Hi @SkyHelpTeam dodgy call this am from someone pertaining to be you telling me they’d noticed my broadband was slow to connect. Didn’t ask my name or any security Q’s. Hung up when I said it was an odd call. I’ve got the number they rang from - should I DM you to report please?

@SkyHelpTeam but then didn’t. It comes back it disappears. The call centre is saying everyone must call in but can’t get through. Clearly a wider issue although your online checks that we have to do say not. Can you investigate please?

@SkyUK received a rather rude call from @Openreachthis afternoon about my broadband speed. Very condescending and when I told him not to be do rude he did not speak again. With that I hung up. Appears to me to be a spam call?

@SkyHelpTeam A large number of customers in the SE23 area are having significant issues with broadband (as demonstrated by the comments on our forum)- of the one who managed to actually speak to someone they were told an open reach engineer come out to check the local box 1/2

@SkyHelpTeam hi my broadband has been awful all day! I’ve done the usual steps turning off and in again, unplugging wires and plugging back in, i use a micro filter, I’ve tried changing the wireless channel, I tried doing your diagnostic tests but that’s down, and your website

@SkyHelpTeam Your website says £8 per day for loss of service if the fault is not fixed after the 2nd working day it was reported. It was reported on Thursday and fixed yesterday. That’s not £5 is it.

@SkyHelpTeam Oh I'm already aware of the pathetic compensation policy, allows you to leave customers hanging for 2 days then after that give them a whopping £8.40 per day. Wouldn't even cover 1 hour at minimum wage. Let alone losing days worth of wages.. All because of your service.

@SkyHelpTeam It’s telling us our broadband is fine once we go through the steps, but the orange light is still on and we have no internet, so we don’t have that option. Is there a general service outage in the area, as other people seem to be having the same issue in Lincoln?
