Each time I end up being on hold for over 30 minutes whilst the agent fights with his system and fails to cancel our account. It’s now been 3 weeks and we’re still paying for a package we can’t use.

I’ve tried to cancel on their website which is almost impossible. I’ve called the phone number they suggested and there is at least a 15 minute wait! I’m being mugged by #Murdoch!

It looks very pretty but it feels like whoever designed it wasn’t very good a user experience. The UI is sluggish and often hard to tell what is highlighted/selected. Navigation isn’t always clear.
