    @SkyHelpTeam I’m afraid this is a poor excuse. Given the current climate as a result of the covid pandemic @SkyUK has had a year to figure out how to expedite their services to customers that are stranded and without wifi

    @SkyHelpTeam hi I need your help ! Every night my interrogation goes down between 12.30 and 3 am !! During this time I have no internet access ive tried running tests abs they say an engineer needs to visit them after 3am it comes back ! Why am I losing internet every night ???

    @SkyHelpTeam Good morning, not sure what ‘in’ is but we’ve rang, emailed and attempted to use the website in order to deal with the issue. We haven’t been able to contact anyone directly who can assist us. Surely there’s a direct number to someone in the UK who is able to help sort this out?

    @SkyHelpTeam Your access is not customers concern..you don't have the right to dictate to customers which way they cancel .you don't know customers personal circumstances .whether they are disabled etc .. You cannot discriminate. You are not above the law

    @KAMMY__99 @alfonso_mattei @SkySports It says personal reasons he is t taking a stand this happens all the time he had an issue and didn't turn up to play he didn't expect to play without doing all the job. You and sky are making a link that doesn't exist

    @SkyHelpTeam I’ve been with you for about 8 years and never been charged to renew the same package. I can’t see how that would be cheaper by costing to renew when their are many offers out there. Also, what does some occasion mean?
