@SkyHelpTeam hello, I’ve had the same issue now for 7 months with Sky Q. The minis upstairs hardly work, despite a booster being fitted and the main box connected via Ethernet. The internet is worse than what I had 10 years ago. Guys on the phones seem to care, technicians don’t.

@SkyHelpTeam just turned on tele to a message saying you have updated my sky+ box and have a look at all the wonderful things you can now do. Well my planner has now disappeared, just says there is an issue and press yellow, then tells me to do a Sky+rebuild, tried that, but 1/2

@SkyUK as a Sky VIP. Try to buy a movie Sky Store #fail. Call centre say as VIP we’ll put you straight through!! now on hold...at 17mins ironically the marketing starts re movies I can buy! At 19 mins “buy broadband” 22 mins still no answer, 35 min a fix. Doesn’t feel very VIP!!

@SkyHelpTeam not happy this morn , awaiting a visit to fix a sky q box, between 8-12.30 , had to ring customer services to be informed it will be between 12.30 and 2.30. My partner was supposed to be in work at 1!!!!!

.@virginmedia £75 a month and you can't provide any Internet, phone line nor television. Nearly 12 hours and counting.... Never had this problem with @SkyUK

@SkyHelpTeam So in order to contact @skytv to cancel (which I should be able to do as per consumer rights) for free I have to buy more products. Its not a perk of being a loyal customer, or just generally good customer service. Also there us no live chat, that's a lie @SkyHelpTeam. Wow.

@SkyHelpTeam So I called the number, got a text message that looped back to sky support online that ran through standard instructions for putting on a series link. I know how to do that, what I wanted to know is why the series link for @SkySportsF1 doesn't work any more.
