    @SkyHelpTeam I called again and asked for sky plus to be reinstalled. No answer yet. Sky insist it is our Wi-fi but when I cannot view on mini box I can watch on my I phone. I am very annoyed we pay for sky q and it’s unreliable used a lot of calories running up and down stairs resetting

    @SkyHelpTeam On the phone for a long time we have the older sky q hub, I even have a old sky microfilter and it gives me only 15mgs streaming think it's broken

    @SkyHelpTeam since we got the Q box. It just shows Sorry there is technical issue we are working hard to fix it. What's that mean. Can have issue 24/7. Calling you takes so long.😡😡

    @sihiggins1985 @SkyUK @netflix I’ve already called themThey couldn’t take it off my bill then had the audacity to ask to rate them over the phone out of 10. Not fair on the advisor, not fair to the customer to be asked in person on the spot!Said they couldn’t remove that fee or the equivalent amount off bill x

    @SkyHelpTeam I understand that. So again…is there no way to access my Sky channels without paying double to get Now TV for a month? I was even told I can’t get a “break in service” refund as I don’t need an engineer call-out! I seem to be stuck forced to pay with on options at all to stream?

    @SkyHelpTeam my broadband keeps dropping off. I have just done a couple of speed checks and the mbps keep fluctuating anywhere between 27.5-48mbps, this is under your guaranteed speed of 50mbps. Was never an issue until a few weeks ago - please help.

    @SkyHelpTeam I see a number of people are reporting an outage in north London again. I am one of them. Instead of telling us all to check your service checker website, could you get someone to fix it? It was 7 hours last Tues. It would be great to be slightly quicker this time.

    @OfficialPuge @SkyHelpTeam Are you running the test on speed test via WIFI? If you’re having issues like this I’d recommend phoning them to test it because you’d likely be missing out on compensation at the least if there is an issue.

    @SkyUK I’m disabled and think I made a big mistake going over to my broadband recently. Terrible connection,especially on my iPhone. Everything the engineer installed is completely out of my reach. I’ve sent several to you but had no reply. Maybe I should leave 😡

    @SkyHelpTeam @SkyUK I’ve spent hours on the phone trying to arrange repair of my IPhone 16, 14 months old. Over 2 weeks later the promised repair pack has still not arrived and nothing has been done. Unacceptable level of service. Can someone take ownership and resolve this
