Absolutely appalled with the service of @SkyUK ! Waited twice for an engineer and today they had the courtesy of calling me saying they were on their way only to then send a text rescheduling 40 mins later for 2 days time ! @SkyUK I am completely let down by your service

@SkyHelpTeam so I’m a key worker on the test and trace programme and my internet keeps dropping not good when your calling people I’ve just been told I lll have to wait a week for an issue that’s supposedly need sorted 3 times what Petia say basically tough it’s domestic only

@SkyHelpTeam I've had internet dropouts for the past 3-4 days, up to 4 times per day, plus dropouts often in the last year. It nearly jeopardized my life changing doctors appointment held over zoom today, often times my giffgaff 4g mobile data is faster, I need a solution.

All thats to say yes its annoying but you don’t get charged for BB when its not active

@SkyHelpTeam help required with 2tb receiver - broadband speeds of 500+ mbps but programmes stopping multiple times midpoint with caption 'please wait for more to download' - very annoying as this didnt happen previously with 1tb receiver and slower bb speeds.
