@SkyUK I can't be doing with sky anymore.. had satellite issues for past month.. and just ended up with a rude person at end of phn who refused to think it was box or dish.. and paid for a movie and dvd over a month ago and still no dvd yet I got charged for it.. going elsewhere I think

@SkyHelpTeam It’s the upload speed that is the problem. To record a short lesson on Loom and upload it, I need 5 mbps upload speed. I’ve logged on via hotspot on my phone to do this but I’ve used all my data. Can anything be done about the upload speed?
