@SkyHelpTeam - beginning to lose patience with Sky Q. Problem after problem. The latest issue is that the boxes cannot retain internet connection which means I am constantly (every few minutes) having to reset. Broadband has NO issues with any other device. Fed up.

Been on the phone with @virginmedia the level of customer service is ridiculous. Been on the phone for over an hour explaining I received I call on Friday from them about upgrading my tv broadband and phone. However I explained @SkyUK we’re doing a amazing Black Friday deal.

@SkyHelpTeam - ok, so Sky Q just does not work. Completely had enough - can guarantee the support I get will be a) check the website (waste of time) b) private dm you (waste of time) c) I might then get to an engineer coming out (who will never show up because they never do).

@SkyHelpTeam I'm very irritated by your terrible service. Not only did you terminate my broadband service a week early, we've waited 2wks for an engineer, only for him to arrive, say he's not comfortable drilling holes, insult my husband & then leave! Completely unacceptable!

@nowtvhelp @SkyHelpTeam what’s happening with broad in kings lynn, my Nan has no wifi which means no ability to keep her safe and check in on her (she has dementia) via video etc. Been down since 3.30! We had a whole day on Thursday in Lincs with issues, now the next county too..

@SkyHelpTeam what is wrong with your Sky Go app? When I’m watching something on demand, it either randomly jumps to the end of the show ruining the ending, or it goes to adverts and gets stuck in a loop of constant adverts. It’s part of the service and it doesn’t work.
