    @SkyHelpTeam Thanks, what can I do? You don’t allow me to cast Sky Go. Although I have broadband, the box stops after a few days? And you won’t give me a rebate for loss of service? So unless I pay for someone to move my dish, I have to pay you for nothing for a month & you have no solution?

    @SkyHelpTeam an update (although I’ve had no response from you)… the 3rd person I spoke to yesterday, later on, resolved it, easily! Which is a very satisfactory result, of course, but still worrying why 2 people earlier (one in retentions) told me they could offer no solution!

Not fair on the advisor, not fair to the customer to be asked in person on the spot!Said they couldn’t remove that fee or the equivalent amount off bill x

    @SkyHelpTeam @SkyHelpTeam Finally the outage has been fixed but it took 31 days for the internet to be fixed and 36 days for the phone service to get back working. No explanation for why it took so long. Also, looking at latest bill the compensation for loss of service only covers two weeks.

    @SkyHelpTeam my broadband keeps dropping off. I have just done a couple of speed checks and the mbps keep fluctuating anywhere between 27.5-48mbps, this is under your guaranteed speed of 50mbps. Was never an issue until a few weeks ago - please help.

    @SkyHelpTeam On the phone for a long time we have the older sky q hub, I even have a old sky microfilter and it gives me only 15mgs streaming think it's broken

    Can someone please help me @SkyHelpTeam I pay alot of money for your full fibre gigfast broadband but I just cannot get any sort of strong or consistent WiFi upstairs. I’ve been advised on the phone that I should have been told the speeds won’t be the same in other rooms unless I spend another £6 a month on another service and booster. I shouldn’t have to spend yet more money to receive a service I already pay for. This is ridiculous now, can someone with the authority to make decisions get in touch please as this is very unfair now

    How is it acceptable @SkyUK that you want to charge me £250 to cancel when you couldn’t provide me any services. You couldn’t provide broadband for 2 month so I cancelled. Now you give me a bill to cancel for no services. Is your company such a mess that you need to con?

    @SkyUK Do not get an iPhone from Sky. Even a new phone will not be replaced if there’s a problem. I’ve spent 2 weeks and hours on the phone with no resolution. Without a phone for 2 weeks. Absolutely appalling customer service

    @mark1984toon @SuperLeague @SkySports Skys coverage of RL is a shambles. Sky+ or Super League + coverage not working or constantly glitchy a regular occurrence. RL fans will watch any game even if it doesn’t feature their club cos they love the game but they’re being let down by Sky.
