@SkyHelpTeam HI there my issue was fixed but it's very unusual that sky don't have a default sim pin which means the user has to block the sim enter the puk code then enter a new sim pin. Ur web site also gives out the default sim pin on sky mobile Sims which is a security risk

Hey @SkyHelpTeam have no broadband with an engineer in 5 days...however I work from home 1/2 days so how do I claim compensation for this issue? Says after 2 full days etc but is that after the engineer has been or from now?
