@SkyHelpTeam I connect it straight to the puck with the Ethernet cable and it can’t find a connection. Google support said something in the modem is blocking it and suggested bridge mode or DMZ but you’re saying it won’t support this??

@SkyHelpTeam No B/band since 30th, team say system won’t let them book engineer ‘because it’s an outage’. Know this is resolvable because engineer visited neighbour on 31st - fixed in 5 mins flicking switch on the road.

@SkyHelpTeam And wait on hold for 3 days? For £120 a month I expect my sky to work all the time. My area gets little rain, but when it rains my signal dies. Can you imagine if I stopped working every time it rained? I wouldn’t get paid.
