    @SkyHelpTeam hi team, I had a load of issues over a year ago with latest sky q boxes and Bt Wi-Fi mesh discs - boxes kept freezing and getting overly warm. I had to cancel membership. Has this issue been resolved yet?

    @SkyUK I am a new customer. Scheduled installation for the day after I move into my new house. Move has now been delayed significantly, possibly a couple of months. Is there a number I can call to discuss options?

    @PeripateNic @SkyHelpTeam Nope, don't click on it or send info, check your bank statement, if there was an issue with your payment they would phone or write to you, usaully they would write.

    @SkyHelpTeam Sky tech team came out Monday checked all in house equipment and passed it over to open reach/ open reach came out today and still being advised damage to by hub. Been told early next week but have no faith in this as been waiting far too long

    @virginmedia So VM, I’ve been ‘talking’ to Andi BOT for the past 90 minutes and it says wait times are over 15mins but ‘it’ has been saying this for over an hour!! There’s only so many times I can reset the damn router to try and improve wifi! Really regretting leaving @SkyUK atm

    @Eanr @SkySports I couldn’t give a toss who wins. Just noting that Redbull are rattled and not coping with the strain. Max is all over the place in his driving. His penalties aren’t to do with bias. That’s just pathetic and desperate really. He is erratic and needs Horners help and some calm.

    Anybody have any recommendations on good broadband and TV providers (not Virgin) as @SkyHelpTeam can't give me anything near approaching a good deal after 3 years of being a customer.

    @Eanr @SkySports Nah - Horner went mentally weeks ago. Moaning about everything which doesn’t help his driver. Compare him to Toto, who has so much more class and composure about him. If he was more assured and composed under the pressure, I think Max would already be World Champion.

    @SkyHelpTeam We've got Openreach coming out on Monday thanks, just frustrating because it's such an intermittent issue, embarrassing having to drop out of very important Teams calls. Work systems are Net based mobiles rely on WiFi calling and the landline is such poor quality atm.

    @SkyHelpTeam I have Sky Broadband Boost and Mobile. When I have a broadband outage 2GB data should be added to my mobile piggybank but this hasn’t happened for the last 2 outages.I’ve spoken to your Mobile and Broadband people but nobody can help. Can you advise please?

    @SkyHelpTeam every time I turn my Sky Q mini box on after a couple of days on standby, I get error m102. It usually takes two or three reboots to fix this. Is there a better solution?

    @SkyHelpTeam Thanks Scott. Am I correct to understand that Sky Q is not available as a Sky Business TV customer (Serviced Apartment/Hotel)? If so, would you mind me asking why this is? Seems strange! Do you think this will be reviewed? Or if there are any plans to offer Sky Q in the future?
