@SkyHelpTeam so I spoke to someone at broadband who can only tell me there’s an outage in my area 5 days of not being able to work from home is not good they advised to contact Openreach they say speak to u, possible to get any answers on this issue! frustration is setting in.

Never had a problem with @SkyUK but when I’m out of contract and @virginmedia could give me a better deal, of course I am going to switch. What I don’t like is how unprofessional the sky agent was about the fact I was switching to Virgin ... NOT NEEDED 🤬

Obviously @SkyUK ‘s slogan of “believe in better” doesn’t extend to their customer service: after asking to move the date of my installation next week, I expected maybe a couple of weeks’ wait, not October! Oh and I’ll still be charged for it as if it was installed this month?!!

@SkyHelpTeam I had new WiFi/sky q/router installed today. Now Dyson and Sonos products aren’t reconnecting to the WiFi - the WiFi is otherwise working. Could it be a router problem? Thanks.

@SkyHelpTeam my broadband is literally slowing more every day. I have Superfast with a guaranteed 51mps, but it’s now 18mbps. I keep calling and it never gets fixed. Who do I complain to? I can’t spend hours on the phone every few days to you.

@SkyHelpTeam Hi, I've been a customer of yours for a good few years but moved property in October 2020 and on moving decided to get superfast broadband, pretty much since, it hasn't ran at the correct speeds and works when it wants to. Right now it isn't loading anything.
