@SkyUK I would like to say how unimpressed I am that following my sky q box hard drive crashing leaving me with no recording or access to anything apart from live tv and multi room not working because of this I have to wait nearly a month to get this fixed!Great customer service

@SkyHelpTeam Offered sky vip diamond due to being a customer of 20 odd years. Being a diamond vip it said that I could get Sky Go Extra for free. Duly accepted then get and email saying I will be charged after offer ends.Bit scammy if so & shite way to treat long term customers.

@SkyUK It’s not for me. Would Rather keep sky Q. I think it’s a bit of a backwards step if I’m honest. You are more likely to accrue problems with a streaming service. Strange move, If it isn’t broken then don’t try to fix it.

@SkyUK Trouble is my Sky Q mini box always keeps freezing, the blue screen or the recording won't play, I'm forever resetting the box to get it back, I have phoned Sky and they sent me a booster, made only a slight difference, sky + was way better but without the app!!!

Could've just bought a St Mirren TV game pass but would rather the money went to us.

@SkyUK The problem with this is we have a Sony Oled TV with spec better than your Sky Glass TV so this doesn’t make sense in our house. It would be good to get rid of dish but if internet goes down, no TV.
