The switchers are normally pretty cheaply made unfortunately. The sky box might be 4K 60htz and the switcher won’t cope. Does this sound plausible?

It’s not working nearly as well as you sold but now it seems impossible to speak to someone again. Your ability to have an advisor available for sales and then nothing after is beyond frustrating
