@SkyHelpTeam I am in London N31QN and both our Sky mobiles have stopped working in the last half hour. I can see a 3G signal but no 4G and cannot make calls, send messages or get online. Wi-Fi calling also does not work. Are you aware of this issue? Thanks.

@SkyHelpTeam I have, he said he is too busy at the moment. So I have to rely on 2 people neither of whom can help and in the meantime put up with a non existent service which you maintain is not a wider issue! Must be a narrower issue then ! Whatever it is very poor.

I have had 3 diff people reply to my on going @SkyUK complaint, each not reading the complaint correctly at all or understanding it even though I wrote it out in basic terms... Do they do it just so you give up? #SkyComplaints
