    Hi @SkyUK / @SkyHelpTeam - in the 5+ years I’ve used your ATROCIOUS service, not once has there been a period where it hasn’t been constantly painful, from clunky TV services to appallingly slow internet speeds despite being on the top package possible AND paying through the nose

    @SkyUK i am disgusted at the service i have received. Spent 4 hours on phone 2day. Both myself & husband are both keyworkers with 2 small children. Left with no tv at all!! Been told by manager we won't have an engineer until 3rd Dec!!!

    @SkySports what have you done to the #skysports app? Completely ruined what was a great app. Too slow, terrible user interface and difficult to navigate. What a poor customer experience. I am sure you can do better than that !! If you can’t - DM me ... can help make it better!

    @SkyHelpTeam @OpenreachHelp engineer scheduled. However it's not the first time having problems with #skyBroadband since September. It's the 4th and it is just #ridiculous. I work from home and I cannot do anything. Besides you will not compensate the distress and extra mobile data purchased.

    @SkyHelpTeam 2. did not arrive. Spoke to customer services this morning who explained it had not been sent by fast track delivery and it wouldn’t come until Tuesday at the earliest. I complained and she said a manager would call in the hour.

    @SkyHelpTeam It doesn’t give me any contact options, it just says you want to call/email? Then sign in. Also, the guy just came back on the phone saying he’s going to be another 2 mins, still won’t tell me what I’m waiting for then hung up. Great way to treat customers, this

    @SkyHelpTeam 1. Where to begin. Sky said they had sent me a new viewing card (they hadn’t) and then cancelled my existing card. I complained and the customer advisor said she had sent me a new card via fast track delivery and it would arrive by 8:00pm yesterday. We stayed in but it.....
