Hi @SkyHelpTeam I ordered a phone last week, should of been next day delivery,I got a time slot from DPD for delivery and it never got delivered,there was an investigation into where it had gone, they eventually found it and it still hasn’t arrived! Was told I’d have it in 2 days

@SkyHelpTeam Thanks for the reply. Is there a notice or something I can read about what will be available on Peacock? Like I mentioned before there is only about a dozen boxsets showing on my Sky Q under the service and no movies etc... currently looks like majority of the content is gone.

@SkyHelpTeam hi ad skip isn't working on my sky stream pick! When I watch a program on 4 on demand it will not let fast forward the ads . When I try it just doesn't let me and goes back to where I pressed FF . I pay for the FF monthly service. Only had it a week can you help?
