Was told months ago there was a fault but at the exchange & someone would fix it. They never did & now it's just unusable

If you have inequality in terms of what black people earn in a “normal job”, or even their opportunities to get one, then they don’t have the resource to try karting (and other sports of course) and get involved and noticed.

Last night it was 2mb, today it’s 10.....it’s supposed to be 80. I was told this isn’t possible. The new fibre is either on or off....please can you explain?
