    @SkyHelpTeam I don’t accept. Until someone explains why a doorbell cannot be rung & why we have been left without service for 3 months (whilst paying) and why it’s ok to blame the inability to fix an external satellite dish on social distancing. I now have to wait until JULY! This is farcical

    @SkyHelpTeam 3rd of JULY is the date we have been given. It has been down since FEBRUARY. This is an absolute joke. Your engineer is clearly taking advantage of the situation. You cut our neighbours telephone line, told my partner we “just need an upgrade”, blamed social distancing for today!

    @SkyUK Our dish has been down since STORM DENIS. The engineer finally turns up today, DOESN’T ring the bell but calls my partner who is working and leave a ridiculous voicemail about social distancing! The dish is outside! Don’t use this pandemic as an excuse #CustomerService

    @SkyHelpTeam Yeah service status says all ok, yet disconnecting every 5 mins since 8am. And not the only ones. Weird, we've timed the last few and it's almost exactly 6 mins every time the router drops connection, the restarts a few mins later. Deffo some sort of issue

    @SkyHelpTeam Yes, it also says the engineer will be out withing 2-5 days and that message was from the 18th. Had on and off (every 5 minutes) net since I switched at the beginning of April. Was fine before that. Really not happy with the service at all
