    @SkyHelpTeam moving into a temporary accommodation tomorrow, I am moving my TV, Phone and Internet service with me, unfortunately I have been told it will be another 2 and a half weeks before internet is installed, is there any option of getting round this or doing sooner?

    @SkyUK leaving their customers waiting and waiting and rescheduling and rescheduling and finally a call - be there in 20 minutes ! Next thing to arrive is a text rescheduling yet again for another day ! What a shocking service

    @SkyHelpTeam For >36 hours it has stated “There's an outage in your area We’re working on it and it usually takes a couple of hours to fix things like this. Been having a problem for a while? It could be a network problem. Check service status for more info.”

    @SkyHelpTeam I've had internet dropouts for the past 3-4 days, up to 4 times per day, plus dropouts often in the last year. It nearly jeopardized my life changing doctors appointment held over zoom today, often times my giffgaff 4g mobile data is faster, I need a solution.

    @SkyHelpTeam Then service status shows nothing but reminds me that some local outages would not show on the service status page. This is ridiculous, verging on disgraceful, to leave your customers with NO internet for so long when we are working from home.

    @SkyHelpTeam so I’m a key worker on the test and trace programme and my internet keeps dropping not good when your calling people I’ve just been told I lll have to wait a week for an issue that’s supposedly need sorted 3 times what Petia say basically tough it’s domestic only

    I am trying to get hold of @SkyHelpTeam. As promised on their website they are prioritising key workers (like me, great) HOWEVER there is no number to call and whenever I go on the website I am taken in a never ending loop of testing my connection. #nointernet #nocustomerservice

    @SkyHelpTeam All they could do was tell me there was an outage in the area. We have the broadband speed garuntee which gives us a free month of broadband if our speeds are not met, does this apply when we get no speed at all I wonder?

    @vishy_united @SkySports Why would you even start with Agent. This wasn't the problem last summer. Dortmund and the structure of the fee was the main issue. United have a board right now that wouldn't look out of place as Borris Jhonnsons staff. Such liar's and treat their audience with content.
