The internet has gone from slow intermittent to not working at all, in addition to the three weeks dead landline phone. I am going to switch provider if you don't fix this very soon. #disgrace

Landline phone not working at all during the 16 days and internet still very slow, sluggish, intermittent. Their benefit is protecting their investment which I’ve no trouble with. This still damages it to an extent as we’re seeing with you cancelling your sky subscription.
