@SkyUK our broadband is dreadful at the moment. Using Speedchecker: On 26/04 our download speed was 1.67, on 04/05 our download was 1.64, slightly better today at 9.78, but our guaranteed minimum is 22. How do I cancel my contract as I’m only 6mo into an 18mo contract.

@SkyHelpTeam reassure me they weren't hackers themselves. The phone then went dead! I'm sure that asking a customer to give access to their connection to enable network security to exclude hackers isn't something that Sky would do.
