So unimpressed with @SkyHelpTeam. I’ve been without signal for nearly a week, have to wait another week and a half fir an engineer to come out. Wish I had never gone with sky for my TV & broadband. Signal strength is also crap.

@SkyHelpTeam Please help with an issue for my Uncle. He’s reliant on Video Calls to Doctors after Chemo due to Covid. He has been informed to wait till next week. SkyQ box showing Orange light, Cables replaced, device restarted. I’ll follow up with a call tomorrow morning.

@SkyHelpTeam just a small idea if your call centres are on a huge overflow, why not stop wasting staff on sales calls and put them on to help customers, then do the sales calls, also maybe ask people what days are ok to call as i don't give a damn what Ofcom say

@SkyHelpTeam about calling between 10-5pm as the rep told me as some people don't want to be called on a Sunday by a sales rep unless asked, free idea why not ask what days is ok to call you on re-selling, tech help ofc can call any time anyway thank you for the reply yesterday
