    Dear @SkyHelpTeam I called on Saturday to advise I'm moving house on the 23rd. I got home yesterday to find my broadband prematurely disconnected by you! And as I made the mistake of my phone network being @EE I have no data either! Egregious mistake by you guys

    Great start to my @SkyUK contract. Engineer hasn’t turned up and now have a hour wait on the phone to find out why! Left Virgin because I thought they were bad 🙄

    Been on the phone with @virginmedia the level of customer service is ridiculous. Been on the phone for over an hour explaining I received I call on Friday from them about upgrading my tv broadband and phone. However I explained @SkyUK we’re doing a amazing Black Friday deal.

    @SkyHelpTeam I'm very irritated by your terrible service. Not only did you terminate my broadband service a week early, we've waited 2wks for an engineer, only for him to arrive, say he's not comfortable drilling holes, insult my husband & then leave! Completely unacceptable!

    Waited a month for @SkyHelpTeam to come to fix Sky Q after it didn’t work 30 mins after original installation. Swapped the box, yet now have a ‘mode not supported’ message on my TV whenever I try to switch it on. Placed this order in August, haven’t been able to watch Sky TV yet

    @SkyHelpTeam - ok, so Sky Q just does not work. Completely had enough - can guarantee the support I get will be a) check the website (waste of time) b) private dm you (waste of time) c) I might then get to an engineer coming out (who will never show up because they never do).

    @SkyHelpTeam - beginning to lose patience with Sky Q. Problem after problem. The latest issue is that the boxes cannot retain internet connection which means I am constantly (every few minutes) having to reset. Broadband has NO issues with any other device. Fed up.

    @dangahv @SkySports I think they give him all the Midlands teams because of his past playing experience. But he gives no credit to anyone of the midland sides unless its Wolves. Sky need to reshuffle their pack. Too many employees affiliated to one club and also Goodman is just an awful commentator

    Actually can’t wait for crowds to be allowed back into games so @SkySports can turn that awful background noise off. Gives me a headache every game. 402 with zero sound and atmosphere is better than that din!!
