@SkyHelpTeam another day of appalling service. A compete lack of information, leaving it to the customer to constantly chase for updates. Cancellations, unconfirmed appointments, no updates, and I’m already being billed for nothing. No router yet either.

@SkyHelpTeam Sadly not, have two toddlers and laptops and tablets will just get damaged. As a loyal customer it just gets to me that if it’s on your terms then things get done quickly (upgrades etc) but then when it’s not the customer has to wait 3 weeks

@SkyHelpTeam waited from 1-6pm today for a sky engineer to connect us today in Wendover, did not turn up even after phoning and being reassured he would. No help on phone apart from offering an appointment on 14th Feb - this is shocking service.

Well done @SkyUK phoned Saturday for assistance because my PC wouldn't log on to your broadband but my iPhone did. To be told it's an 'external fault'. I knew it wouldn't be the case and had no internet over the weekend till I realised what the issue was this morning!

@SkySports Yes @GNev2 think about it in any other industry. I’d have been sacked, gross misconduct with no notice or at best managed out for performance or capability with my notice paid. I wouldn’t get to sit around hoping to be compromised out for being so bad at my job
