    My @SkyHelpTeam broadband was due to be activated on the 2nd July and was finally done 6 days later yesterday on the 7th So for 6 days no service and no working internet @SkyUK have given me a whopping £5 off my bill. Howay man, have a word like.

    @SkyHelpTeam Your website says £8 per day for loss of service if the fault is not fixed after the 2nd working day it was reported. It was reported on Thursday and fixed yesterday. That’s not £5 is it.

    @SkyHelpTeam waited from 1-6pm today for a sky engineer to connect us today in Wendover, did not turn up even after phoning and being reassured he would. No help on phone apart from offering an appointment on 14th Feb - this is shocking service.

    @SkyHelpTeam I had a text and an email on Friday saying it would be delivered today. I took a day off work and now @RoyalMailHelp are saying it’s in transit somewhere and will turn up whenever, if it does turn up that is. I’m working the rest of the week. Appalling service.

    Betweeen them @SkyUK and @WeAreOpenreach have disconnected our phone line, without telling us or warning us We have lost our number which we’ve had for 35 years. We’ve never not paid a bill and are supposedly VIP customer. I am shielding at the moment & now have no landline.

    @SkyHelpTeam No but most couriers will give you an hrs time slot on the day once you have the tracking number. Why use RM who are shite and have no customer service like other couriers.

    @SkySports you are still taking money from us for sports channels! Pay this to the football leagues! Then ask all premier league teams to give money to each and every league team below them to help - like 2-3 teams each to help them pay their bills and keep going!

    @OpenreachHelp They have and have been told an engineer within 5 days. Can you not read? Your engineer has lied and so have you. You have 48hrs to activate my line or I will cancel @SkyUK and use @virginmedia who don’t use your **** engineers or infrastructure

    @SkyHelpTeam This is a new contract I have taken out with you and it’s not a good start. If it’s not resolved within 48hrs I will cancel and go with Virgin media who don’t use openreach.

    @SkyHelpTeam My broadband was due to be activated by @OpenreachHelp yesterday. The engineer has marked it as a completed job yet I have no active line and have been told to wait up to 5 days for it to be checked. You have 48hrs to fix it or il cancel and go with @virginmedia

    @SkyUK received a rather rude call from @Openreachthis afternoon about my broadband speed. Very condescending and when I told him not to be do rude he did not speak again. With that I hung up. Appears to me to be a spam call?

    @SkyHelpTeam Yes and if we had any broadband we’d do exactly that. Stop copy and pasting replies and just fix it please. WA15 has no phone signal or 4G so we heavily rely on our broadband working!!

    @alisonbcoleman @SkyHelpTeam They don't know how long it will take and you knowing the issue won't make it better. If they give a timescale and are wrong then that's worse than saying nothing. Chill out, it's a problem to fix, it's not on purpose and they gain nothinf from it. Threatening to switch is silly.

    @SkyUK can we have a detailed update on what is happening. I work from home and unable to do so with out internet. Will customers get compensated for this outage and lack of communication? Have you been hacked?

    @mattielmo2 @SkyHelpTeam We're in M32 and ours has been down since last night. Completely stuck- couldn't do anything we needed to do. Ended up having to buy extra data from our phone provider and wing it.
