They live & die by their subscriber figures.Seeing loads of folk cancel & run the risk of losing them to others wouldn’t be commercially smart.They’re best off acknowledging current situation & then making gesture to the current subscribers.

@SkyHelpTeam It's not that it's an inconvenience its the fact you never get notified of either the works or the outage! I'm not really annoyed that its happened I'm frustrated that when it does happen no one has the decency to say anything. We have to enquire!

@inrickmansworth @UKPowerNetworks @OpenreachHelp @Observer_Owl Apparently it’s an Openreach thing. We’ve had intermittent internet for over 2 weeks now. We have phoned or emailed @SkyHelpTeam every day sometimes even 2 or 3 times. Absolutely no help, no follow up. Going to go to Virgin!!!

@DrPoults @SkyUK @SkyFootball Hi, I used this number 08001512747 it’s automated. When prompted tell them you want to cancel sky sports. They give you the option to pause. Took me five mins. Good luck.

@_chrismcintosh Similar issues with Sky Q, eventually got someone in to run CAT5 cabling and tuned off WiFi on the Sky boxes. Problem solved until the Virgin router stopped issuing an IP address. @SkyUK and @virginmedia a total joke individually and together a complete ****-up. Shameful !!

@SkyHelpTeam big shout out to Hersh in the value team for taking on a complaint that was passed from another team that should have been dealt with. He put the customer first even though he had a taxi waiting outside as the office had closed. Great service!

36 Hours without internet access...trying to reach the right department to address it with @SkyUK took five hours a fault at the exchange...the advisors I spoke with (apart from Jordan) were great but overall their customer service was abysmal

@SkyHelpTeam I have. It says there’s no problem in the local area, but there appears to be as a number of people in the village have been without broadband for days. I’m happy to book an engineer, but don’t want to waste their time if the problem is with the network.
