@SkyUK We’ve been on the phone with you for an hour and you still can’t send an engineer until 20th!!! Can you improve the phone call service if I PM you as this is disgraceful. No TV for a month if we have to wait till then!

@SkyUK we spent an hour trying to cancel my Nona who is 81 who is in serious pain who has had her house knocked down & she is moving into a flat . The customer services are absolutely terrible , why can't you make an easy process rather than have all these delaying tactics

Does anyone get broadband and tv from BT @bt_uk If so a. What is their product like b. What is their customer service like. I am totally dissatisfied with @SkyHelpTeam and their efforts to upgrade my broadband. I also have a Sky Q upgrade booked.
