@SkyHelpTeam an update (although I’ve had no response from you)… the 3rd person I spoke to yesterday, later on, resolved it, easily! Which is a very satisfactory result, of course, but still worrying why 2 people earlier (one in retentions) told me they could offer no solution!

@SkyHelpTeam Yes several times. Also have had no signal since yday afternoon I’ve tried all steps and would actually like to speak to a human on phone but all I get is automated questions etc

@SkyHelpTeam No but thats a mute point. I want an ETA of when the service will be restored. @OpenreachHelp say take it up with the provider yet you say you don't get ETA'S. Someone is lying here! Do you have a phone number to enable me to speak to an actual human being about compensation?

@SkyHelpTeam I've now called that number you provided via PM and they've advised *via recorded message) they are aware of an issue with an exchange near to my location that is being worked on. I find that incredible as they have no idea where I'm calling from. This is shambolic service.
