    @SkyUK We’ve been on the phone with you for an hour and you still can’t send an engineer until 20th!!! Can you improve the phone call service if I PM you as this is disgraceful. No TV for a month if we have to wait till then!

    @SkyUK we spent an hour trying to cancel my Nona who is 81 who is in serious pain who has had her house knocked down & she is moving into a flat . The customer services are absolutely terrible , why can't you make an easy process rather than have all these delaying tactics

    @SkyHelpTeam No, I was stating that I waited 24 hours for as a new broadband customer to have my Internet activated, I am still waiting, your team has informed me that there is a fault and they are waiting for network team to try and resolve this.
