@SkyHelpTeam It hasn’t been cancelled. We were told we have to ring cancellations to cancel and redo it or it won’t be installed! This is since 19th November… so that’s another two weeks without internet! This is Sky’s error as you didn’t pay @OpenreachHelp for install! It’s ridiculous!

@DarrenLethem @SkyUK Nothing but trouble with ours. It also jitters when it’s been off for a while… you switch on and the screen flickers, flashes until it’s settled down. A rubbish piece of kit with a crap epg and user poor designed menu. Our contract is up on 23rd December. Bye Sky.
