    @SkyHelpTeam No B/band since 30th, team say system won’t let them book engineer ‘because it’s an outage’. Know this is resolvable because engineer visited neighbour on 31st - fixed in 5 mins flicking switch on the road.

    @SkyHelpTeam I understand that - but that isn't this - the install was originally booked for the 1st July, but didn't happen. The bill lists the charges against services during July, and CS confirm this. Service isn't going in until Saturday in theory.

    @SkyHelpTeam I extended for 18 months - Sky should send me something for being a loyal customer. Used the app so no additional cost to Sky. Wasn't warned about the charge at the time - I'd remember as I would have been very cross about it.

    @SkyHelpTeam The issue is I can't find someone in CS who seems to understand this (they seem to be making up a different reason each transfer)... And there are only so many transfers I can take. Can you get someone above L1 to call me?

    @SkyHelpTeam Thats the issue though - the 4 agents I've spoken to *haven't* understood. The next option is give up and cancel instead as the CS experience has been pretty terrible on the phone so far. Its not great when each rep has a guess at what they think it could be without helping.
