Sky insist it is our Wi-fi but when I cannot view on mini box I can watch on my I phone. I am very annoyed we pay for sky q and it’s unreliable used a lot of calories running up and down stairs resetting

Landline phone not working at all during the 16 days and internet still very slow, sluggish, intermittent. Just had to put complaint into @skytv as an engineer came to fix a SkyQ issue in 2024 & signed my widowed 80yr old mother up for @SkySports package without consent so he could get commission. Only just found out. She’s now terrified of having an engineer visit again.
