Their benefit is protecting their investment which I’ve no trouble with. This still damages it to an extent as we’re seeing with you cancelling your sky subscription. They’ve been backed into a corner. Clubs are to blame.

If so what Is the approximate time frame?Also will my bill reflect the downtime this provider had given me?

No audio issues. It was just Sky who had the sound problem. What else you got?
