    @SkyUK I left u 2 go 2 them. Neither of u care about service 2 the customer & what we get. It's just our money u r interested in the rest the phone advisors based thousands of miles away can deal with our probs. U r both poor when it comes 2 customer service but not in taking our money.

    am no totally fed up with @SkyUK beginning to think I should cancel the idea of moving & stay with VM. Having set up my Sky id at the end of Jan, I have never received a verification email & of all the sky agents I have asked, not one can tell me how to set up an e mail address!

    @OpenreachHelp @SkyHelpTeam my continued lack of fibre broadband activation is a joke. Still no definite activation date although it was supposed to be 29th Jan. This is now the subject of an official complaint. I expect activation to be completed by close of business Fri 8 Feb.

    @SkyUK provides such dreadful net service. WiFi drops out every 20 minutes, all day every day. Big problem as they are the only provider available in our building, so stuck with near-zero connectivity, no choice of provider & have to deal with the entire lack of customer service.

    @SkyHelpTeam That was me having fun but the actual frustration here is getting rid of him as a customer after so long, it's sky putting on 'new channels' which show repeats or the same programme on more than 1 channel at a time! I'm thrilled he won't be getting ripped off by sky anymore!

    @SkyUK @XyliaMilsom I've recently transferred over from i.d to sky mobile. The 4g is terribly slow (if I'm lucky to get it). My work mobile uses the O2 network and is lightning fast in comparison.

    @virginmedia - over 48 hours now and no broadband or TV. Really unimpressed, mostly because I can only access an automated service for info. How hard is it to provide decent customer service and let me know what is going on - @SkyUK gets back to me before you do!

    @SkyHelpTeam Engineers aren’t making house calls for broadband issues and totally unaware of the issues re the hub yet it seems all have received clear info about it. Wasted every weekend since early dec on the phone. Whilst all are very pleasant totally ineffectual

    @SkyHelpTeam It seems sky have known about issues with Hub 4.2 for some considerable time but not taken the action necessary to solve it yet still sending out these hubs in the knowledge they are going to have issues. This is unacceptable and definitely something Ofcom need to address

    @SkyHelpTeam This has come from the engineers and engineer managers. I’ve been al over the country for endless hours with customer services and this is the issue Seems information is not reaching those who need it !!
