Just moving into a gorgeous cottage on the edge of London. Phoned up @SkyUK to move over broadband/sky TV ASAP as there's barely any 4g signal. The earliest they can do is 23rd December! Got NO idea how I'm going to work till then! @SkyHelpTeam

Of course my connection decides to mess up just before my exam. @SkyHelpTeam tried to change the WiFi channel and run a diagnostic which showed everything normal. I’ve reset the router to see if that’s the issue but my laptop just cut me off completely
