Horrific customer care by @SkyUK regarding broadband contract renewal. They claim their virtual assistant can be super useful but it's dumb as f***. Then I called them, waited 30 minutes, then got transferred multiple times and waited more before they said they can't help me.

When I’ve have “no satellite signal’ for 3 days now and @SkyUK @SkyHelpTeam tells me the next available engineer is the TWENTY THIRD OF MARCH. If I receive a bill for those 4 weeks without TV there’s gonna be a problem 🙃

@SkyHelpTeam Issue is my region changed randomly. After lots of calls, texts etc. A new viewing card was dispatched. 10 days later. It’s not arrived. And I have no TV as the old card is not active. Main issue though is the amount of customer effort this is taking.
