@SkyHelpTeam Thanks but this seems to be more of a diagnostic tool for whilst the broadband is not working. I don't see where I should go for the intermittency of service.

@OpenreachHelp Thanks to a broken port and lack of capacity I now face almost a week's wait for my fibre broadband activation which should have taken place on 29th Jan. Not good enough! @SkyHelpTeam

@SkyUK I switched to you for my broadband ~10days ago. Since then, internet is cutting out every 30mins or so. This never ever happened the prior year with Plusnet. Please fix! I cannot do my job with this connection.

@SkyHelpTeam That was me having fun but the actual frustration here is getting rid of him as a customer after so long, it's sky putting on 'new channels' which show repeats or the same programme on more than 1 channel at a time! I'm thrilled he won't be getting ripped off by sky anymore!

I find the amount of hate towards football pundit Alex Scott perplexing.. Lot's of "Doesn't know what she's talking about" ... "She's talking crap" etc. Funnily enough we've had to listen to stupid male pundits for years & years saying far more "stupid things" #skysports

@OpenreachHelp @SkyHelpTeam my continued lack of fibre broadband activation is a joke. Still no definite activation date although it was supposed to be 29th Jan. This is now the subject of an official complaint. I expect activation to be completed by close of business Fri 8 Feb.

Had to make a couple of customer service calls regarding my sports TV subscriptions. Absolutely shocking, couldn't care less attitude from @btsport - congrats you lost a customer. Called @SkySports - Mohammed was very helpful and dealt with my query very professionally.

@SkyUK I'm seriously affected and disgusted by the service I receive. I've been waiting since the 14th of July to get a broadband connection and it just keeps getting postponed. My job is getting affected and the simple excuse I get is that Openreach engineers are not available
