.@SkyHelpTeam please can I have some help. I booked an engineer for a home move on the 4th November - a guy turned up on the 4th Dec and then left me. I’m still without TV and next appointment is 6th Jan. Wouldn’t mind so much but was told I’d get an earlier date

Dear @SkyHelpTeam I want to speak to someone about my recent switch to broadband. It’s not working nearly as well as you sold but now it seems impossible to speak to someone again. Your ability to have an advisor available for sales and then nothing after is beyond frustrating

@SkyUK disgraceful service - customer for 25 years plus - last 8 years no wifi in 4 rooms - continuous loss of signal - no full use of recordable boxes - recently visited by engineer - no help - half the speed - and now a big leaving bill !!! JOKE !

@lloydi @SkyHelpTeam It’s probably that your HDMI switcher doesn’t support your sky box’s standard. The switchers are normally pretty cheaply made unfortunately. The sky box might be 4K 60htz and the switcher won’t cope. Does this sound plausible?

Everyone using @SkyUK Broadband, what devices to have connected and how many? Am getting fed up @virginmedia this year. Nothing but issue and disconnections! Customer service non existent, engineers unable to help unless were happy to have no internet until January!

They may not be the right team for you but should be able to put you through - save dealing with the Twitter riddles

@SkyHelpTeam lost broadband and phone line yesterday. Asked for a phone divert to be set up - got told it can’t be done but appears we’re now being charged for it (found out via email). Can you help? Tried calling customer service but when we got through it disconnected.
