    @SkyHelpTeam Broadband been down since yesterday. Had a message to say it was fixed this morning. Worked for an hour and now nothing again. Now there’s conveniently ‘a problem in my area’. When will this be fixed? I need internet to work... can’t speak to a person.

    @SkyHelpTeam Upgraded to ultrafast fibre. We lost all broadband at 10 pm last Tuesday. Didn’t come back on until late Thursday, just before compensation cutoff! It’s now gone again at 10pm. Cannot contact anyone because you’re closed. The test on the phone detected issues. Poor service Sky!!

    @SkyHelpTeam It says there is no known issue in my area and that it can't connect to my hub, although my phone is connected to the hub, but it says no internet access. My partners parents live behind the street, and they are having the same issues.

    Has anyone figure out how to cancel @SkyUK broadband without wasting time on a phone? I have been trying to figure out how to do it online for over an hour now - which now has definitely made me make sure I cancel the service. Why make things so complicated?
