    @SkyHelpTeam hope your well are there any known issues with Sound on Sky Glass at the moment keep having to reset sound settings to default or it’s silent 🔇 can’t see a obvious reason as I use the built in speakers with no changes.

    @SkyHelpTeam @SkyUK so you have plenty of agents on messenger if someone wanted to buy a Sky package but no one at all if I have faulty equipment. Nice way to treat loyal customers. I need the convenience of Messenger as I have very little time to call.

    @SkyHelpTeam Thank you. I did some tests and now see the issue is the wi-fi as the speed on my laptop connected to the ethernet is nearly 500Mbps! I can't physically move the hub to a central point in the house as the cables are so short. Do you provide WiFi boosters? Thanks.

    @SkyHelpTeam Thanks for the link Chloe. I have tried those steps numerous times today but the issue is across the whole of Bath. I appreciate that you don’t have access to what the issue is but that is precisely my point; the lack of updates from people that do know the issue is very poor.

    @SkyHelpTeam You haven’t relied to my question though - is it really too much trouble to communicate what the actual problem is and when it will be resolved? These vague ‘we are aware of the problem’ is infuriating as it doesn’t say when you expect it to be fixed?

    @SkyUK your service is an absolute joke. Constant costs that don’t add up, impossible to get through to anyone and when you do they hang up on you! Then you decide when to cut a service that you don’t even get in the first place. joke.
