@SkyHelpTeam No B/band since 30th, team say system won’t let them book engineer ‘because it’s an outage’. Know this is resolvable because engineer visited neighbour on 31st - fixed in 5 mins flicking switch on the road.

@SkyHelpTeam I live in the TW7 area and there seems to be an issue with the Internet. I’ve tried resetting it and disconnecting it and following the instructions online but it hasn’t worked. It’s been like this for over 2 hours.
