    @SkyHelpTeam hope your well are there any known issues with Sound on Sky Glass at the moment keep having to reset sound settings to default or it’s silent 🔇 can’t see a obvious reason as I use the built in speakers with no changes.

    Just moving into a gorgeous cottage on the edge of London. Phoned up @SkyUK to move over broadband/sky TV ASAP as there's barely any 4g signal. The earliest they can do is 23rd December! Got NO idea how I'm going to work till then! @SkyHelpTeam

    @SkyHelpTeam Thank you. I did some tests and now see the issue is the wi-fi as the speed on my laptop connected to the ethernet is nearly 500Mbps! I can't physically move the hub to a central point in the house as the cables are so short. Do you provide WiFi boosters? Thanks.

    Totally disgusted with Sky. Tried upgrading to Sky glass today. Being told that I have to pay for my mini-boxes / pucks again. Already paid for them once, why do we have to pay for them again, customer services useless!!!! @SkyHelpTeam

    @SkyHelpTeam hi I’ve been mucked about by an agent giving me a deal I’m now told doesn’t exist.After 4 days of little help I’ve had to cancel my contract which I didn’t want to do. Can you inform me whether there is an ability to negotiate deals as I was told you can’t?

    @SkyHelpTeam Hi, I haven't had Internet since yesterday morning. We have sky boost and booked an engineer who has now told us that the problem is further away than our telegraph pole. He says the report might not be seen until Monday not fixed before then. Will we be reimbursed?
