Been on the phone for over an hour explaining I received I call on Friday from them about upgrading my tv broadband and phone. However I explained @SkyUK we’re doing a amazing Black Friday deal.

Not only did you terminate my broadband service a week early, we've waited 2wks for an engineer, only for him to arrive, say he's not comfortable drilling holes, insult my husband & then leave! Completely unacceptable!

Swapped the box, yet now have a ‘mode not supported’ message on my TV whenever I try to switch it on. Placed this order in August, haven’t been able to watch Sky TV yet

The latest issue is that the boxes cannot retain internet connection which means I am constantly (every few minutes) having to reset. Broadband has NO issues with any other device. Fed up.
