That was three weeks ago and the outage is still present three weeks later. Someone in my road later said were then told it would be fixed by 02/09 but that hasn't happened either.

I booked an engineer for a home move on the 4th November - a guy turned up on the 4th Dec and then left me. Iโm still without TV and next appointment is 6th Jan.
