So mixed messages from several different call centre agents. Not to worry I'm sure we'll come to a resolution tomorrow and that resolution will be us switching to a more competent provider.

You are bundled off to India where they know NOTHING. only I’m sorry. Escalating it. Arranging a call back. The engineers don’t bother to attend on a appointment @SkyHelpTeam

Not only did you terminate my broadband service a week early, we've waited 2wks for an engineer, only for him to arrive, say he's not comfortable drilling holes, insult my husband & then leave!
