I’m wondering WHEN service will be resumed. I can see the connection box from my window and 2 different engineers (3x) visited yesterday.

Today will be cancelling contract and asking for service charge to be amended as can’t use dish.

I’m now out of internet for 3 working days and have had to pay £45 bundle to work from home because I wasn’t expecting this delay.

This is not helped by the lack of ownership of the issue, 4 call backs not honoured, lack of escalating the issue & i am locked out again

But... they won't work with the CityFibre full fibre to the premises that's been installed in our street, and the Openreach lot won't be round for years to install theirs.

Sky, it’s never yours. Hence my move. Even when one calls the team one is told its another teams fault. Just poor.
