@SkyHelpTeam I have been without internet and landline service for nearly a week now. I was told by Sky the outage would be fixed within two working days and it wasn't. It's now nearly five working days. This is ridiculous. Are you going to fix it or not?

@SkyHelpTeam I've already gone through that test with the Sky person on the phone last week. The phone line is just dead and internet extremely intermittent. They said there is an outage in my localized area and it would be fixed by Friday but I'm still waiting.

@SkyHelpTeam @SkyHelpTeam Outage still persists after 16 days. Landline phone not working at all during the 16 days and internet still very slow, sluggish, intermittent. No communication from Sky as to why it is taking so long to fix or when it will be fixed. #ridiculous

@SkyHelpTeam I was told by Sky it is an outage in the area and that it would be fixed within two working days. That was three weeks ago and the outage is still present three weeks later. Someone in my road later said were then told it would be fixed by 02/09 but that hasn't happened either.

@SkyHelpTeam @SkyHelpTeam Finally the outage has been fixed but it took 31 days for the internet to be fixed and and 36 days for the phone service to get back working. No explanation from Sky for why it took so long. Looking at latest bill, loss of service compensation covers only two weeks.

@SkyHelpTeam @SkyHelpTeam Tomorrow will be day 21 of the outage. It's gotten worse too. The internet has gone from slow intermittent to not working at all, in addition to the three weeks dead landline phone. I am going to switch provider if you don't fix this very soon. #disgrace

@SkyHelpTeam @SkyHelpTeam Today marks an entire month of outage in my area and still it hasn't been fixed. Sky have said on more than one occasion it would be fixed by a certain date. Latest date given for the fix was yesterday but still the outage persists. Do you think this is acceptable?

@SkyHelpTeam would you ever call a customer to say there internet was going slow , got a call today and they were wanting me to log into a device . I hung up as feel it was a scam ,checked number and 0121 number is registered in India. If Scam please let your customers know

@SkyHelpTeam shocking that you’re a customer for 20 years and price goes up of contract. Then when they realise you’ve been a customer for 20 years they remove increase but then charge admin fee which is 60% of increase! Time find another solution than sky!
