@SkyUK Our dish has been down since STORM DENIS. The engineer finally turns up today, DOESN’T ring the bell but calls my partner who is working and leave a ridiculous voicemail about social distancing! The dish is outside! Don’t use this pandemic as an excuse #CustomerService

Sad that we had to leave, go to @SkyUK - was worse. clearly focused on sales and NOT Service. All the engineers from @virginmedia & @SkyUK were really nice people, but did not seem too technically skilled passed - replacing router, swirling in/off etc. Today’s guy new his stuff

@SkyHelpTeam 3rd of JULY is the date we have been given. It has been down since FEBRUARY. This is an absolute joke. Your engineer is clearly taking advantage of the situation. You cut our neighbours telephone line, told my partner we “just need an upgrade”, blamed social distancing for today!

@SkyHelpTeam I spoke to a member of the team and we've overcome the issue. The problem I now have is that I was told that I could mirror programs from my sky go to my TV until the box arrives, but this isn't the case.

Also @SkyUK and @virginmedia the engineer that solved the problem today is what customer service looks like - Gavin Wilson from @virginmedia get him to train your teams. We had at least 8 engineers over past 15 months between your services and this guy sorted it in 1 visit! 5*

@SkyHelpTeam I don’t accept. Until someone explains why a doorbell cannot be rung & why we have been left without service for 3 months (whilst paying) and why it’s ok to blame the inability to fix an external satellite dish on social distancing. I now have to wait until JULY! This is farcical

@SkyHelpTeam Status is all generic, would be better to know it’s a huge issue so I know not to rely on it tomorrow too - would really help time poor people with family, work etc to juggle. Right now it’s a wait and see with no clue how big a problem it is. Not that you can do much personally.

Does anyone see the irony in @skynews reporting WhatsApp crashing for an hour (within 30 mins of it going down) but @skyhelpteam can’t tell people in the North west if Sky internet is working working when it’s been down 20hours… and it wasn’t on the news…

@SkyHelpTeam Service has been down here in Kirkham PR4 since before 6am, just changed from BT to Sky and we get this. Also upgraded to Sky Glass and now have zero tv or internet with no real update and can’t speak to anybody About issues as you just get automated message.
