    @SkyHelpTeam another day of appalling service. A compete lack of information, leaving it to the customer to constantly chase for updates. Cancellations, unconfirmed appointments, no updates, and I’m already being billed for nothing. No router yet either.

    @SkyHelpTeam I had informed sky in advance regarding scaffolding when booking the visit which was a week ago. They should been informed and came with a solution. I wasted a whole day which I had to take off from work

    @SkyHelpTeam HI sky I've noticed a software bug on your new router which adds sky boost. When u change the bandwidth on the 2.5ghz from 20mhz to 20/40mhz. Sky q doesn't work at all.

    @SkyHelpTeam @McAfee ok so I just tried your suggestion and it’s a Sky number which I’ve called numerous times over the past 2 weeks! I’ve tried again and all they say is keep trying the link it will work at some point! This is ridiculous WHERE IS THE HELP!

    Well done @SkyUK phoned Saturday for assistance because my PC wouldn't log on to your broadband but my iPhone did. To be told it's an 'external fault'. I knew it wouldn't be the case and had no internet over the weekend till I realised what the issue was this morning!

I’ve got no problem with the proper City fans who followed their club through thick & thin, not these plastic glory hunters. Pep is a world class manager & City are a fantastic team.     Streaming SkySports is acc worse than the streams. The streams will be behind and cut out here n dere. The quality of the sky stream is like 480p but doesn’t cut out. I know my wifi isn’t the greatest but cmon man.

    @SkyHelpTeam when are you planning to update the PS5 sky go app? The quality is genuinely awful and it’s been 10 months since the console came out. Paying for a full subscription and can’t even watch any channel in HD through your cheap and lazy app you copied over from the PS4.
