So after over a year of problems from @SkyUK that we couldn’t keep the tv, now their broadband has packed in and they say can take up to 5 days to fix and and can’t even tell me when an engineer will be sent. Was a Sky customer for 20 years but now they’re a shambles. AVOID THEM!

SKY Q SERVICE, BEWARE !! Horrible, Moved to new build house with fibre optic, ordered SkyQ had nothing but problems, interference and bad picture, sky & fibre eng have visited numerous occasions. 8 weeks still not working. Do not get SkyQ with fibre broadband!! @SkyHelpTeam

@FrancoZolaKing @SkySports I cancelled it last month, and everyday until my subscription ended, they were sending me texts and emails telling me it’s not too late to change my mind. There was no way I was doing that, it’s real gone down the nick. They’re cost cutting, but still put our prices up.
