    @SkyHelpTeam Ok thanks we were told he was coming today and he would call and neither happened. So mixed messages from several different call centre agents. Not to worry I'm sure we'll come to a resolution tomorrow and that resolution will be us switching to a more competent provider.

    @SkyHelpTeam I'm very irritated by your terrible service. Not only did you terminate my broadband service a week early, we've waited 2wks for an engineer, only for him to arrive, say he's not comfortable drilling holes, insult my husband & then leave! Completely unacceptable!

    Dear @SkyHelpTeam I called on Saturday to advise I'm moving house on the 23rd. I got home yesterday to find my broadband prematurely disconnected by you! And as I made the mistake of my phone network being @EE I have no data either! Egregious mistake by you guys

    Been on the phone with @virginmedia the level of customer service is ridiculous. Been on the phone for over an hour explaining I received I call on Friday from them about upgrading my tv broadband and phone. However I explained @SkyUK we’re doing a amazing Black Friday deal.

    Waited a month for @SkyHelpTeam to come to fix Sky Q after it didn’t work 30 mins after original installation. Swapped the box, yet now have a ‘mode not supported’ message on my TV whenever I try to switch it on. Placed this order in August, haven’t been able to watch Sky TV yet

    @SkyHelpTeam if you look this has been going on since before Xmas. On demand content taking hours to download meaning I have to preset my viewing overnight. It’s not my internet as everything else works fine. Raised formal complaint and was fobbed off. Any updates?

    @SkyHelpTeam Had the same results connecting my laptop to the hub with ethernet. It's shocking how often the speeds are this poor but app will never show any less than 36mbps Your troubleshooting steps are very much memorised by now as I have to follow them most days to try it up and running

    @SkyHelpTeam This has never really resolved itself since the known widespread issues in January. I can’t even find the no to ring as it’s all page after page of help topics. What is going on at sky. Your cust serv has been excellent for years, the past year or so it’s gone down the toilet!

    Shocked by poor level of customer service from @SkyHelpTeam. Why is it so complicated to set up broadband for a home move? Endless circles of hell on the phone when there's a million other things to be sorting out. And never getting any further to setting it up
