Fortune. I checked out @SkyUK new Sky Glass. Why did they not make a dish free box, rather than force people to buy a new TV. Not only that but a rude interaction with a Sky retail store manager at Meadowhall. Got £20 credit for public humiliation & 9yrs custom. Bye bye @SkyUK

@SkyHelpTeam Yes I rang yesterday. The guy I spoke to was very helpful but it will take up to 2 days to fix which I am not happy about. If this was a one off incident fair enough but this happens a few times a year. Very bad service
