    @SkyHelpTeam Thanks, what can I do? You don’t allow me to cast Sky Go. Although I have broadband, the box stops after a few days? And you won’t give me a rebate for loss of service? So unless I pay for someone to move my dish, I have to pay you for nothing for a month & you have no solution?

    @SkyHelpTeam My Sky + box has disconnected from the Internet and no matter what I do ( I have tried all options) but a network cannot be found. Are there any issues atm? All my other devices are connected to my WiFi no problem.....

    @SkySports How come grassing is seen as bad by normal people but footballers do it every day with no comebacks. Personally I hate the behaviour of Holgate way more than Mane #LIVEVE

    @SkyUK my sky tv has been showing no satellite signal for the past 12 days. New contract was agreed and post agreement sky increased the prices. I have tried to call sky customer services serval times and keep been on hold and eventually getting disconnected. Can’t get no help!

    @SkyHelpTeam Thanks. Enormous confusion at Sky as 2 separate calls failed to give me the answer you gave! So is there no way to access my Sky channels without paying double to get Now TV for a month? I was even told I can’t get a “break in service” refund as I don’t need an engineer call-out!

    @SkyHelpTeam abysmal service. My partner started working with Sky months ago, yet since we switched our (already crap) package to your apparent super best, it’s been worse than ever. Can’t stream anything without interruptions. And yes, been through usual steps. Not good enough

    @SkyHelpTeam spoke to support earlier as scaffolding has temporarily stopped my satellite signal. They suggested that I cast Sky Go to my TV but, whether by casting or HDMI, I get a message that “playback is not allowed on external displays” when I try to play anything. Help!

    @SkyHelpTeam really unhappy the terrible service my 83 year old disabled mother is getting from Sky - she switched to your broadband and phone only to be told that her phone in each room and personal neck alarm that she relies on now won’t work and no way of working..Shameful

    @SkyHelpTeam I have another question… I was told on demand, catch up & recordings will continue to work while there is no satellite signal. Now I read people saying those services also stop after a couple of days. Which is correct? I have broadband so no reason those should stop? Thanks

    @SkyUK I’m having massive problems with my broadband. I’m a key worker, working from home during covid. My internet stops working all the time. There’s a fault with my line but you can’t get a technician until 23rd dec........ now my Sky Q doesn’t work either!

    @SkyUK after being on hold for nearly 4 hours then the line went dead & another 2 hours & was promised a call back from a manager as they couldnt deal with my issue,it’s now 24 hours & I’ve still not been called back!I’ve been with sky for nearly 20 years,loyalty means nothing 🤬

    @SkyHelpTeam is broadband down in SW12 (London, Balham) area? Been down for last hour. Online says its an external fault but didn’t give more info; I have ‘booked an engineer’ supposedly but no ETA & could do with it now for 😫
