A compete lack of information, leaving it to the customer to constantly chase for updates. Cancellations, unconfirmed appointments, no updates, and I’m already being billed for nothing. No router yet either.

It says no satellite signal, but is working on all other channels including non live sports events. There’s no issue with weather or line of site, and the box settings are telling me the signal ok

Did a quick check and @ecotricity is about £20 a month more than the average - which isn’t bad for renewable power, good customer service and no early exit fee

Today I called instead but was on the phone for an hour and still have not received the promised call back.
