    I give up on @SkyHelpTeam most of the UK are having issues with sky broadband and yet sky are saying there are no issues. Time to find another provider and been on hold to customer services for 45mins.

    @GoodFoodChannel @food_network_ @FoodNetwork_UK @SkyHelpTeam @BDA_Deaf Im still waiting. Xmas is around the corner, it’s bad enough not havin subtitles for Xmas cookery programmes. But those programmes were once on @GoodFoodChannel it had subtitles without fails esp throughout the Xmas season. @BritishSignBSL, subtitles is much needed for the deafs!

    @SkyHelpTeam absolutely disgusting service sky engineer phoned me today saying she would be here between 12pm and 3pm no one has turned up. It's my nans account her boxes are working just emails from sky saying incomplete setup. Gd bye sky

    @n3ilmc82 @SkyHelpTeam If you have had a non-standard offer, you simply screenshot it and the Sky contact centre agents should send you a secure link for you to upload the image. They will then apply the offer. As with all call centres though, there’s high staff turnover + poor training.

    @LawesDisorder @SkySports That’s 100% it. There’s a possibility (that was unthinkable 2 months ago) that we could finish top 10. That would be a top 6 second half to the season. Almirons agent said this summer would be “transformative” at Newcastle. That will help.

    @SkyHelpTeam Yes I have called back too take this offer up, 3 agents couldn’t see any offer, one agent restarted my account without my authority. Had to call again and agent still couldn’t see offer so put my pending cancellation back on again. Terrible service, why email me to stay ?

In that Caulkin IV Mehrdad said in 4-5 years we want to, at least in the league, be on a par with City, Liverpool and Chelsea. George then gave him a chance to pull back a bit but him and Mandy doubled down
