@SkyUK hi, am a New customer and placed an order for sky tv few days ago. An engineer is supposed to come today to give the new connection. Am waiting... no email or call or text about the engineer visit. Called few different numbers but no response 😕

@SkyUK Or you could be a loyal customer for over 10 years like me and not get any benefits for having sky broad band which doesn’t even work. It’s ok though you’ve scheduled an engineer to come…. In 8 days. Presumably the 8 days of no internet will come off my bill?
