    As this uncertainty builds I decided to find a better deal elsewhere. @SkyHelpTeam now insist I have to pay for a service they cannot provide in the interim. Disgusting company. I shall never return and will tell everyone I know about it.

    @LouiseDeafAware @NOWTV NowTV are so behind with their service. No subs, no HD as standard on a paid subscription service (I mean come on @SkyUK it’s 2020), horrible user interface, and unskippable ads.

    Oi @SkyUK fancy actually providing with any of your services today? Have had no internet (meaning my dad couldn’t work at all today) and the Sky Q and mini boxes keep freezing / disconnecting. Don’t refer me to your help page as I’ve done everything on there several times over.😡

    I believe the ball went out however #var and #PremierLeague are now frantically sorting it so this never happens to Man Utd themselves in a game, and not surprisingly @SkySports haven’t done a Hawkeye type angle and only show the behind goal views which only prove so much

    @SkyUK I have followed every instruction to get Discovery+ and get to a screen that tells you to enter a number into your smart device but neither the discovery+ nor the Sky app gives me anywhere to enter this number. Please help

    Was due to have @SkyUK out today to upgrade our broadband, had to cancel due to covid in the house. This morning we have had 3 scam calls claiming to be sky from three different numbers. Is there a serious GDPR breach I need to be concerned about? @SkyHelpTeam

    @SkyHelpTeam They've raised a CRF again!!The same as raising a CRF in early January!!This is absolutely unacceptable.If a customer stops paying you how long would you keep their account active? When asking for information through GDPR how long does it take for the request to be acknowledged?

    @SkyHelpTeam Well. The sound issues are both on my Sky box and my Mums. Both boxes on different tvs. The sound on both is low. I have checked the settings on Sky. The sound is still low. A few of my friends have the same issue too.

    @harrijo8 @SkyHelpTeam Same issue in M25 area. No broadband since 6am. Not only can I not do any work, we can’t access any apps on the tv, and are using all our mobile data. Unacceptable

    @HLTCO Ill never pay those prices again, m8. I pay £60 for 2 lots of IPTV or its £45 for 1. Its a no brainer. I watch every Newcastle game, every major boxing match, every F1 race & all in HD or sometimes 4k. I dont understand why anyone wants to pay for SkySports or BT Sports.

    @SkyHelpTeam 5 connected that are in use which is about normal. However something has just changed as suddenly speeds picked up to the usual 14ms, 31 download and 5.5 upload... I assume whatever has caused the outage has been fixed?
