    @lloydi @SkyHelpTeam It’s probably that your HDMI switcher doesn’t support your sky box’s standard. The switchers are normally pretty cheaply made unfortunately. The sky box might be 4K 60htz and the switcher won’t cope. Does this sound plausible?

    @SkyHelpTeam no wifi, having to use mobile data, can’t use any apps via the box, what is going on, we more than enough money for this service. In fact most of my plans have expired, may have to look at competitors

    Awful #CustomerService @SkyUK you managed to cut off my Sky. Engineer attended to update SkyQ,failed due to council regulations, told throw away Q card keep old one(3 months ago).Today viewing card error, as I had not installed new viewing card to Old system.3 days wait new card

    @SkyHelpTeam Sky Stream is useless. Every time I want to use it I have to reset the wifi as it keeps saying it’s not connected. Your “help” services say it’s an issue with my broadband yet every other device is fine. To add insult, your support services aren’t available. Shocking
