    So how does @SkyUK treat a customer of nearly 30 years lied to at 18 month renewal that SkyGo will still work in Portugal save as to downloads when they find out it doesn’t? @SkyUK **** on them that’s how offering just £25 compo! Obviously they simply don’t care about reputation.

    @SkyUK are now charging me £80 a month for a basic @skytv and broadband package. I’ve tried to cancel on their website which is almost impossible. I’ve called the phone number they suggested and there is at least a 15 minute wait! I’m being mugged by #Murdoch!

    @SkyUK Was telling Sky for the last 2 years Internet wasn't fast and not constant connection, dipped to 3.5kbps, £35 for the privilege, told me the fix was to buy sky multiroom!? Cancelled and went to BT, cheaper, faster and better connectivity all over the house

To your earlier point about what TCs want, I think with the passing of time fewer of them are pro unification as there have been too many failed negotiations and now demographics are working against a solution.
