@SkyHelpTeam My Sky + box has disconnected from the Internet and no matter what I do ( I have tried all options) but a network cannot be found. Are there any issues atm? All my other devices are connected to my WiFi no problem.....

@SkyHelpTeam really unhappy the terrible service my 83 year old disabled mother is getting from Sky - she switched to your broadband and phone only to be told that her phone in each room and personal neck alarm that she relies on now won’t work and no way of working..Shameful

@claudelittner @SkyUK Yep I hear you. Been with them 22 years. Every 18months spend a day haggling to get the new price down to roughly just above the old price then every April it goes up approx £10 any way. Doesn't even work properly all the time but they know best of a bad bunch round here!

@SkyHelpTeam I don't have a Sky landlines 🙄. Why do I have to call at to cancel something ? I tried calling was on phone for an hour to be told it wasn't possible to cancel then getting transfered somewhere else. Obviously making it as difficult as possible. Still have service I don't want.

@SkyHelpTeam We stopped the uhd download and down loaded in hd, ( which still appeared slow, bug with less data to move was ok ) My non-sky broadband download speed was measuring over 350 Mbs at the time.

I am so sorry, but I am about to have a rant. All morning I've been having really bad wifi connection with my Sky Broadband during my work morning and I'm having to do all my work calls on my mobile phone instead. It's rubbish! I pay enough to @SkyUK As it is!

@SkyUK you are so so scammy, you gave me the option to switch last month to a new rate accepting to commit to 18th months and a fee for the change, and today you emailed me you are raising my bill from April! Can you please cancel these new fees, I alrdy committed to a new rate!

@SkyHelpTeam Hi, just switched over to new broadband provider, but getting DHCP error when trying to connect the Sky Q mini box, any ideas on how to fix? All devices are connected apart from this, including the main Sky Q box. Cheers.
