@skyuk Sky bad service,ordered Q box 18 Dec,delivery 16 Feb,8-5 ,waited all day,4.35,2 engineers arrived not interested installing late Sunday,every excuse not to install, phoned 19th Feb said would make new date, no one call back for install to-date. Total rubbish.

Apparently the big thing from this is sky should have been notifying us but they haven't. Hope all is well.
