    Obviously @SkyUK ‘s slogan of “believe in better” doesn’t extend to their customer service: after asking to move the date of my installation next week, I expected maybe a couple of weeks’ wait, not October! Oh and I’ll still be charged for it as if it was installed this month?!!

    Never had a problem with @SkyUK but when I’m out of contract and @virginmedia could give me a better deal, of course I am going to switch. What I don’t like is how unprofessional the sky agent was about the fact I was switching to Virgin ... NOT NEEDED 🤬

    @SkyHelpTeam Thank you. Still you should work on an entertaining message whilst there’s no signal. Went through the 5 steps and checked with other residents. Fault seems to be communal aerial on our so it’s over to @jjcaspell to send us someone

    @SkyHelpTeam so I spoke to someone at broadband who can only tell me there’s an outage in my area 5 days of not being able to work from home is not good they advised to contact Openreach they say speak to u, possible to get any answers on this issue! frustration is setting in.

    @SkyHelpTeam very disappointed with sky never had a problem with them now I have a problem there ******* me about my phone line has been knocked off on the box on my landing I told them this but yet you want to run a line test that of course will fail

    @SkyHelpTeam tell me what to do??? Mobile broke since 6th Oct. Been sent back for repair whxih turns out they didn't do. Told it was sim card waited still didn't work. Tried another didn't work. Told to cancel contract by ur team. Cancellation team couldn't do it as still money

    @SkyHelpTeam You need to change the original message that said about 2 hours at 6.30am. You have also not apologised, explained what the problem is , or talked about compensation for having to use 4G. There are Facebook chats everywhere frustrated at lack of info. Not very good comms at all

    @SkyHelpTeam I have just come off of the phone. Yesterday it was an OpenReach issues but today it's a Sky network problem apparently. Not a good start to our Sky broadband. Just have to wait now ...

    @SkyHelpTeam Well that’s a big let down as there is no other option on your sky store but if you went from sky Q into store you can get it in UHD I feel as though it’s a big let down for sky glass
