    Well done @SkyUK phoned Saturday for assistance because my PC wouldn't log on to your broadband but my iPhone did. To be told it's an 'external fault'. I knew it wouldn't be the case and had no internet over the weekend till I realised what the issue was this morning!

    @SkyHelpTeam absolutely disgusted by the service, due an engineer today to fit the tv package and now just been told can’t do today and re-scheduled for 25.02, not good enough in my opinion as this will mean over a month with no tv, want to cancel all subscriptions with you now

    @SkyHelpTeam another day of appalling service. A compete lack of information, leaving it to the customer to constantly chase for updates. Cancellations, unconfirmed appointments, no updates, and I’m already being billed for nothing. No router yet either.

    @SkyHelpTeam once again I cannot access my email from my phone or tablet. It last synced yesterday morning and won't accept my username and password even though I can get in to my messages via laptop. Same issue every few months since you moved to Yahoo. Please sort this out.

    @SkyHelpTeam @McAfee ok so I just tried your suggestion and it’s a Sky number which I’ve called numerous times over the past 2 weeks! I’ve tried again and all they say is keep trying the link it will work at some point! This is ridiculous WHERE IS THE HELP!

    @SkyHelpTeam I had informed sky in advance regarding scaffolding when booking the visit which was a week ago. They should been informed and came with a solution. I wasted a whole day which I had to take off from work
