    Interesting now #ScotsLouise from @SkyUK has broken news that my 88yrold aunt can’t get landline until the 17th March, even though order has now finally been placed, @SkyHelpTeam have gone very quiet! I’m sure @OfCom will want to know she will be without landline a whole month!

    @SkyHelpTeam Birmingham. Last night Internet went down 30mins I understand that. But today for 3 freakin hours and still going its down at similar times. 1 hr I would understand but 2 days straight and in the 2nd day its even worse. Please fix it ASAP you've already made me lose some work😤

    @SkyUK how long does it take to fix your mcafee tool? I've been waiting 21 days so far, so that I can put the mcafee tool that I'm subscribing too onto my new laptop. I have been checking everyday since i got the laptop and yet it's still not fixed.
