No explanation for why it took so long. And looking at latest bill the compensation for loss of service only covers two weeks

I booked an engineer for a home move on the 4th November - a guy turned up on the 4th Dec and then left me. I’m still without TV and next appointment is 6th Jan. Landline phone not working at all during the 16 days and internet still very slow, sluggish, intermittent.
