@SkyHelpTeam @SkyUK I have been waiting for a Sky engineer from 8am to 5pm, and nobody has shown up. Spoken to customer services and they have said won’t be able to install until the new year. I’m a new sky customer, what an appalling service. How will this be sorted?

@officialgiggs @VodafoneUK @SkyHelpTeam I wouldn’t rush to join Vodafone. Their contract says they don’t guarantee WiFi(they keep telling me)so it’s tough luck when you can’t connect to WiFi. They are great when you use a wired service though

Ok in order to be that customer in the first place they’d have to set up the account so if they could do that then they can complain “sir” or get same person who set it up to do it as the skill required is the same.
