But those programmes were once on @GoodFoodChannel it had subtitles without fails esp throughout the Xmas season. @BritishSignBSL, subtitles is much needed for the deafs!

@jus1gaz @SkyUK And nothing you’ve shown tells us you aren’t getting a line speed of 80. What it suggests is that your WIFI speed isn’t that which I would never expect it to be. Have a little look online to see some WIFI troubleshooting steps and try and understand exactly what WIFI is

@SkyHelpTeam Mines working brilliant you don't have to always press the remote to talk to your TV just speak and it does want you want once your where you need to be use the remote to scroll. One thing wrong is if the Internet goes down, you lose your tv signal. Have an ethernet cable handy

@SkyHelpTeam disappointed to see you’ve added 1 day of cinema on my next bill. You advertised it as a free trial, cancel for free at anytime within 30 days. Cancelled it 10 days in now you’re charging me due to change in billing when you advertise as free trial/free to cancel?
