    @SkyUK as a Sky VIP. Try to buy a movie Sky Store #fail. Call centre say as VIP we’ll put you straight through!! now on hold...at 17mins ironically the marketing starts re movies I can buy! At 19 mins “buy broadband” 22 mins still no answer, 35 min a fix. Doesn’t feel very VIP!!

    .@virginmedia £75 a month and you can't provide any Internet, phone line nor television. Nearly 12 hours and counting.... Never had this problem with @SkyUK

    @SkySportsPL @SkySports Yes, a yellow for Son breaking down play. Gomes is knocked off balance and collides in to Aurier. Aurier is not at fault. (Ps I don’t support either team #nobias )

    @NovemberHoney1 @Apple @SamsungMobile @EE @SkyUK @VodafoneGroup I try not to be in fairness depends how much time I’ve got on my hands lol and I have more than one phone so work phone tends to get used during the day mostly but if I’m somewhere with low signal battery dies well quick.

    @SkyHelpTeam hello, I’ve had the same issue now for 7 months with Sky Q. The minis upstairs hardly work, despite a booster being fitted and the main box connected via Ethernet. The internet is worse than what I had 10 years ago. Guys on the phones seem to care, technicians don’t.

    @PRITCHNEWS @GNev2 @SkySports @GNev2 doesn’t manage them (yet) but I agree , I was hoping @ManUtd would still be in their pomp ready for @LUFC to knock them down next season in the #Premiere at this rate we will cross over or beating them won’t represent much of an achievement.

    Really quite unimpressed with @SkyUK’s customer service. Opaque billing systems that confuse agents has meant a I’ve had to spent another hour sorting out their own mistakes to avoid a sizeable bill. Make sure you double check their paperwork in future! #customerservicefail

    @SkyHelpTeam just turned on tele to a message saying you have updated my sky+ box and have a look at all the wonderful things you can now do. Well my planner has now disappeared, just says there is an issue and press yellow, then tells me to do a Sky+rebuild, tried that, but 1/2

    Hey @SkyHelpTeam, Netflix app on SkyQ seems to be banjaxxed on main box and minis. Tried app refresh on all of them etc. Looking at your forums, seems this has been a problem for the last 2-3 weeks, which correlates with my experience :-/ p.s it’s not my WiFi, main box is wired

    @SkyUK I’m an existing customer. Can I ask why I had to pay a £10 admin fee today@just to keep my broadband package the same… disgusting I think. The person on the phone wasn’t very helpful…

    Please help @SkyHelpTeam. I’m still having issues with my new #skystream. With v14 software you’ve fixed the app stutters and crashing but not the audio. Getting audio dropouts when I watch things in #dolbyatmos. Any suggestions as I’ve only had it 3wks.

    @SkyHelpTeam don’t know why I bother with sky broadband. Off again in the middle of the football, refuse to call up and complain, they do nothing, and can’t when I have to use my phone to finish watching the game!! No discount offered, diamond customer apparently!!

    @SkyHelpTeam Is rather keep the convo out of PM as that’s usually where I get fed the line it’s a @ParamountPlusUK issue and then left to rot by one of your partnering companies. Nothing privacy wise needs to be disclosed.

    @cdnarey @SkyHelpTeam I’m trying to play fifa online but keeps going off every 30 mins for 5 minutes….I’m paying that extra £5 a month so it makes sure my internet is monitored and checked before any problems occurs, it’s a joke
