    @virginmedia Interesting when you get disconnected the moment you tell the agent the deal to stay with you as a loyal customer is way higher then new customers and £20 a month more than @SkyUK Especially when your charging me per minute to call you as you never fixed my landline

    @SkyHelpTeam Tried going through all the steps and the broadband still isn't working. The test kept failing as well so it never fully completed that. Tried our old router and that didn't work either. Anything else you can suggest?
