    Why doesn’t the ref go to the monitor on the side of the pitch while stockley Park are reviewing the incident so he can discuss it with the other refs so he can look at it as well. In the time most decisions are made the ref could see the incident again with them #var #SkySports

    @SkyHelpTeam can you please fix the ads on 'Are you the one' on SkyGo? It glitches at the start of the show and you get 3 sets of ads in the first minute of content. Every time :/ Ads before the episode preview, after it, and then another ads after the 10 seconds theme tune

    @SkyHelpTeam Prime and iplayer worked fine. Switched the box off and back on, it fixed the Netflix problem but when I tried to watch prime video, the screen went black. Had to switch box off AGAIN. Was going to try them again, but it's late and I can't be bothered.

    @SkyHelpTeam so now like 3 and a half weeks of my sky on demand and cinema and downloads not working. Have been given a voucher so we could still watch movies but I can’t use that either as i can’t download on my sky Q box… This is totally unacceptable
