    @TheScore01 @PaulInce @SkySports I just have this feeling Lampard will ignore the call and stick with who he knows.     I’ve spent the last couple of hours resetting routers, switching everything on and off and swapping HDMI cables! 30 secs on Twitter and now I know sky broadband is down! Come on @SkyHelpTeam has there been a nuclear strike or something? I’m been driven to gin drinking!

    @SkyHelpTeam No phone line - internet speed 6.7 this is a great tier 4 No phone calls not able to WFH or watch TV as can’t download a film or watch Netflix. Good job I like my own company and reading. Sick of your service

    @SkyHelpTeam Why direct me to article about compensation for total loss of service when I’ve said many times it’s an intermittent problem? I need to be able to rely on broadband which I currently can’t.

    @SkyHelpTeam Main box keeps losing network connection assume that is why mini box keeps disconnecting. Mini box multiple reasons, no connection, lost Sky Q box, no sat signal. New router but everything else - phones, laptops, iPads all connected and holding connection.

    Awful #CustomerService @SkyUK you managed to cut off my Sky. Engineer attended to update SkyQ,failed due to council regulations, told throw away Q card keep old one(3 months ago).Today viewing card error, as I had not installed new viewing card to Old system.3 days wait new card

    @nicklewisno8 @SkyUK We had issues with Sky broadband in Hardwicke and, despite best efforts, they couldn’t solve it. Turned out it was a local who had a wind turbine which gave off a certain frequency of interference which ruined the signal. Moved to fibre with Virgin and problem solved.

    Hey @SkyHelpTeam Sky Go app isn't starting on my Chromebook. Error [-20190001]. I've restarted app and uninstalled and tried again and still not working. It was fine a couple of days ago. How do I fix this?
