My @SkyUK fibre is cutting out 20+ times a day since lockdown ended (was fine during) and the website helpfully tells me not to call them at this time and to use their “help guides” online. I don’t need a help guide. I need the service I pay a lot for to actually be functional.

@SkyUK I have been a customer for over 22 years and I have everything with Sky, including phones. I did rearrange my deal appropriately 6 months ago but it has gone up again. It does annoy me I get nothing extra for being a customer for so long.
