@SkyHelpTeam I'm very irritated by your terrible service. Not only did you terminate my broadband service a week early, we've waited 2wks for an engineer, only for him to arrive, say he's not comfortable drilling holes, insult my husband & then leave! Completely unacceptable!

Absolutely ridiculous service from @SkyUK @SkyHelpTeam - installed on the 9th November but nothing working till the 19th November!!! Paying for 100s of channels but receiving only 5 in that time!!

@NovemberHoney1 @Apple @SamsungMobile @EE @SkyUK @VodafoneGroup I try not to be in fairness depends how much time I’ve got on my hands lol and I have more than one phone so work phone tends to get used during the day mostly but if I’m somewhere with low signal battery dies well quick.

@SkyHelpTeam - beginning to lose patience with Sky Q. Problem after problem. The latest issue is that the boxes cannot retain internet connection which means I am constantly (every few minutes) having to reset. Broadband has NO issues with any other device. Fed up.

@virginmedia so, having been on hold for 25 minutes, then cut off, called back on hold for a further 15 minutes... cut off again. Your customer service is atrocious... I can hear @SkyHelpTeam beckoning... they were crap, but they were never this shit.

@SkyHelpTeam - ok, so Sky Q just does not work. Completely had enough - can guarantee the support I get will be a) check the website (waste of time) b) private dm you (waste of time) c) I might then get to an engineer coming out (who will never show up because they never do).

Dear @SkyHelpTeam I called on Saturday to advise I'm moving house on the 23rd. I got home yesterday to find my broadband prematurely disconnected by you! And as I made the mistake of my phone network being @EE I have no data either! Egregious mistake by you guys

@SkyHelpTeam Since you replaced my Sky Q box, I often find the audio sync is wrong. Setting a delay doesn’t fix it, the fix each time is to go to settings, pretend to have Dolby Digital on HDMI, then go back again and set back to “Normal” and it fixes it for a few days. Why?

@SkyHelpTeam Sky engineer has come 3 days ago and I still have major ping spikes and jitter when gaming. This makes gaming unplayable for me. We have tried a lot of different things and nothing seems to work. It is a issue with the line and need an engineer to fix the line issue

@SkyHelpTeam It says that there are 3 issues but 2 of the issues say London. I live nearly 700 miles away from London. The London issues give a time frame but the 3rd one duesnt and says it'll be fixed with in a couple of hours but it hadn't been.
