Sky insist it is our Wi-fi but when I cannot view on mini box I can watch on my I phone. I am very annoyed we pay for sky q and it’s unreliable used a lot of calories running up and down stairs resetting

Sky have said on more than one occasion it would be fixed by a certain date. Latest date given for the fix was yesterday but still the outage persists. Do you think this is acceptable?

Their benefit is protecting their investment which I’ve no trouble with. This still damages it to an extent as we’re seeing with you cancelling your sky subscription.
