@SkyHelpTeam so I’m a key worker on the test and trace programme and my internet keeps dropping not good when your calling people I’ve just been told I lll have to wait a week for an issue that’s supposedly need sorted 3 times what Petia say basically tough it’s domestic only

@SkyHelpTeam moving into a temporary accommodation tomorrow, I am moving my TV, Phone and Internet service with me, unfortunately I have been told it will be another 2 and a half weeks before internet is installed, is there any option of getting round this or doing sooner?

Absolutely appalled with the service of @SkyUK ! Waited twice for an engineer and today they had the courtesy of calling me saying they were on their way only to then send a text rescheduling 40 mins later for 2 days time ! @SkyUK I am completely let down by your service

@SkyHelpTeam sky broadband is unacceptable with the speeds at the moment, it's been fluctuating up and down constantly since last month and I'm up to my tether here, had to use mobile data on my phone to help and I'm low on it, you'd better give me some compensation or else 😡

Then install it (again taking forever) then consistently read out the client code wrong
