No explanation for why it took so long. Also, looking at latest bill the compensation for loss of service only covers two weeks.

Their benefit is protecting their investment which I’ve no trouble with. This still damages it to an extent as we’re seeing with you cancelling your sky subscription. Fails to load half the time & when it does it quite often will freeze & or lose the sound. The presentation of the none red button games is stale.
