    @SkyUK provides such dreadful net service. WiFi drops out every 20 minutes, all day every day. Big problem as they are the only provider available in our building, so stuck with near-zero connectivity, no choice of provider & have to deal with the entire lack of customer service.

    @SkyHelpTeam Thanks but this seems to be more of a diagnostic tool for whilst the broadband is not working. I don't see where I should go for the indeterminacy of service.

    @SkyUK I switched to you for my broadband ~10days ago. Since then, internet is cutting out every 30mins or so. This never ever happened the prior year with Plusnet. Please fix! I cannot do my job with this connection.

    @OpenreachHelp @SkyHelpTeam my continued lack of fibre broadband activation is a joke. Still no definite activation date although it was supposed to be 29th Jan. This is now the subject of an official complaint. I expect activation to be completed by close of business Fri 8 Feb.

    @SkyUK @XyliaMilsom I've recently transferred over from i.d to sky mobile. The 4g is terribly slow (if I'm lucky to get it). My work mobile uses the O2 network and is lightning fast in comparison.

    am no totally fed up with @SkyUK beginning to think I should cancel the idea of moving & stay with VM. Having set up my Sky id at the end of Jan, I have never received a verification email & of all the sky agents I have asked, not one can tell me how to set up an e mail address!

    @SkyHelpTeam That was me having fun but the actual frustration here is getting rid of him as a customer after so long, it's sky putting on 'new channels' which show repeats or the same programme on more than 1 channel at a time! I'm thrilled he won't be getting ripped off by sky anymore!

    @SkyHelpTeam We are struggling to download on demand programmes. We have 300mbps internet and doing speed tests it’s never below 50mbps download. We can watch UltraHD content on Netflix/Amazon through the Sky box, but HD on demand content from Sky downloads slower than it plays.

    @ste_malone @SkyUK I have TV, Broadband and phone with them. Only have the TV and phone as its necessary/cheaper in order to get the Broadband. With the problems I've had it's not worth it anymore. I'm paying over £60 a month, plus I have 2 NowTv boxes and Amazon. Time for a new supplier!
