No explanation for why it took so long. And looking at latest bill the compensation for loss of service only covers two weeks

I was even told I can’t get a “break in service” refund as I don’t need an engineer call-out! I seem to be stuck forced to pay with on options at all to stream?

I have just done a couple of speed checks and the mbps keep fluctuating anywhere between 27.5-48mbps, this is under your guaranteed speed of 50mbps. Landline phone not working at all during the 16 days and internet still very slow, sluggish, intermittent. No communication from Sky as to why it is taking so long to fix or when it will be fixed. #ridiculous
