Have now called up @SkyUK three times to cancel. Each time I end up being on hold for over 30 minutes whilst the agent fights with his system and fails to cancel our account. It’s now been 3 weeks and we’re still paying for a package we can’t use.

@SkySports I’m available to commentate on games on the red button, no matter who the teams involved are- I’ve got no idea who that is doing the Reading/Birmingham game but he’s comfortably the worst commentator I’ve ever heard
