    Well done @SkyUK phoned Saturday for assistance because my PC wouldn't log on to your broadband but my iPhone did. To be told it's an 'external fault'. I knew it wouldn't be the case and had no internet over the weekend till I realised what the issue was this morning!

    @SkyHelpTeam absolutely disgusted by the service, due an engineer today to fit the tv package and now just been told can’t do today and re-scheduled for 25.02, not good enough in my opinion as this will mean over a month with no tv, want to cancel all subscriptions with you now

    @SkyHelpTeam @McAfee ok so I just tried your suggestion and it’s a Sky number which I’ve called numerous times over the past 2 weeks! I’ve tried again and all they say is keep trying the link it will work at some point! This is ridiculous WHERE IS THE HELP!

    @ThePhilTaylor @SkyHelpTeam It’s obviously designed to try and keep customers longer. They already make it difficult to cancel. I could understand if it was about covering equipment costs but I offered to buy kit outright in return for a 12 month contract and they still said no. So sticking to @FreeviewTV

    @SkyHelpTeam @disneyplus I spoke too soon. Resetting the settings and refreshing apps on #skyQ box has not sorted the problem of Disney+ app only showing me content in HD when it should show me UHD. I’m going to try rebooting the #skyQ box every morning, see if that cures it. 👎🏻
