@SkyHelpTeam @SkyUK just received this. As a “valued “ customer who has been with sky a long time I feel that this should be a free upgrade, not an extra £13 a month plus installation. I already pay sky more than enough, including mobiles and broadband.

@dtoole764 @SkyUK I live in a big block of flats and the box they need has lots of connections. What happens is openreach come and fiddle around for a new customer and end up knocking someone else off.

@SkyHelpTeam I wanted to make my frustrations felt as your company is awe full, tel line down, Broadband up/down, standard message it could take up to 5 days, been with EE for nearly 3 years no issues at all, what’s going on sky, feel let down as my alarm keeps beeping even worse

@dtoole764 @SkyUK Firstly they said they could fix it outside. Then needed access. Then they didn’t need access. Then they said it’s fixed and it isn’t. Now had to send picture of hub etc.

@SkyHelpTeam not the greatest service I expected for paying nearly £40 per month for home tel/Broadband, 1mont poor service and it just feels no one is interested in getting it fixed, feel really let down. I am takin service back to EE.

@UTDatw @SkyHelpTeam If its a line fault good luck switching providers to anyone but Virgin because they all use Openreach so you’ll have the same issue because its the exact same line you’re hust paying someone else for it

Moved house a month ago and have been waiting for @SkyUK to transfer our internet ever since. 3 cancelled switch over dates so far and every time we speak to someone they behave like it's our fault and book another appointment 2 weeks later. Absolutely awful service, never again.
