F**king @SkyUK. Phone line is down. Been down for a month. Now without appointment we have an engineer coming around to fix it despite the issue being out if our home & it needing social distancing. Be nice to ring to make an appointment at least. Changing ISP ASAP.

Obviously @SkyUK ‘s slogan of “believe in better” doesn’t extend to their customer service: after asking to move the date of my installation next week, I expected maybe a couple of weeks’ wait, not October! Oh and I’ll still be charged for it as if it was installed this month?!!

I'm currently with @SkyUK paying for 20mbps down 5mbps up. seeing about 12 down and 0.45 up. their online diagnostic tool confirms there's a problem, but the follow-up tool to book an engineer just goes to a page that says there's been a problem.
