Really quite unimpressed with @SkyUK’s customer service. Opaque billing systems that confuse agents has meant a I’ve had to spent another hour sorting out their own mistakes to avoid a sizeable bill. Make sure you double check their paperwork in future! #customerservicefail

@LochOlly @SkySports They always use that one don’t they? It is where it gets subjective the problems happen. That was objective. It clearly hit his hand. If they had not disallowed it then it would have been the most incompetent use of var all season. Which would be quite something!

@SteveMc79064531 @LochOlly @SkySports It is a complete and utter shambles. Var means they are spotted and this is held as a negative about VAR but in reality it is a terrible rule. The problem is that they have to disallow that goal because that was a howler by ref. Clear hand so goal can’t stand. Stupid rule.

@SkySports The thing is that the rule is different for attacking handball than defensive handball. The rule is clear: any hand that leads to a goal is cancel. No matter what is the position of the hand. The rule for these hands is Clear
