@SkyHelpTeam an update (although I’ve had no response from you)… the 3rd person I spoke to yesterday, later on, resolved it, easily! Which is a very satisfactory result, of course, but still worrying why 2 people earlier (one in retentions) told me they could offer no solution!

@cm9798 @JeffStelling Whoever did decide against gradual-phase outs probably did terrible at their Chemistry exams. Assuming that was an option in the meetings, of course. If it was put to a vote on the skysports site, I think gradual would have won it by a landslide. A tonking, even.
