Paul Lewis (@paulstevenlewis) reported from Barnet, England@SkyHelpTeam I have another question… I was told on demand, catch up & recordings will continue to work while there is no satellite signal. Now I read people saying those services also stop after a couple of days. Which is correct? I have broadband so no reason those should stop? Thanks
-
Dani FFTV aka Master Aficionado (@DaniSavvyWright) reported from London Colney, England@RealRickGlaser1 @DAZNBoxing @SkySports Why have you never said this about any other fighter before though why should these networks all just cancel conor for? Thats very excessive when plenty american fighters fail tests.
-
Jimmy Cannon (@7_Cannon) reported from Islington, England@SkyHelpTeam I’m sorry, am I supposed to book an engineer to fix an entire London borough’s internet that has been intermittently faulting all week?
-
Jeff Salmon (@JeffSalmon) reported from Camden Town, England@SkyUK I just gave up and have decided to stay with the **** service that I get at Virgin. What a pity. I was actually quite excited about getting away from Virgin because for the past five days the immediate postcode has been without service. Don’t say I didn’t try…Jeff
-
Stephen McClay (@SMcClay29) reported from Harrow Weald, England@SkyHelpTeam Please will you explain why your automated phone service is telling me to phone back between 8:30am and 9:00pm, when it’s 8:42? I thought your slogan was “believe in better”? I’m not allowed to be 12 minutes late to my desk at my work. When will you be there?
-
MG (@arnau99999) reported from Walthamstow, England@SkyHelpTeam @SkyHelpTeam Today marks an entire month of outage in my area and still it hasn't been fixed. Sky have said on more than one occasion it would be fixed by a certain date. Latest date given for the fix was yesterday but still the outage persists. Do you think this is acceptable?
-
Manuel Monsanto (@MonsantoManuel) reported from Tottenham, England@SkyHelpTeam Hello Team. Internet broadband service is down at N41DS since 9.30am - Do you have an update?
-
Tamir Davies (@StyleSeeLondon) reported from Borehamwood, England@SkyUK what is going on tonight with the signal! Tonight we’ve had loss of signal and complete loss of access to our sky Q multiple times. Is there a nationwide error as I know several people with the same error
-
John PP Hunt (@jpph10) reported from Barnet, England@SkyHelpTeam I have called to no avail. That's why I am trying this route. Seems like a dead end both routes of communication which for two companies in the communications industry is very poor @OpenreachHelp
-
MG (@arnau99999) reported from Walthamstow, England@SkyHelpTeam @SkyHelpTeam Finally the outage has been fixed but it took 31 days for the internet to be fixed and and 36 days for the phone service to get back working. No explanation for why it took so long. And looking at latest bill the compensation for loss of service only covers two weeks
-
Ian Kenealy (@ianjk23) reported from Broxbourne District, England@prodnose However @SkySports are at the heart of the problem. Been throwing extortionate amounts of money at premier league clubs, yet FA money to the leagues below. @SkySports wants Man U v Liverpool every week. #Hypocrisy
-
Tony Jacobs (@TonyJacobs_) reported from Camden Town, England@SkyHelpTeam really unhappy the terrible service my 83 year old disabled mother is getting from Sky - she switched to your broadband and phone only to be told that her phone in each room and personal neck alarm that she relies on now won’t work and no way of working..Shameful
-
crabbzz@yahoo.co.uk (@crabbzzyahooco1) reported from Walthamstow, England@Martin_Buhagiar @SkySports To be fair the worst commentary of the weekend came in the WBA v Brighton game, after Wellbecks penalty hit the post, he hit the rebound back at goal, the ref blew for a free kick. Lee Hendrie asked the commentator why , the commentator didn’t know either. Unbelievable.
-
Richard Walker (@richard_082) reported from Broxbourne District, England@SkyHelpTeam my broadband keeps dropping off. I have just done a couple of speed checks and the mbps keep fluctuating anywhere between 27.5-48mbps, this is under your guaranteed speed of 50mbps. Was never an issue until a few weeks ago - please help.
-
Paul Lewis (@paulstevenlewis) reported from Barnet, England@SkyHelpTeam spoke to support earlier as scaffolding has temporarily stopped my satellite signal. They suggested that I cast Sky Go to my TV but, whether by casting or HDMI, I get a message that “playback is not allowed on external displays” when I try to play anything. Help!
-
Paul Lewis (@paulstevenlewis) reported from Barnet, England@SkyHelpTeam Thanks, what can I do? You don’t allow me to cast Sky Go. Although I have broadband, the box stops after a few days? And you won’t give me a rebate for loss of service? So unless I pay for someone to move my dish, I have to pay you for nothing for a month & you have no solution?
-
Rebecca Wicking ✡️ (@rebeccawicking) reported from Islington, England@SkyHelpTeam Not good enough! This isn’t the price we agreed when I renewed my contract with you. You should honour the price that was agreed. I don’t really care for the reason. You will lose a lot of customers. I’ve been a customer for 9 years and that means nothing to you!
-
MG (@arnau99999) reported from Walthamstow, England@SkyHelpTeam I was told by Sky it is an outage in the area and that it would be fixed within two working days. That was three weeks ago and the outage is still present three weeks later. Someone in my road later said were then told it would be fixed by 02/09 but that hasn't happened either.

Dan Goodman (@dangoodman101) reported@MichelleBeckett @SkyUK @VodafoneUK A month after my old Mum died, Virgin called me and said she was eligible for an upgrade. The lady on the phone couldn't grasp she'd passed even though her contract had been terminated. She kept saying she'd been a Mobile Customer for 10 years, she would get a great deal. Useless
-
Mikki Bjerke (@mibjerke) reported@SkySports Stupid question. No debate. Rules are rules. England dodged a bullet due to a faulty tech system. No doubt that the ball hit the cable. To question this is like asking if the sky is blue or green. And 54 % chooses green due to the narrative. Good luck in the semis 👍🏻
-
Light (@lightsockss) reported@F_Edits @SkySports nah man It's unlucky though don't think there's a valid reason to disallow the goal. **** like this could happen
