    @SkyHelpTeam Thanks, what can I do? You don’t allow me to cast Sky Go. Although I have broadband, the box stops after a few days? And you won’t give me a rebate for loss of service? So unless I pay for someone to move my dish, I have to pay you for nothing for a month & you have no solution?

    @SkyUK my sky tv has been showing no satellite signal for the past 12 days. New contract was agreed and post agreement sky increased the prices. I have tried to call sky customer services serval times and keep been on hold and eventually getting disconnected. Can’t get no help!

    @SkyHelpTeam My Sky + box has disconnected from the Internet and no matter what I do ( I have tried all options) but a network cannot be found. Are there any issues atm? All my other devices are connected to my WiFi no problem.....

    @SkyHelpTeam I understand that. So again…is there no way to access my Sky channels without paying double to get Now TV for a month? I was even told I can’t get a “break in service” refund as I don’t need an engineer call-out! I seem to be stuck forced to pay with on options at all to stream?

    @SkyHelpTeam spoke to support earlier as scaffolding has temporarily stopped my satellite signal. They suggested that I cast Sky Go to my TV but, whether by casting or HDMI, I get a message that “playback is not allowed on external displays” when I try to play anything. Help!

    @SkyHelpTeam abysmal service. My partner started working with Sky months ago, yet since we switched our (already crap) package to your apparent super best, it’s been worse than ever. Can’t stream anything without interruptions. And yes, been through usual steps. Not good enough

    @SkyHelpTeam really unhappy the terrible service my 83 year old disabled mother is getting from Sky - she switched to your broadband and phone only to be told that her phone in each room and personal neck alarm that she relies on now won’t work and no way of working..Shameful

    @SkyHelpTeam I have another question… I was told on demand, catch up & recordings will continue to work while there is no satellite signal. Now I read people saying those services also stop after a couple of days. Which is correct? I have broadband so no reason those should stop? Thanks

    @SkyHelpTeam I'm home now and I've had to switch my WiFi on to be able to send a tweet. I cant use WiFi at work because it is a secure network. I cannot even get a WhatsApp message. Its a good job I have a works mobile otherwise I wouldn't be able to contact my wife. The service is poor.

    @RichardADixon @SkyHelpTeam We don’t. I have set a reminder to cancel all services when my “sneaky” latest contract expires in September: tv, mobile and broadband all being taken elsewhere. After 15 yrs of custom and their twitter team recently being snarky little know-it-alls I am off…

    When looking to tighten belts in the upcoming financial squeeze I for one am finding Sky to be VERY poor value for money! They even stopped adding new daily movies and play so many repeats! #netfilx is winning! @SkyHelpTeam @skytv @SkyUK

    @SkyHelpTeam Hi I have already done this and had a new sim card but there isn't any difference. I have even spoken to other people that are with Sky mobile and they say the same as I do. I will see how my phone signal is when get home without the WiFi on and see if it's just as bad
