Not fair on the advisor, not fair to the customer to be asked in person on the spot!Said they couldn’t remove that fee or the equivalent amount off bill x

  @SkyHelpTeam My Sky + box has disconnected from the Internet and no matter what I do ( I have tried all options) but a network cannot be found. Are there any issues atm? All my other devices are connected to my WiFi no problem.....

  Just moving into a gorgeous cottage on the edge of London. Phoned up @SkyUK to move over broadband/sky TV ASAP as there's barely any 4g signal. The earliest they can do is 23rd December! Got NO idea how I'm going to work till then! @SkyHelpTeam

  @acailler @SkyHelpTeam My understanding is the benefit to them isn’t financial. Their benefit is protecting their investment which I’ve no trouble with. This still damages it to an extent as we’re seeing with you cancelling your sky subscription. They’ve been backed into a corner. Clubs are to blame.

  @spurscabdanny @SkyHelpTeam @HBO Mate bin them off & get on BT/EE! I was with Sky for ages & their broadband dropout rate was absolutely crap! Totally useless! BT/EE with the Firestick is absolutely insane how fast & efficient it is👍
