    @SkyHelpTeam I am in London N31QN and both our Sky mobiles have stopped working in the last half hour. I can see a 3G signal but no 4G and cannot make calls, send messages or get online. Wi-Fi calling also does not work. Are you aware of this issue? Thanks.

    @SkyHelpTeam Other companies are still sending engineers who are following COVID safe procedures. Why are Sky any different? Will I get some sort of refund on my extortionate bill as a result if having to wait?! This sound issue has been getting worse over many months and my bill is going up!

    @SkyHelpTeam are there issues with the skygo app on PS5? I couldn't stay signed in, I've uninstalled and reinstalled, which has sorted that, but now it freezes whenever I go on to the live tv section. When I managed to get to a channel it freezes on a black screen

    @SkyHelpTeam It's been bk up for about 2 hours now with no more drops so will keep an eye on speed as it settles & hope it doesn't drop again. We normally have a steady 74mg. Usually it's fine but since the outage in the week it's been a pita.

    @SkyHelpTeam Unfortunately i was a sky q customer had to move to BT as sky was getting really expensive. I have never received any packaging from you for my sky q box and multi room box and router; i don't have a printer to print labels off to put onto my own packaging
