    @SkyHelpTeam @OpenreachHelp engineer scheduled. However it's not the first time having problems with #skyBroadband since September. It's the 4th and it is just #ridiculous. I work from home and I cannot do anything. Besides you will not compensate the distress and extra mobile data purchased.

    @SkyUK i am disgusted at the service i have received. Spent 4 hours on phone 2day. Both myself & husband are both keyworkers with 2 small children. Left with no tv at all!! Been told by manager we won't have an engineer until 3rd Dec!!!

    @SkyHelpTeam The last 3 days or so I have had such rubbish connection with Sky broadband. Sky Q loses connection (wired), Xbox doesn’t connect (wired), and phones don’t do anything when using WiFi. Download and upload speeds are all over the place. Help?

    @SkyHelpTeam Thanks, but I haven’t changed anything. The only change I made was opting out of Sky Sports emails specifically, and the options in my second screenshot never changed. I’ve just stopped receiving any newsletters including the weekly Sky Cinema one, even tho my prefs didn’t change

    @SkyHelpTeam additional £50 for another box. I explained the situation and was put through to the technical team where I sat on hold for a further 25 minutes. 45 mins all in all just for a mini box that I was told at upgrade I could have for free. Can you help, please?

    @SkyHelpTeam Yes I think it said video playback unavailable but the buffer wheel came up a long time before that. I just tried it again now and does seem to be doing it now. It’s a PS4 :) I did close the application down and restart a few times earlier but it didn’t seem to solve it
