    @A320_gamer @SkyHelpTeam Thanks for the info, but it's still showing "no known issues" for me until I go through the broadband health checker when it does acknowledge a "temporary service issue in your local area".

    @SkyHelpTeam I said it all seems ok. No issues in the area, the hub has four green lights, devices seem connected but browsing is not possible. Today is day 4.

    Due to incompetent call center staff it looks like my 21 years with @SkyUK will be coming to an end! Bt sports and sky sports contract up the 1st of April can't cancel now without a so called downgrade fee so have to do it 31st of March so I'll be charged another month!
