@BellaCHO72 Ive updated my package coming out to upgrade wifi plus new uhd box etc adding all skysports as new contract was on offer , no pub option kinda forced the issue 😂

@SkyHelpTeam Yes, it’s an external fault. Disappointed that @OpenreachHelp haven’t managed to fix this issue seeing as we live 20m from the exchange. The downtime is having a big impact on working from home!

Joined @SkyUK recently, they told me they will take care of BT. Just found out my BT account is still active. Rang in to Sky and spoke to Raj. Couldn't fix the problem, refused go get his manager and passed me to another queue (god knows where). Still on the phone why did i leave
