@SkyHelpTeam No B/band since 30th, team say system won’t let them book engineer ‘because it’s an outage’. Know this is resolvable because engineer visited neighbour on 31st - fixed in 5 mins flicking switch on the road.

@SkyHelpTeam I connect it straight to the puck with the Ethernet cable and it can’t find a connection. Google support said something in the modem is blocking it and suggested bridge mode or DMZ but you’re saying it won’t support this??

@SkyUK I'm a gold member And still waiting for my refund more then 1 week know and the operators keep on saying its been refunded to my credit . Operators should listen to customer and not do what they won't

@SkyHelpTeam GooD afternoon Nathan Thank for reaching out to Me Ok so 2 things So the problem was on the 7th of this month my tv and broadband taken And the mobile was not taken on the 7th I gave specic instructions cause last year in Feb I had a very bad accident. Know I'm much better

@SkyUK why is it so hard to get help from you. I pay for super fast broadband. Supposed to have guaranteed 44mbs and I’ve never had over 30. Lately I’m running 9.7 on some days or 29 on other days. That’s crazy :(

@SkyHelpTeam Yes. I followed the link questions and it told me to reboot my box. Which I have done several times. Recordings on channel 132 still have sound glitches. The issue is also there on Live programmes on channel 132. Other channels seem fine.

@SkyHelpTeam The open reach guy said they was an issue at the box on the street and would be fixed today. I called sky who said he should not have said then because it won’t be as sky only get an update from open reach after three days, we was wanting sky glass but would be left with nothing

@AronWorrall @SkyHelpTeam If I told one of my customers I can’t give you an update cus I have no idea I would be in the job centre que. good at selling but soon as anything goes wrong you don’t even get a call. Sky glass will only cause more problems with the way they run the broadband
