    @SkyUK we spent an hour trying to cancel my Nona who is 81 who is in serious pain who has had her house knocked down & she is moving into a flat . The customer services are absolutely terrible , why can't you make an easy process rather than have all these delaying tactics

    @SkyUK I switched to you for my broadband ~10days ago. Since then, internet is cutting out every 30mins or so. This never ever happened the prior year with Plusnet. Please fix! I cannot do my job with this connection.

    . @SkyUK offer Spotify premium free for six months. I already have it, so the website leads me to cancel my @Spotify subscription and take up the offer when it’s expired. Expired yesterday, and only then do Sky tell me I can’t have the offer because I’ve had premium before.

    @SkyHelpTeam I'm finding it very frustrating being a customer, the broad band Is very slow despite having a guarantee speed, it's still below par. When I ring the advisor just tries to sucker me in to upgrading or changing but it ends up costing me more. Unfortunately I dont own a money tree.
