@SkyHelpTeam Hi Sky! We had problems with our SkyQ box and had it replaced last month This new one keeps crashing and restarting itself and has just done it mid England game! help!! I’ve followed all help steps online more than once to restart and it keeps happening

Have now called up @SkyUK three times to cancel. Each time I end up being on hold for over 30 minutes whilst the agent fights with his system and fails to cancel our account. It’s now been 3 weeks and we’re still paying for a package we can’t use.

So unimpressed with @SkyHelpTeam. I’ve been without signal for nearly a week, have to wait another week and a half fir an engineer to come out. Wish I had never gone with sky for my TV & broadband. Signal strength is also crap.

What difference dose it actually make to fans who don't support the EPL that the Superleague canceled. They are still on a different planet money wise to other leagues so I don't see it being a big victory of any kind. Skysports killed football years ago..
