Been on the phone with @virginmedia the level of customer service is ridiculous. Been on the phone for over an hour explaining I received I call on Friday from them about upgrading my tv broadband and phone. However I explained @SkyUK we’re doing a amazing Black Friday deal.

@GoodFoodChannel @food_network_ @FoodNetwork_UK @SkyHelpTeam @BDA_Deaf Im still waiting. Xmas is around the corner, it’s bad enough not havin subtitles for Xmas cookery programmes. But those programmes were once on @GoodFoodChannel it had subtitles without fails esp throughout the Xmas season. @BritishSignBSL, subtitles is much needed for the deafs!

Waited a month for @SkyHelpTeam to come to fix Sky Q after it didn’t work 30 mins after original installation. Swapped the box, yet now have a ‘mode not supported’ message on my TV whenever I try to switch it on. Placed this order in August, haven’t been able to watch Sky TV yet

@SkyHelpTeam Aware of problem but no timescales for resolution. Last update at lunch time was that we were being pinged and should be up and running in a couple of hours! Will follow up again in the morning and state singing teenagers as additional reason to escalate!!

@L33dsleedsleeds @Leeds_Xtra @SkySports I think you'd have to loan him back anyway until next season as can't play for 3 clubs in one year. Would be slightly risky on his part to join a club that are not 100% guaranteed to be in the Prem next year although admittedly chances of you going down are looking slim now
