    @SkyHelpTeam I know how to run checks/tests etc, and have worked in “networking” for over 10 years. The problem is at your end. You must stop doing network tests and updates during customer usage hours. I’m fed up of constantly getting cut off mid work, without warning!

    @SkyHelpTeam 3 times within 3 days our internet is gone down (not including the other times it goes down nearly every day) I work from home, it’s getting beyond a joke. I shouldn’t have to stop working and not be able to do my job just because your internet is ******* awful.

    Good morning @SkyHelpTeam please can I have an update on the @WeAreOpenreach @OpenreachHelp problem that is effecting my broadband been out for the 6th day now and been told it will be done by today at the latest as they need to do some digging to repair the cable?

    @bt_uk My contract ends mid January. I've called your hot line to get a 12 months renewal but you can only offer 24 months. you obviously dont want to retain customer so I'm going to go to @SkyUK!

    @huwselby @SkyHelpTeam you next steps i.e. engineer needed or wait for DLM. If the speed is where it should be then you have a WIFI issue and you’ll need to troubleshoot accordingly
