    @SkyHelpTeam Sky tech team came out Monday checked all in house equipment and passed it over to open reach/ open reach came out today and still being advised damage to by hub. Been told early best week but have no faith in this as been waiting far too long

    Hi @SkyHelpTeam new customers get the same package as me for £33 per month. £15 per month cheaper than what I'm paying. What happens if I cancel today and re-join with a different number, email and debit card tomorrow? Will I get the discount? Thanks. @SkyUK

    @SkyHelpTeam hi team, I had a load of issues over a year ago with latest sky q boxes and Bt Wi-Fi mesh discs - boxes kept freezing and getting overly warm. I had to cancel membership. Has this issue been resolved yet?

    @virginmedia So VM, I’ve been ‘talking’ to Andi BOT for the past 90 minutes and it says wait times are over 15mins but ‘it’ has been saying this for over an hour!! There’s only so many times I can reset the damn router to try and improve wifi! Really regretting leaving @SkyUK atm

    @SkyUK we have been a customer of yours for 5 months, upgraded our internet with you, got a mesh system, yet we still have WiFi issues. We have spent an hour a week (20+ hours) with your Customer Service team doing resets. I need WiFi for work! What can you do as this can’t go on

    @SkyHelpTeam I have just had a parcel delivered without the item in it the box was broken, was supposed to be delivered and was out for delivery yesterday but returned back to depot, arrived today empty with only SIM card I have inboxed you.

    @SkyHelpTeam Hi. Is there a known issue with recorded programmes not ‘stacking’ (I.e. if I record episode 1, 2 and 3, why are they appearing on my recorded list as 3 individual entries and not 1 entry with all 3 programmes)? Thanks.

    @MiguelsLaRusso @pat_m91 @SkyHelpTeam Because you’ll find for almost all metrics Sky are one of the top of not the top for all Ofcom ratings, you know the literal regulators of CPs. Particularly of note they receive the least number of Ofcom complaints about speed reliability and customer service year after year

    @SkyHelpTeam Anyone else having issues with sky email? I know it uses yahoo but the last week emails don’t download or take forever, when they do come through often there is no content. It’s not my sky broadband as I WFH and all my work stuff is fine but sky email service has not been good
