@SkyHelpTeam not happy this morn , awaiting a visit to fix a sky q box, between 8-12.30 , had to ring customer services to be informed it will be between 12.30 and 2.30. My partner was supposed to be in work at 1!!!!!

@SkyUK I would like to say how unimpressed I am that following my sky q box hard drive crashing leaving me with no recording or access to anything apart from live tv and multi room not working because of this I have to wait nearly a month to get this fixed!Great customer service

Really quite unimpressed with @SkyUK’s customer service. Opaque billing systems that confuse agents has meant a I’ve had to spent another hour sorting out their own mistakes to avoid a sizeable bill. Make sure you double check their paperwork in future! #customerservicefail

@SkyHelpTeam I have tried all of these and my wife has been online too it drops out at very random times most days im a gamer and a streamer and it almost always cost me the ability to stream we have had this problem for over a year now and had the hardware upgraded too
