ve called and get out back on hold again, they’re shocking!
