    @SkyHelpTeam getting severe audio drop in and outs on Disney + app on #skyq, live TV is fine but did drop earlier in the day, Netflix app also suffering but not as bad as Disney+! Tested on all audio settings normal and Dolby and slightly better with normal but still drops

    @JayHayon66 @SkyHelpTeam It’s ridiculous I pay over £100 a month and when there’s issues I’m not allowed to call cause I’m not a key worker but I still have to work from home . And my job is actually supporting the NHS 😤

    I hate @SkyUK so I call the phone help and the answer to my sky Q not connecting is to send a Ethernet cable which will take 5 working day’s... **** off I pay £120 a month and now I can’t use my sky mini boxes or get any on demand stuff @SkyHelpTeam you are ***************

    @skytv @SkyHelpTeam Absolutel atrocious that you are not sending engineers into property's of people classed as keyworkers or those with underlying health issues while all this is on going I am one minibox down just had an argument with a customer service rep on the phone

    @SkyHelpTeam hi our Sky Q keeps freezing and saying we have no satellite signal, but our status is all fine as is our network connection. We have been through the troubleshooting online which hasn’t fixed it and you’ve removed your phone number to call. Please help.

    @festuskelvin_cy @AbsoluteChelsea @SkySports We actually need a deep midfielder that can play attacking 1 touch passes. Jorginho plays 1 touch but backwards. Kante and Kovacic can run with the ball but too slow in finding passes.
