    @Victoria__Wai @virginmedia @ThreeUK @SkyUK Yes I was with BT at my last house but when moved no phone line and as under lockdown no engineer could come so had to go Virgin but last 5 weeks...apparently fibre but speed is appalling and then today! Never again

    3 months with signal issues, unable to watch channels, engineers who turn up and are unable to fix the issue but advice to join another provider. What service are you providing then. @SkyUK @SkyHelpTeam @MoneyTelegraph @CISASUK

    @SkyHelpTeam Our sky broadband has been so bad since we got it Think it’s time for a change @week88 what’s the point of paying for it when half the time we are using our own phone data and can’t download on the sky box 🤬

    @SkyHelpTeam It just says line is slower than normal. But as I said it drops every 2 mins. Been bad for months but never like this. Was told months ago there was a fault but at the exchange & someone would fix it. They never did & now it's just unusable

    @SkyHelpTeam hi I’m in Edgware in nw london and I’ve got no WiFi Connection as it says on the app that there’s an outage in my area. Any idea when it wil be back working as I need to be able to work. Thanks

    @SkyHelpTeam I've tried all that and it doesnt give a telephone number. It says the weather is making it slow but it's not slow it keeps dropping completely every 2 mins and is impossible to use! Pls help

    @SkyHelpTeam Stop directing me to something that does not work.. I have upgraded my Internet but the problem still persist. Please send an engineer to sort this out. I cannot be paying £92 per month for a service I hardly enjoy. It is a massive rip-off

    Absolutely appalled with the service of @SkyUK ! Waited twice for an engineer and today they had the courtesy of calling me saying they were on their way only to then send a text rescheduling 40 mins later for 2 days time ! @SkyUK I am completely let down by your service

    @SkyHelpTeam We are currently in the throes of giving up what we see as a decent sky bill Please check our account I hope you ,in fact you will see we are a valued customer We have had no sky since before Covid Your response to our appeals has been utterly miserable it

    @SkyUK leaving their customers waiting and waiting and rescheduling and rescheduling and finally a call - be there in 20 minutes ! Next thing to arrive is a text rescheduling yet again for another day ! What a shocking service

    @SkyHelpTeam Your canned response makes no sense when you look at what I said. You have to automatically apply broadband compensation rather than ask the customer to contact you. This is a direct breach of @Ofcom regulations otherwise
