    After initially offering me it for £6 per month, @SkyUK are now charging £16 a month for Sky Cinema. They’ll knock it down to £8 a month if I RENEW my TV contract for a further 18-months. Wow.

    @SkySports @BBCSport @btsport until you stop interviewing celebrities outside etc, ppl won’t take #COVIDー19 seriously. Your interviews shud b via Skype etc. Pls use the tech. Ppl think if a footballer can talk from outside on TV, then it’s not so bad. But it is, is horrendous.

    @harispurs82 @SkyHelpTeam @virginmedia Hence my point initially being Brandon owns a fraction of VM I don’t see them doing what Sky have done for for their customers. @skytv are far better for customer service.

    @DrPoults @SkyUK @SkyFootball Hi, I used this number 08001512747 it’s automated. When prompted tell them you want to cancel sky sports. They give you the option to pause. Took me five mins. Good luck.

    Hey @Ofcom can you please look into the legalities of @btsport still charging anxious customers for a premium service that hasn't existed for 3 weeks due to #COVIDー19 (non-ones fault) @Skysports already voluntarily pausing subscriptions #BT #customersuccess

    @btsport Can you please follow the lead of @SkySports & simplify the process to ‘pause’ the sport until @ChampionsLeague & @premierleague are up & running again. If the economy can be paused it should be simple enough to pause this service for customers. Pls update on @Twitter 👍🏽

    @SkyHelpTeam In Feb I called your customer service team before my contract was due to expire. They gave me a new deal for the same price and said it would take immediate effect. This hasn’t transpired, so now I’m paying double. Please fix and refund the difference.

    Yet again @SkyUK none of our mini boxes work. On the phone for 1hr 40mins to say I will send a booster, we have one already! Still not working! Pay full whack for fibre max. Been a customer for 20 years and been without our additional TV’s for 3 days! Fantastic service 😤😤😡😡

    @SkyHelpTeam Sorry, why should I call in and waste my time when yesterday I was transferred to 3 separate teams? I might just cancel my direct debit and leave it cancelled then If you can’t be bothered to resolve it. I’m not in breach of my contract as I haven’t requested this cancellation!
