    @ThePhilTaylor @SkyHelpTeam It’s obviously designed to try and keep customers longer. They already make it difficult to cancel. I could understand if it was about covering equipment costs but I offered to buy kit outright in return for a 12 month contract and they still said no. So sticking to @FreeviewTV

    @SkyHelpTeam HI sky I've noticed a software bug on your new router which adds sky boost. When u change the bandwidth on the 2.5ghz from 20mhz to 20/40mhz. Sky q doesn't work at all.

    @SkyHelpTeam @adam_mogford That’s not how it’s been marketed or sold by Sky. It’s an intrinsic part of the service we pay to subscribe to. Currently we’re paying for something on good faith and as sold that we’re not receiving. You should absolutely be compensating subscribers for this.
