    @VodafoneUK stop charging me for skysports packages - 1. I didn’t sign up for skysports2 in the first place. 2. Apparently you can’t refund me, I have to contact sky - weird. 3. I only renewed my contact less than a month ago but I’ve been charged 4 times for skysports #terrible

    Excellent work from @SkyUK Rang to cancel last month, they persuade me to do a home move (with promise of a new box) We move, technician gives me an almost decade old box with no WiFi built in. Ring to cancel again, promise a Sky Q box. No one completes the order, or rings me.✅

    @SkyHelpTeam I’ve spoken to your team countless times and I’m extremely unhappy that I placed an order for TV and Internet on the 22nd May and I still have no internet. Your phone colleagues don’t care. I’m tempted to cancel all mobile and TV and find a completely new provider.

    @SkyHelpTeam SkyQ box constantly disconnecting from WiFi. Tested and working absolutely fine with high speed on other devices. Tried wired connection, updating firmware, hard reset of all devices - same issue. Customer service don’t seem to care. Considering cancelling.

    @EverythingBoxi2 Boxxer will probably go back to there pre skysports deal of doing Tournament style shows with lesser names - which were similar to prizefighter. Less cost more action would probably suit iplayer down to the ground.

    Not sure what’s going on but when downloading a tv show that is available on sky it says failed no subscription? @SkyHelpTeam it’s never happened before until recently? It does eventually work but not sure if it’s an error at your end?

    Wow, had a call from one of your “agents” with regard to contract expiring and renewing. Aggressive sales technique, rude, and everything someone who’s been with Sky 23 years didn’t expect. Recorded at my end and I feel more inclined to cancel than renew. @SkyHelpTeam
