.@SkyHelpTeam please can I have some help. I booked an engineer for a home move on the 4th November - a guy turned up on the 4th Dec and then left me. I’m still without TV and next appointment is 6th Jan. Wouldn’t mind so much but was told I’d get an earlier date

@rebecca7roberts @SkyUK Yes. I dropped BT like a bad smell about 5yrs ago after abysmal service. I now have a contact in the Chief Execs Special Complaints team. That’s right they have created a unit dedicated to special complaints that reach the CEO. Hotfoot it over to Sky. No regrets.
