@ThePhilTaylor @SkyHelpTeam It’s obviously designed to try and keep customers longer. They already make it difficult to cancel. I could understand if it was about covering equipment costs but I offered to buy kit outright in return for a 12 month contract and they still said no. So sticking to @FreeviewTV

@SkyHelpTeam After months of phonecalls reiterating the issue, an engineer finally came out - replaced some cables (which haven't made a difference) and advised us to get Fibre. We agreed on the assumption it would help the issue he was there to solve, connectivity.

Thing needs rebooting every so many weeks as some recordings just show blue screen in planner or few channels in TV guide decide to go blank. Had to reset this thing numerous times and only had about a year, never had to reset HD box
