    @SkyHelpTeam Thanks but this seems to be more of a diagnostic tool for whilst the broadband is not working. I don't see where I should go for the indeterminacy of service.

    @SkyUK we spent an hour trying to cancel my Nona who is 81 who is in serious pain who has had her house knocked down & she is moving into a flat . The customer services are absolutely terrible , why can't you make an easy process rather than have all these delaying tactics

    @SkyUK I switched to you for my broadband ~10days ago. Since then, internet is cutting out every 30mins or so. This never ever happened the prior year with Plusnet. Please fix! I cannot do my job with this connection.

    @SkyHelpTeam sky engineer due to come today 8-1 to help with tv issues. Took half the day off work, am still at home waiting. Called the helpline at 11.45 and told they will definitely come by 1. Now I called and told it's 4/5.00. This is unacceptable, pls help??
