I know we’re in a lockdown but can anything be done in meantime as working from home with no internet is tough?!

Their benefit is protecting their investment which I’ve no trouble with. This still damages it to an extent as we’re seeing with you cancelling your sky subscription. They’ve been backed into a corner. Clubs are to blame.

No explanation from Sky for why it took so long. Looking at latest bill the loss of service compensation covers only two weeks.
