Sky have said on more than one occasion it would be fixed by a certain date. Latest date given for the fix was yesterday but still the outage persists. Do you think this is acceptable?

No audio issues. It was just Sky who had the sound problem. What else you got?

The internet has gone from slow intermittent to not working at all, in addition to the three weeks dead landline phone. I am going to switch provider if you don't fix this very soon. #disgrace

Sky insist it is our Wi-fi but when I cannot view on mini box I can watch on my I phone. No explanation from Sky for why it took so long. Looking at latest bill the loss of service compensation covers only two weeks.

Had loads of problems setting up again 5 visits from Sky engineer. No luck so went to a provider. All fitted and working within 5 days. Sky couldn't do it in 3 months. Good luck 👍
