@SkyHelpTeam not happy this morn , awaiting a visit to fix a sky q box, between 8-12.30 , had to ring customer services to be informed it will be between 12.30 and 2.30. My partner was supposed to be in work at 1!!!!!

Really quite unimpressed with @SkyUK’s customer service. Opaque billing systems that confuse agents has meant a I’ve had to spent another hour sorting out their own mistakes to avoid a sizeable bill. Make sure you double check their paperwork in future! #customerservicefail

@SkyUK I would like to say how unimpressed I am that following my sky q box hard drive crashing leaving me with no recording or access to anything apart from live tv and multi room not working because of this I have to wait nearly a month to get this fixed!Great customer service

@SkyHelpTeam Hi, I definitely tried to run the test with WiFi off from my mobile but also from work. The #ServiceChecker tool itself is the problem. This was confirmed by @SkyHelpTeam CS. They cannot do anything until fixed, not even ask help from OpenReach. 3rd Day.

@SkyHelpTeam My friend, a 78 year old lady has been trying to contact Sky as she has no written confirmation of her package.Her internet she got of them isn’t working and can’t get the online services to check her connection. Not exactly good service for the £90+ a month.

@SkyHelpTeam Hi Emma. This is a physical issue with the @paramountplus app when using SkyQ. As I mentioned before there is no issue with any other app. I have a non Atmos surround setup and it is setup correctly. Is there a way that this issue can be looked into by the tech team?
