When I try to login it tells me there is a problem and to call a number... percent tells me that I will be on hold for an hour!! 😱😱...

When I try it gives me a phone number to call, when I call the number it tells me I will apparently be on hold for an hour! 😱😱

Being a diamond vip it said that I could get Sky Go Extra for free. I was on hold for 30 mins started speaking to someone and then I was cut off. Customer experience has been pretty poor since I moved to sky and the issues with broadband is affecting my work.

Prior to being cut off I was told I would have no service until 27 Oct. How can I speak to someone that can help?

However sky are claiming to have not received this (typical) and are seemingly trying to reconnect me when I have now have a contract in place with virgin!!
