@SkyHelpTeam @SkyHelpTeam Outage still persists after 16 days. Landline phone not working at all during the 16 days and internet still very slow, sluggish, intermittent. No communication from Sky as to why it is taking so long to fix or when it will be fixed. #ridiculous

@SkyHelpTeam @SkyHelpTeam Tomorrow will be day 21 of the outage. It's gotten worse too. The internet has gone from slow intermittent to not working at all, in addition to the three weeks dead landline phone. I am going to switch provider if you don't fix this very soon. #disgrace

@SkyHelpTeam @SkyHelpTeam Finally the outage has been fixed but it took 31 days for the internet to be fixed and and 36 days for the phone service to get back working. No explanation from Sky for why it took so long. Looking at latest bill, loss of service compensation covers only two weeks.

@SkyHelpTeam having real trouble with the paramount+ app on my Sky Q 2TB box, it won't play hardly any video's, just crashes and says I should reset my router!, very frustrating ! Please fix !

@SkyHelpTeam I've already gone through that test with the Sky person on the phone last week. The phone line is just dead and internet extremely intermittent. They said there is an outage in my localized area and it would be fixed by Friday but I'm still waiting.

After 27 years as a Sky-BSB and now just @SkyUK customer it’s time to say goodbye! SkyQ has been dreadful with boxes always losing signal and I’m getting far more from streaming services for 1/3 the cost of Sky!

@SkyHelpTeam @SkyHelpTeam Today marks an entire month of outage in my area and still it hasn't been fixed. Sky have said on more than one occasion it would be fixed by a certain date. Latest date given for the fix was yesterday but still the outage persists. Do you think this is acceptable?

@SkyHelpTeam I was told by Sky it is an outage in the area and that it would be fixed within two working days. That was three weeks ago and the outage is still present three weeks later. Someone in my road later said were then told it would be fixed by 02/09 but that hasn't happened either.

@SkyHelpTeam It's an external issue as far as I'm aware! An advisor ran a line test & confirmed our line was ok. When we rang sky a message said there was a problem at the exchange, then I got a text saying it had been resolved, yes we have an engineer appt booked

@SkyHelpTeam Its needs sorted!!! Iook how long it's been off for since 8.30pm last night and still your saying they are working hard. For the price we have to pay you should be offering something back! its Mother day tomorrow and we cannot contact family members cuz of this problem also
