    @SkyHelpTeam A second day of no internet.. This means 1. I cannot do my job as I’m WFH. 2. I cannot study/ revise for my uni exams next week. I’m wondering WHEN service will be resumed. I can see the connection box from my window and 2 different engineers (3x) visited yesterday.

    @SkyHelpTeam The engineer visiting my flat last year asked me to call SKY and have it changed since everything else was ok. It's a terrible service for someone that's been with sky for 5 years. Looking for a change now.

    @SkyUK such a bad service I was told that my transfer from BT would be easy!!! Absolute rubbish it’s been a nightmare so far!!

    @SkyHelpTeam @LBHF really disappointed 5 months attempting to arrange access to the communal dish and no one in council or sky can help. £80 in phone calls. Today will be cancelling contract and asking for service charge to be amended as can’t use dish.

    @SkyHelpTeam I’ve had a terrible support experience and Sky said they would take care of everything and they didn’t do anything apart from take my money and open an account. This is what they call good customer service. I would not recommend anyone opening account with Sky

    @SkyUK my broadband service is unusable so what am I paying 4? down all the time, having 2 explain to reps who don't understand IT that the troubleshooting they are doing won't help. I requested a new router & I'm being refused. I will be canceling if this is not resolved ASAP!

    @SkyHelpTeam Yes! And have access to all those other UHD titles shown in that video. The problem seems to be the UHD edition of Dolittle doesn’t exist on the service. As you can see in the video, Dolittle isn’t part of the main UHD page.
