    Obviously @SkyUK ‘s slogan of “believe in better” doesn’t extend to their customer service: after asking to move the date of my installation next week, I expected maybe a couple of weeks’ wait, not October! Oh and I’ll still be charged for it as if it was installed this month?!!

    F**king @SkyUK. Phone line is down. Been down for a month. Now without appointment we have an engineer coming around to fix it despite the issue being out if our home & it needing social distancing. Be nice to ring to make an appointment at least. Changing ISP ASAP.

    @SkyUK Internet down in SE22 for 4 hours. Your site says there is an issue locally? Any update?? @ThreeUK 4g and 5g constantly dropping out in the area too??

    @SkyHelpTeam I've had on & off problems with my sky broadband today currently cannot connect both sky q main & mini box to internet follwed all guides online and cannot call anyone as im not in one of the crictical cats, is there a number or someone I can speak to at sky please?

    @SkyHelpTeam Thank you. Still you should work on an entertaining message whilst there’s no signal. Went through the 5 steps and checked with other residents. Fault seems to be communal aerial on our so it’s over to @jjcaspell to send us someone

    Never had a problem with @SkyUK but when I’m out of contract and @virginmedia could give me a better deal, of course I am going to switch. What I don’t like is how unprofessional the sky agent was about the fact I was switching to Virgin ... NOT NEEDED 🤬

    @SkyHelpTeam so I spoke to someone at broadband who can only tell me there’s an outage in my area 5 days of not being able to work from home is not good they advised to contact Openreach they say speak to u, possible to get any answers on this issue! frustration is setting in.

    @SkyHelpTeam Is there a default PIN number on your sky Q boxes? We record stuff and can't watch it because of a pin number we don't know, and never set up. We're an older couple, no kids and don't need censoring.

    @SkyHelpTeam Revolutionary tool that. Test it, it’s broken, check all your wires, test it again, it’s broken, check all your wires again, test it again, it’s fixed…. I’ve not touched a wire at any stage as I know it’s fine At what point are these outages cause for investigation at your end

    @SkyHelpTeam The issues are I don’t have a sky q box . Just the box which I’ve had around 13 years which sky expects me to pay if it fails even though the service has degraded overtime in terms of performance
