    @SkyHelpTeam getting severe audio drop in and outs on Disney + app on #skyq, live TV is fine but did drop earlier in the day, Netflix app also suffering but not as bad as Disney+! Tested on all audio settings normal and Dolby and slightly better with normal but still drops

    @JayHayon66 @SkyHelpTeam It’s ridiculous I pay over £100 a month and when there’s issues I’m not allowed to call cause I’m not a key worker but I still have to work from home . And my job is actually supporting the NHS 😤

    @SkyHelpTeam I have just received notification of my next bill since changing my package and it is a lot more than I was advised it would be during the call. Also the future bill amounts are more than advised. Please contact me to sort or else just cancel my whole subscription.

    @SkyUK I appreciate there are plenty of more serious issues afoot, but attempting to remove an expensive package from my subscription is impossible if you insist I have to call. When I do you advise you can’t take my call. Blatant attempt to trap customers ... pls resolve

    @SkyHelpTeam "Problem with your satellite signal". The exact same channels don't work on Sky Go also, with that giving error code PFE 9004-IH. Weirdly Sky Sports PL is fine, every other Sky Sports channel brings up these same errors.

    @SkyHelpTeam Been there done that. 5 months in still no broadband or phone working properly often not at all. In my many hrs on the phone ive been told by multiple people in your organisation that they will be in contact with me until a resolution is in place. Literally have hit a brick wall

    @SkyUK and @OpenreachHelp complete and utter liars. Today I had a scheduled second visit for an openreach engineer to come out and resolve a home move issue from the 6th. Waited in my house all day to get a text at 16:30pm to say couldn’t complete as there was no access

    @SkyHelpTeam I have sky broadband. Am in Edinburgh, and my box keeps stopping. I have had to turn it on and off two times but it keeps cutting out. The connection also interrupts throughout my day and keeps dropping me from my work! I think my box is broken

    @SkyHelpTeam Oh and cancellation has been offered and declined by me as its your responsibility to resolve my issue not fob me off with a ‘no charge’ cancellation. Pay me back the full contract charges you’ve been happy to charge for virtually no working services & I will happily ditch you

    @SkyNews If you want to send them a message then you need to hit them where it hurts. Cut up your season tickets and cancel your @skysports and @btsport subscriptions and stop buying their merchandise is a start. Problem is none of you will and that is why this is happening
