@virginmedia is by far the worst TV, broadband and telephone service I’ve received in 20. Customer service is appalling. I was just on the phone and the customer service personal just hung up on me. I just can’t wait to leave and go back to @SkyUK. #avoid #virginmedia

@SkySports Sad but is that the rules state it cannot be appealed as it was 2 yellows and not a straight red. It’s a terrible decision as I think the reaction was not only natural but also quite restrained. The fan needs banning though.
