No explanation for why it took so long. And looking at latest bill the compensation for loss of service only covers two weeks

Their benefit is protecting their investment which I’ve no trouble with. This still damages it to an extent as we’re seeing with you cancelling your sky subscription. Landline phone not working at all during the 16 days and internet still very slow, sluggish, intermittent.
