  @SkyHelpTeam I was told by Sky it is an outage in the area and that it would be fixed within two working days. That was three weeks ago and the outage is still present three weeks later. Someone in my road later said were then told it would be fixed by 02/09 but that hasn't happened either.

  @SkyHelpTeam @SkyHelpTeam Finally the outage has been fixed but it took 31 days for the internet to be fixed and and 36 days for the phone service to get back working. No explanation for why it took so long. And looking at latest bill the compensation for loss of service only covers two weeks

  Hi @SkyHelpTeam, I activated my Sky Rewards Sainsbury’s coupon, but it wouldn’t scan at checkout. The cashier said there was a Sainsbury’s-wide issue and none of the coupons were working today. My 60-minute activation has now expired. Can you reinstate the reward? Thanks!
