    @SkyHelpTeam Hi Sky! We had problems with our SkyQ box and had it replaced last month This new one keeps crashing and restarting itself and has just done it mid England game! help!! I’ve followed all help steps online more than once to restart and it keeps happening

    @SkyHelpTeam your Broadband call centre now has 15 minute waiting times!! Do you not think that if you update us PROPERLY we wouldn’t need to call! It’s because you REFUSE to update us with any hope at all that we are all getting mad! This is now affecting school work. 4G is slow
