@SkyHelpTeam Offered sky vip diamond due to being a customer of 20 odd years. Being a diamond vip it said that I could get Sky Go Extra for free. Duly accepted then get and email saying I will be charged after offer ends.Bit scammy if so & shite way to treat long term customers.

@SkyUK I would like to say how unimpressed I am that following my sky q box hard drive crashing leaving me with no recording or access to anything apart from live tv and multi room not working because of this I have to wait nearly a month to get this fixed!Great customer service

@SkyHelpTeam you have text me to tell me that my email has been blocked due to a security concern and to login to change my password. When I try it gives me a phone number to call, when I call the number it tells me I will apparently be on hold for an hour! 😱😱

@SkyHelpTeam just turned on tele to a message saying you have updated my sky+ box and have a look at all the wonderful things you can now do. Well my planner has now disappeared, just says there is an issue and press yellow, then tells me to do a Sky+rebuild, tried that, but 1/2

Really quite unimpressed with @SkyUK’s customer service. Opaque billing systems that confuse agents has meant a I’ve had to spent another hour sorting out their own mistakes to avoid a sizeable bill. Make sure you double check their paperwork in future! #customerservicefail

.@virginmedia £75 a month and you can't provide any Internet, phone line nor television. Nearly 12 hours and counting.... Never had this problem with @SkyUK

@SkyUK as a Sky VIP. Try to buy a movie Sky Store #fail. Call centre say as VIP we’ll put you straight through!! now on hold...at 17mins ironically the marketing starts re movies I can buy! At 19 mins “buy broadband” 22 mins still no answer, 35 min a fix. Doesn’t feel very VIP!!

@SkyHelpTeam you’ve apparently blocked my e mail account due to a security concern, your text tells me to login and change my password. When I try to login it tells me there is a problem and to call a number... percent tells me that I will be on hold for an hour!! 😱😱...

@virginmedia Taking the Mick right!? July 12th is when we are expected not to have intermittent service?! Next Monday... We haven't had internet for 12 hours now and it's going to be 6 days till it's back Going to look @SkyUK for internet now, nobody on our estate has had an issue with them.

@SkyUK been holding on for an hour tonight to cancel my TV subscription. Spoke to someone on 38 mins who said hold on a minute, an hr in still listening to music/adverts. You go on the sky page and it gives you tel numbers to complain, what a joke! Seriously peed off!
