    @SkyHelpTeam In Feb I called your customer service team before my contract was due to expire. They gave me a new deal for the same price and said it would take immediate effect. This hasn’t transpired, so now I’m paying double. Please fix and refund the difference.

    @btsport Can you please follow the lead of @SkySports & simplify the process to ‘pause’ the sport until @ChampionsLeague & @premierleague are up & running again. If the economy can be paused it should be simple enough to pause this service for customers. Pls update on @Twitter 👍🏽

    @SkyHelpTeam Tried to book a home move over a week ago, told the broadband line would be cancelled on the 21st, then on the 21st told there’s a fault on the line and they can’t cancel it. Was told they’d call back today, no call and all lines at sky closed down for training. Joke
