I've Have had more issues with sky in the last 2 weeks,thsn in the last 35 years.I also have sky HD Which is far ,far better than other sky products in my opinion.

Each time I end up being on hold for over 30 minutes whilst the agent fights with his system and fails to cancel our account. It’s now been 3 weeks and we’re still paying for a package we can’t use.

The DVLA were terrible for me, they said that they could only refund mum's car tax from the date they received the form, not when it was dated. I had done it to the end of month, as they don't do partials, and lost an extra month because it that.
