@SkyHelpTeam Offered sky vip diamond due to being a customer of 20 odd years. Being a diamond vip it said that I could get Sky Go Extra for free. Duly accepted then get and email saying I will be charged after offer ends.Bit scammy if so & shite way to treat long term customers.

@WyattDu69157112 @ami_dda @SkyUK Maybe worth looking into? that's what happend to me despite not being able to use either still billed me, I wasn’t to pleased I felt sorry for the agent I spoke too regards this but made my point and bills reimbursed and within a few days of the call issue was sorted.
