@SkyHelpTeam hope your well are there any known issues with Sound on Sky Glass at the moment keep having to reset sound settings to default or it’s silent 🔇 can’t see a obvious reason as I use the built in speakers with no changes.

@SkyHelpTeam hi - our dish is currently ‘hidden’ by scaffolding but we’ve been able to watch recordings, Netflix etc via apps. These have now stopped and says we need satellite signal-won’t be for a few more weeks yet. Is this normal? Is there a max time the apps work w/o signal?

@SkyHelpTeam hello, so just had an email about taking a 4 week trail for Sky Movies, have done, email said will be charged £6 for 6 months and then £12 thereafter, doesn't seem the case on my bills and ironically I cannot find how to cancel the "trail" either... help pls.
