    @SkyHelpTeam it is appalling that despite being a loyal customer even with this ur s**t #SkyQ service, you don't support customers when they need ur help. I have spoken to ur colleague and will be switching to @virginmedia once my contract expires. You just lost a customer!

    SKY Q SERVICE, BEWARE !! Horrible, Moved to new build house with fibre optic, ordered SkyQ had nothing but problems, interference and bad picture, sky & fibre eng have visited numerous occasions. 8 weeks still not working. Do not get SkyQ with fibre broadband!! @SkyHelpTeam

    @SkyUK we spent an hour trying to cancel my Nona who is 81 who is in serious pain who has had her house knocked down & she is moving into a flat . The customer services are absolutely terrible , why can't you make an easy process rather than have all these delaying tactics

    @SkyHelpTeam Hello, I have it’s wide issue again. Third time this month now, and I’m supposed to hotspot from my phone another working day again. It’s just unacceptable especially as you’re charging for service that’s not even reliable.
