    Just moving into a gorgeous cottage on the edge of London. Phoned up @SkyUK to move over broadband/sky TV ASAP as there's barely any 4g signal. The earliest they can do is 23rd December! Got NO idea how I'm going to work till then! 😖

    @SkyHelpTeam Sky.There's three golden rules in sales:1. Never promise want you can't deliver. 2 product knowledge .3. Listen to the customer,who pays your salary. Now,in #BERKHAMSTED the broardband has been down,almost 12 hours! you said ages ago fixed in 2. Be truthful please

    @SkySports Even as a United fan I have to agree with the majority here that it wasn’t a foul. Fernandes should of been able to hold him off rather than fall over so easily. That aside, focus on the poor defending not the foul that never was. Was an all round awful performance!

    @SkyHelpTeam Called twice. I asked to speak to a manager said wasnt important enough. Repeated this level of service and as I'm out of contract leading me to leave sky broadband, they still took no action just trying to book another broadband eng in 2 weeks. Why was it cancelled?

    @SkySports Loved the changes. The game flows better and will hopefully stop people diving every 5 minutes. That was never a foul, Bruno should have tried to protect the ball.

    @SkyHelpTeam This has happened already. A customer advisor told me and engineer would be out and it would be fixed in 5 days, it’s been 12. I’ve been advised again by your automated system that an engineer will be out, what happened to the first engineer?
