    @SkyHelpTeam @OpenreachHelp apparently BT are now saying they won’t even respond to the reports of the outage in this area until at least Monday! In this current climate with people working from home how is that acceptable?

    @SkyHelpTeam but then didn’t. It comes back it disappears. The call centre is saying everyone must call in but can’t get through. Clearly a wider issue although your online checks that we have to do say not. Can you investigate please?

    @SkyUK hey sky, if I pay £900 a year for my Sky subscription and I want an additional box for multi room. Why are you not willing to wave the £50 fee? I thought I’m your favourite customer? If I leave, I bet it would have been worth giving for free then? #Debate2020 #sky #Clown

    @SkyHelpTeam A large number of customers in the SE23 area are having significant issues with broadband (as demonstrated by the comments on our forum)- of the one who managed to actually speak to someone they were told an open reach engineer come out to check the local box 1/2

    @SkyHelpTeam Broadband been down since yesterday. Had a message to say it was fixed this morning. Worked for an hour and now nothing again. Now there’s conveniently ‘a problem in my area’. When will this be fixed? I need internet to work... can’t speak to a person.

    @SkyHelpTeam hi my broadband has been awful all day! I’ve done the usual steps turning off and in again, unplugging wires and plugging back in, i use a micro filter, I’ve tried changing the wireless channel, I tried doing your diagnostic tests but that’s down, and your website

    @eamokav @SkySports @BBCPanorama Tangent? You said racehorses are 'retired' to hunting - another industry riddled with cruelty. You're right though - it shouldn't need documentary to end funding for horse racing. It should never have been allowed in 1st place - set up by TDs with conflict of interest.

    @SkyUK The rewards program needs a refresh. I should be able to swap as much data as I want. Whatever happened to using spare data for money off your Sky bill. Come on Sky! The idea is fantastic but it’s letting us down! 🙁

    @SkyHelpTeam Unfortunately that’s putting the persons safety at risk. This is 2 nd or 3 rd time this has happened. I myself have been a sky customer since 2003 and I’m the person who recommended sky to my dad. Starting to wish I hadn’t bothered

    @SkyHelpTeam Useless service from Sky yet again. Trying to book a house move. Go to website, log in. use the link to send message via Facebook then it tells me that's for accessibility requests only!! If I can't move easily today online I will call to cancel.

    @SkyHelpTeam As a loyal Sky customer, I feel it is helpful to you to let you know when things aren’t right. The rewards program has been cut back over recent years and is nowhere near appealing as it used to be. It could be so much better. 🙁
