    @SkyUK are now charging me £80 a month for a basic @skytv and broadband package. I’ve tried to cancel on their website which is almost impossible. I’ve called the phone number they suggested and there is at least a 15 minute wait! I’m being mugged by #Murdoch!

    So how does @SkyUK treat a customer of nearly 30 years lied to at 18 month renewal that SkyGo will still work in Portugal save as to downloads when they find out it doesn’t? @SkyUK **** on them that’s how offering just £25 compo! Obviously they simply don’t care about reputation.

    @SkyUK I wouldn't touch any new sky offerings with a barge pole, i have SkyQ multi room which has had an issue for over a year, constantly having to call Sky and no one is interested in fixing it. All i keep being told its a known issue! I am seriously looking for alternative solutions!

    @misslmassey @SkyHelpTeam ... I remember ending a vodafone contract when a mast was down for 6 months, they decided in the end not to take me to court. I literally would have loved having my day ripping them a new one. Wouldn't touch either company with a bargepole.
