    @SkyUK really need to make their Sky Q platform work with @BT broadband. The mesh network clash means I’ve had to disable my 5GHz range on BT. Changing channels doesn’t fix the issue. Really frustrating.

    @SkyHelpTeam I don’t accept. Until someone explains why a doorbell cannot be rung & why we have been left without service for 3 months (whilst paying) and why it’s ok to blame the inability to fix an external satellite dish on social distancing. I now have to wait until JULY! This is farcical

    @SkyHelpTeam 3rd of JULY is the date we have been given. It has been down since FEBRUARY. This is an absolute joke. Your engineer is clearly taking advantage of the situation. You cut our neighbours telephone line, told my partner we “just need an upgrade”, blamed social distancing for today!

    @SkyHelpTeam we have to call & wait again. I don’t understand why your guy couldn’t ring the bell. I don’t understand why social distancing has been used as excuse. first world problems I know, but I have 3 small children to entertain/educate and sky tv would help. I’m sure I am still paying

    @SkyUK Our dish has been down since STORM DENIS. The engineer finally turns up today, DOESN’T ring the bell but calls my partner who is working and leave a ridiculous voicemail about social distancing! The dish is outside! Don’t use this pandemic as an excuse #CustomerService

    @SkyHelpTeam I spoke to a member of the team and we've overcome the issue. The problem I now have is that I was told that I could mirror programs from my sky go to my TV until the box arrives, but this isn't the case.

    @RyanJoForrester @SkySports No I agree the season needs to be finished! As there's a chance any team from 13th could get into the play offs. My main concern with the original tweet is the money these teams in the relegation zone will get if they don't go down. It's totally unfair!

    Also @SkyUK and @virginmedia the engineer that solved the problem today is what customer service looks like - Gavin Wilson from @virginmedia get him to train your teams. We had at least 8 engineers over past 15 months between your services and this guy sorted it in 1 visit! 5*

    Sad that we had to leave, go to @SkyUK = worse. clearly focused on sales and NOT Service. All the engineers from @virginmedia & @SkyUK were really nice people, but did not seem too technically skilled passed - replacing router, swirling in/off etc. Today’s guy knew his stuff

I started to respond to customer complaints in the comments of their FB adverts by posting links on contacting Ofcom and the ombudsman. #talktalk blocked me then deleted my comments. They don't like a fuss made of their incompetence.

    @SkyHelpTeam That's no help, tried to call but I was advised to hang up as I'm not a Kew worker so any other options, I want to give 31 days notice and I paid last payment on the 23/5 so I will be cancelling direct debit as there seems to be no other option.

    @GassingBlade @Blades_analytic @SkyUK Nonsense that Sky should foot any of the bill other than what the contracts state. It’s up to football to manage its money and it’s given far too much to players, agents, managers and terrible business models.
