@SkyHelpTeam not happy this morn , awaiting a visit to fix a sky q box, between 8-12.30 , had to ring customer services to be informed it will be between 12.30 and 2.30. My partner was supposed to be in work at 1!!!!!

Excellent work from @SkyUK Rang to cancel last month, they persuade me to do a home move (with promise of a new box) We move, technician gives me an almost decade old box with no WiFi built in. Ring to cancel again, promise a Sky Q box. No one completes the order, or rings me.✅

@SkyUK as a Sky VIP. Try to buy a movie Sky Store #fail. Call centre say as VIP we’ll put you straight through!! now on hold...at 17mins ironically the marketing starts re movies I can buy! At 19 mins “buy broadband” 22 mins still no answer, 35 min a fix. Doesn’t feel very VIP!!

@SkyHelpTeam hello, I’ve had the same issue now for 7 months with Sky Q. The minis upstairs hardly work, despite a booster being fitted and the main box connected via Ethernet. The internet is worse than what I had 10 years ago. Guys on the phones seem to care, technicians don’t.

@SkyHelpTeam got broadband installed on Monday but was only using for the first time on Thursday after 10pm. Connection was horrendous and unusable for online gaming. Friday, throughout the day the connection was perfect and stable. At approx 10pm it was unusable again. Help?
