@SkyHelpTeam @OpenreachHelp engineer scheduled. However it's not the first time having problems with #skyBroadband since September. It's the 4th and it is just #ridiculous. I work from home and I cannot do anything. Besides you will not compensate the distress and extra mobile data purchased.

@SkyHelpTeam The last 3 days or so I have had such rubbish connection with Sky broadband. Sky Q loses connection (wired), Xbox doesn’t connect (wired), and phones don’t do anything when using WiFi. Download and upload speeds are all over the place. Help?

@SkyHelpTeam really getting fed up with your crappy internet. Signal strength excellent download speed poor all other devices disconnected from the internet but can’t watch a film I bought from you on the sky store via my @NOWTV box. Gonna have to change broadband providers

@SkyUK your customer service is attrocious. Your telephone customer service is a nightmare to get through and I have tried to upgrade my broadband to no avail. Even your chat function tells me you are too busy!! What’s going on?
