We’ve had intermittent internet for over 2 weeks now. We have phoned or emailed @SkyHelpTeam every day sometimes even 2 or 3 times. Absolutely no help, no follow up. Going to go to Virgin!!!

Tried taking the card out, none of it works.....box is still showing no picture but no message of no satellite signal

Arranged an engineer as a last resort when I really want to leave completely, but got taught into it. Was promised they would look into a better date/shorter time, didn’t hear back.

Went throw two three trouble shooting messages explained there were new batteries etc and no reply. Eventually bought on Amazon and this morning congratulated on my purchase? Cheek.
