The phone line is just dead and internet extremely intermittent. They said there is an outage in my localized area and it would be fixed by Friday but I'm still waiting.

I booked an engineer for a home move on the 4th November - a guy turned up on the 4th Dec and then left me. I’m still without TV and next appointment is 6th Jan. Sky insist it is our Wi-fi but when I cannot view on mini box I can watch on my I phone. I am very annoyed we pay for sky q and it’s unreliable used a lot of calories running up and down stairs resetting
