@SkyUK we spent an hour trying to cancel my Nona who is 81 who is in serious pain who has had her house knocked down & she is moving into a flat . The customer services are absolutely terrible , why can't you make an easy process rather than have all these delaying tactics

Broadband has not been working properly for 40+days, numerous calls were made to Sky, issues not solved, network is completely down. Sky generously offers £2 for compensation but wants to charge £70 for cancellation! @SkyBroadband @SkyHelpTeam
