Just moving into a gorgeous cottage on the edge of London. Phoned up @SkyUK to move over broadband/sky TV ASAP as there's barely any 4g signal. The earliest they can do is 23rd December! Got NO idea how I'm going to work till then! 😖

@SkyHelpTeam since I upgraded to fibre my internet is worse in the evenings and weekends. It's caused a massive argument in my family. Can we downgrade it back to when it was working? It's so slow I can't even run a speedtest. Of course the sky app says it's working (it's not).

@snellcj @SkySports The Hill/Schumacher rivalry was great and no silly tribalism from fans. The decline started with engine revs being capped and then constant money saving measures that made the larger teams entrenched into their current positions. Jordan 1997 would never happen today

@SkyHelpTeam I’ve done that. The automated system asks what the problem is and so I say talk shield isn’t working - response was you can’t have it as you done have sky talk and sky broadband. I do. And I’ve had talk shield since it started. The only change was this year to fibre BB.

@SkyUK apologies but I can’t get any reply by your help line. Sky Talk Shield isn’t working. Dialling 1780 as advised suggests it is, but I’m still getting unknown and ****** calls. 1780 tells me I’ve had “no calls for thirty days”, but that’s not true. Help please!

@RojParody @SkyHelpTeam If you've got a booster 3 ft away and it still keeps dropping off (I'm assuming you get full signal str?) then I'd be taking a look at the PC (I assume your phones are fine?). Start by reinstalling the wireless driver
