    @SkyHelpTeam Yes, it’s an external fault. Disappointed that @OpenreachHelp haven’t managed to fix this issue seeing as we live 20m from the exchange. The downtime is having a big impact on working from home!

If you have inequality in terms of what black people earn in a “normal job”, or even their opportunities to get one, then they don’t have the resource to try karting (and other sports of course) and get involved and noticed.

BAME aren’t being targeted enough or treated equally. You’re totally right about the chances being slim. But the whole point is they’re even more slim for black people.

    @SkyHelpTeam After an hour, they want me to get to different departments and place a new order and place a new order. No one is ready to commit when I will get the Wi-Fi back. Manager of the agent is not ready to talk. If it’s not my fault, then why my service can’t be restored immediately?

    @SkyHelpTeam They said that Sky failed out on placing the order 2 months ago. My WiFi was on till yesterday and I had placed an order so it’s not my fault. This should be treated as an exception and immediate help should be enabled. My work is getting impacted for something I am not at fault

    Extremely poor customer service & no accountability by @SkyUK I placed an order for a broadband & TV package. After 2 months my broadband gets turned off. The agent spends an hour on a call to confirm that the order was failed and none of the agents are ready to help.
