Now without appointment we have an engineer coming around to fix it despite the issue being out if our home & it needing social distancing. Be nice to ring to make an appointment at least. Sky have said on more than one occasion it would be fixed by a certain date. Latest date given for the fix was yesterday but still the outage persists. Do you think this is acceptable?

No audio issues. It was just Sky who had the sound problem. What else you got?

Sky insist it is our Wi-fi but when I cannot view on mini box I can watch on my I phone. I am very annoyed we pay for sky q and it’s unreliable used a lot of calories running up and down stairs resetting
