@SkyHelpTeam GooD afternoon Nathan Thank for reaching out to Me Ok so 2 things So the problem was on the 7th of this month my tv and broadband taken And the mobile was not taken on the 7th I gave specic instructions cause last year in Feb I had a very bad accident. Know I'm much better

@SkyHelpTeam No B/band since 30th, team say system won’t let them book engineer ‘because it’s an outage’. Know this is resolvable because engineer visited neighbour on 31st - fixed in 5 mins flicking switch on the road.

@SkyHelpTeam I connect it straight to the puck with the Ethernet cable and it can’t find a connection. Google support said something in the modem is blocking it and suggested bridge mode or DMZ but you’re saying it won’t support this??

@SkyUK I'm a gold member And still waiting for my refund more then 1 week know and the operators keep on saying its been refunded to my credit . Operators should listen to customer and not do what they won't

@SkyHelpTeam Thanks. When I do a test the speed going into the hub is 79MBPS and then the actual speed on an iPad beside the hub is around 55MBPS but drops down to 5 up in the bedroom. The sky q mini box in the bedroom keeps losing its connection too.

@SkyHelpTeam No errors messages shown! It buffers for a minute, plays content for a couple of seconds then either closes and takes me to the main Sky menu or puts my box into standby mode!

@SkyNews Lets be honest @SkyUK is the worst now for it, you lost loads to Disney/fox, now looks like paramount taking stuff back from you too. Boxing to Dazn. Yet you have the cheek to say about subscription prices, yes paramount free with sky movies. But your tv isnt value for money
