@SkyHelpTeam No B/band since 30th, team say system won’t let them book engineer ‘because it’s an outage’. Know this is resolvable because engineer visited neighbour on 31st - fixed in 5 mins flicking switch on the road.

@SkyHelpTeam Thanks. When I do a test the speed going into the hub is 79MBPS and then the actual speed on an iPad beside the hub is around 55MBPS but drops down to 5 up in the bedroom. The sky q mini box in the bedroom keeps losing its connection too.

@SkyUK I'm a gold member And still waiting for my refund more then 1 week know and the operators keep on saying its been refunded to my credit . Operators should listen to customer and not do what they won't

@SkySports Well they didn’t, then they robbed us of 2 points with the Hendo goal. Followed by referee mistakes at Brighton, Fulham, against Sheffield, Newcastle and Southampton. VAR is ****, but shows how poor referees have been not just now but forever.
