    @SkyHelpTeam Sky tech team came out Monday checked all in house equipment and passed it over to open reach/ open reach came out today and still being advised damage to by hub. Been told early best week but have no faith in this as been waiting far too long

    @SkyUK received a rather rude call from @Openreachthis afternoon about my broadband speed. Very condescending and when I told him not to be do rude he did not speak again. With that I hung up. Appears to me to be a spam call?

    Hi @SkyHelpTeam new customers get the same package as me for ยฃ33 per month. ยฃ15 per month cheaper than what I'm paying. What happens if I cancel today and re-join with a different number, email and debit card tomorrow? Will I get the discount? Thanks. @SkyUK

    @SkyUK @SkyHelpTeam absolutely *************** this Xmas. All over Sky Cinema advertising movies in HDR via Sky Q. Except early adopters of Sky Q own boxes that are not HDR compatible. Once again penalised for being a loyal customer

    @SkyHelpTeam I had a text and an email on Friday saying it would be delivered today. I took a day off work and now @RoyalMailHelp are saying itโ€™s in transit somewhere and will turn up whenever, if it does turn up that is. Iโ€™m working the rest of the week. Appalling service.

    @SkyHelpTeam @bt_uk what broadband services do you offer to new customers? As @virginmedia broadband is **** and repeatedly disappoint all customers, surely wonโ€™t be too hard to provide a decent service rather than mediocrity

The Reds could finish last and the social media team would still post we know you will smash it because that is their job. Real support means watching the games not tweeting corporate encouragement. Sky Sports paying for broadcast rights means they need you to tune in not just wish luck from the couch
