@SkyHelpTeam I don't have a Sky landlines 🙄. Why do I have to call at to cancel something ? I tried calling was on phone for an hour to be told it wasn't possible to cancel then getting transfered somewhere else. Obviously making it as difficult as possible. Still have service I don't want.

@skyhelpteam My 94-year-old mother can no longer use SkyTV. She has tried to cancel after being a member for 22+ years and you simply ignore her. She doesn't want a cheaper deal nor new equipment, she just wants to CANCEL. Step up and treat her like the VIP you claim she is.
