@SkyHelpTeam just moved flat and waiting for installation as a new customer for broadband and a tv package and have to wait 3 weeks for this. I know we’re in a lockdown but can anything be done in meantime as working from home with no internet is tough?!

@SkyHelpTeam Main box keeps losing network connection assume that is why mini box keeps disconnecting. Mini box multiple reasons, no connection, lost Sky Q box, no sat signal. New router but everything else - phones, laptops, iPads all connected and holding connection.

@SkyHelpTeam Unfortunately im not the account holder so i cant do that. Ran a couple different speedtests and if im lucky ill get 5mbps. Earlier it was down to one. Usually its around 50mbps
