@SkyUK i am disgusted at the service i have received. Spent 4 hours on phone 2day. Both myself & husband are both keyworkers with 2 small children. Left with no tv at all!! Been told by manager we won't have an engineer until 3rd Dec!!!

@SkyHelpTeam The last 3 days or so I have had such rubbish connection with Sky broadband. Sky Q loses connection (wired), Xbox doesn’t connect (wired), and phones don’t do anything when using WiFi. Download and upload speeds are all over the place. Help?

@SkyHelpTeam @OpenreachHelp engineer scheduled. However it's not the first time having problems with #skyBroadband since September. It's the 4th and it is just #ridiculous. I work from home and I cannot do anything. Besides you will not compensate the distress and extra mobile data purchased.

@SkyUK refused to remove contracted packages when I was made redundant. Their broadband is the worst I have experienced. Barely 24 hours goes by without a drop in connection. They charge extra for HD which has been standard quality for over 10 years. Cancelling feels good.
