First they sent the wrong engineer, (DTH I/o MDU), profuse apologies. The next week they again sent the wrong engineer!!!!. We’re sorry but we can’t come for 2 weeks. Worst customer service ever!!!

Took Friday off work & waited all day to get sky installed.We had to call sky to find out they couldn’t make it to us Friday. Today I take a half day holiday as I was told I’d be first call out and it’s nearly 3pm and still no sky!!

Terrible CS Sky!! #skyfail

You sent engineer to me Friday but problem isn't solved yet you expect me to pay for engineer and for my sky ..

My broadband speed has never met the agreed ‘normal’ level (77MB) and is generally in single figures - virtually unusuable. Sky diagnostic test is fine, and on BT I was always getting 60MB plus. Help
