There's clearly Internet but no WiFi and we cannot all connect via ethernet as we are spread out in the house. It's ruining everything and stopping our kids from working.

Two days calling them to stop the #cancelation of a contract since @virginmedia unable to make the installation.

We need a new Router asap and if we cannot get joy from sky we are going to BT.
