    @SkyUK how can justify a premium phone line for cancelling your subscription with at least a 15 mins for a customer of nearly 20 years and you still can't call back or do it online.

    @dtoole764 @SkyUK I live in a big block of flats and the box they need has lots of connections. What happens is openreach come and fiddle around for a new customer and end up knocking someone else off.

    @SkyHelpTeam Law and order. The app doesn't list then in order as you can see but half the series are missing which really doesn't help. Surely someone has the capabilities at sky to run the programmes in order it's so frustrating. It's not just that series it's others too

    @SkyHelpTeam @SkyUK just received this. As a “valued “ customer who has been with sky a long time I feel that this should be a free upgrade, not an extra £13 a month plus installation. I already pay sky more than enough, including mobiles and broadband.

    @SkyHelpTeam I wanted to make my frustrations felt as your company is awe full, tel line down, Broadband up/down, standard message it could take up to 5 days, been with EE for nearly 3 years no issues at all, what’s going on sky, feel let down as my alarm keeps beeping even worse

    @dtoole764 @SkyUK Firstly they said they could fix it outside. Then needed access. Then they didn’t need access. Then they said it’s fixed and it isn’t. Now had to send picture of hub etc.

    @SkyHelpTeam @SkyUK - transferred from BT fibre to Sky fibre around 3 weeks ago. My broadband speed has never met the agreed ‘normal’ level (77MB) and is generally in single figures - virtually unusuable. Sky diagnostic test is fine, and on BT I was always getting 60MB plus. Help

    Hi @SkyHelpTeam the poor engineer has been sent here to fix our broadbrand issues but isn’t allowed in according to your policies (covid). We completely understand that. It’s to keep them safe. We are managing as it is. But maybe need to feed that back because his time was wasted

    @SkyHelpTeam On call now and yes my speeds are 11.6mbps which is 44mbps below your guaranteed line speed before I can cancel!! Nothing more frustrating when you are promised a speed and don't get it!
