    @SkyHelpTeam @Jimmy74923391 London in general I agree with, I’m Morden and it’s been severely cutting and I upgraded to superfast a few months ago! All trouble shooting tried. Sky needs to now investigate.

    @virginmedia is by far the worst TV, broadband and telephone service I’ve received in 20. Customer service is appalling. I was just on the phone and the customer service personal just hung up on me. I just can’t wait to leave and go back to @SkyUK. #avoid #virginmedia

    @SkyHelpTeam Don’t understand. Engineer has arrive but says not allowed in the house bit you sent me a video yesterday explaining how to have a visit safely. Router/Sky Q mini box problem. Waited 10 days for engineer. Family of 6 inc 4 kids off school. Need Sky to work!

    @SkyHelpTeam I also find it difficult to understand how a company the size of Sky, with an obligation to so many customers, can’t get an engineer out to me for 9 days. And then charge £15 for it! If that’s going to be the case, I’d expect some kind of rebate for the outage, surely?

    Absolutely diabolical how you are paying for a subscription from @SkyUK . Yet you've had NO BROADBAND with an ongoing issue between them and @BTOpenreach1. For over 4 weeks now. With home remote working none existing They just pass the issue from one another. #ABSOLUTEJOKE!!
