@SkyUK can’t call you, because you’ve reduced your call centre can’t message you, because you don’t have live chat, DPD have returned new Sky Q Box because they tried to deliver, I was at work? How can I contact someone and not get stuck in a loop of FAQ’s and automated help?

@SkyHelpTeam That doesn't make sense. ALL the other world cup matches ARE available to watch. It is just this one 1hr highlight package of an 8 hour broadcast of a women's world cup cricket match. As I keep saying, we pay for a service we are not receiving. Its a joke.

@SkyHelpTeam It’s email from you sent yesterday detailing that you are changing my subscription, ie putting prices up, but it’s the screenshot I attached saying you may not be able to fulfil broadband requirement and can terminate contract which is the worry, why these caveats to t & c’s ?
