@SkyHelpTeam I’ve had a terrible support experience and Sky said they would take care of everything and they didn’t do anything apart from take my money and open an account. This is what they call good customer service. I would not recommend anyone opening account with Sky

@SkyHelpTeam I have been trying to go through your trouble shooting prompts. Why am I being told it’s my setup when your fully aware there’s a problem at my local telephone exchange. You can inform your customers there’s a problem?

@SkyHelpTeam my broadband keeps dropping off. I have just done a couple of speed checks and the mbps keep fluctuating anywhere between 27.5-48mbps, this is under your guaranteed speed of 50mbps. Was never an issue until a few weeks ago - please help.

@BIGT0806 @SkyUK @BT .......2 of 2. So I binned them off. I've got Sky's streaming service in place now. It's almost an identical tv, bb & phone line package for £60. It's working well at the moment. Better picture & sound quality on my tv & soundbar with Sky than it was with Virgin too.

@mrjlockey95 @SkyUK No, absolutely DON'T go to Virgin. I've just booted them myself because they tried to stiff me out of an extra £21 a month for my package. And from next year, you'll have no right to cancel with them due to RPI increases (& the 3.9% extra on top they'll charge you). Don't do it.

@SkyUK getting fed up of internet keep dropping. Had sky glass for a year and it’s a regular occurrence but been happening multiple times a day in the past week or so. Do all the checks & all says ok but did have engineer ‘fix’ it last week. Driving me insane! Please DM me
