    @SkyHelpTeam I've had on & off problems with my sky broadband today currently cannot connect both sky q main & mini box to internet follwed all guides online and cannot call anyone as im not in one of the crictical cats, is there a number or someone I can speak to at sky please?

    @SkyHelpTeam Thank you. Still you should work on an entertaining message whilst there’s no signal. Went through the 5 steps and checked with other residents. Fault seems to be communal aerial on our so it’s over to @jjcaspell to send us someone

    @SkyHelpTeam Please I have done all this before, I’ve had broadband guy out and a TV woman out and there’s still issues. For 4 months now and still £100 you take from me with no resolution.

    Obviously @SkyUK ‘s slogan of “believe in better” doesn’t extend to their customer service: after asking to move the date of my installation next week, I expected maybe a couple of weeks’ wait, not October! Oh and I’ll still be charged for it as if it was installed this month?!!

    @SkyHelpTeam so I spoke to someone at broadband who can only tell me there’s an outage in my area 5 days of not being able to work from home is not good they advised to contact Openreach they say speak to u, possible to get any answers on this issue! frustration is setting in.

    @samlomas @RookeryMike Doesn’t help my 84 year old ST holding dad who have sky q access but no access via a computer etc ... Could really do with a code pass that unlocks this for them on sky directly . @SkySports innovate ?

    Never had a problem with @SkyUK but when I’m out of contract and @virginmedia could give me a better deal, of course I am going to switch. What I don’t like is how unprofessional the sky agent was about the fact I was switching to Virgin ... NOT NEEDED 🤬

    @SkyHelpTeam Sky Q boxes keep disconnecting. Wifi is absolutely pathetic, and I am paying a small fortune for an unreliable service right now. On my order I did specify I wanted a WiFi booster also but this wasn't supplied in the end.

    @SkyUK the worst customer service I have ever received from Sky. My broadband is completely not working. No engineer available for at least 5 days and unable to work from home. Took me 6 call attempts to speak to an actual person and they can’t even do anything. #terribleservice
