    @SkyHelpTeam moving into a temporary accommodation tomorrow, I am moving my TV, Phone and Internet service with me, unfortunately I have been told it will be another 2 and a half weeks before internet is installed, is there any option of getting round this or doing sooner?

    @SkyUK are you ever going fix the @SpotifyUK app for Sky Q or are you going to just allow it to freeze and crash the box after about 3 songs forever? It’s been like this for about 12 months at least. I keep trying in the hope you might have sorted it but still nothing.

    @SkyHelpTeam I've had internet dropouts for the past 3-4 days, up to 4 times per day, plus dropouts often in the last year. It nearly jeopardized my life changing doctors appointment held over zoom today, often times my giffgaff 4g mobile data is faster, I need a solution.

    @OpenreachHelp there is no point in you saying to contact my provider @SkyUK as I have been in touch with them & they need you to install the cable before they can send their engineer to install the broadband service

    @SkyUK you are the worst internet providers i live in Bexleyheath. the box never works the internet constantly not working and you charge nearly 150 a month for what you dont answer or are helpful in your call helpline your a joke of a service furious cant even get work done

    @SkyHelpTeam No but the repair needed Cos screen is green . U won’t repair cos their is a small crack incorner phone which has NOTHING to do with fault itself .. that’s the issue

    Absolutely appalled with the service of @SkyUK ! Waited twice for an engineer and today they had the courtesy of calling me saying they were on their way only to then send a text rescheduling 40 mins later for 2 days time ! @SkyUK I am completely let down by your service

    @SkyHelpTeam Not sure what the point in having a full year warranty then ! Insurance would not normally be bought until after warranty has finished .. poor form indeed for someone who has been with you over 20 years .. I moved all phones over to you in good faith over the last year
