    @SkyHelpTeam I had new WiFi/sky q/router installed today. Now Dyson and Sonos products aren’t reconnecting to the WiFi - the WiFi is otherwise working. Could it be a router problem? Thanks.

    @SkyHelpTeam Thanks for your reply, but after some thought, I'd just like to cancel and start new. The box I have is literally over 10 years old, and it was reconditioned when we got it and my bill is £96 a month 🙄 Can I cancel by email or letter? Can't face the back and forth hustle rn.
