    @SkyHelpTeam not the greatest service I expected for paying nearly £40 per month for home tel/Broadband, 1mont poor service and it just feels no one is interested in getting it fixed, feel really let down. I am takin service back to EE.

    @dtoole764 @SkyUK Firstly they said they could fix it outside. Then needed access. Then they didn’t need access. Then they said it’s fixed and it isn’t. Now had to send picture of hub etc.

    @SkyHelpTeam Been waiting all afternoon for an engineer to install my Broadband and have received no visit or call with an update. Also been cut off from a call with your help centre. Service has been absolutely appalling.

    @SkyUK giving me absolutely terrible customer service... all i want is better internet connection and they cannot fulfil the speed we should try and get and are telling me i have to pay to leave them!!! Ridiculous!! Not happy virgin media calls...!!!

    @SkyHelpTeam I wanted to make my frustrations felt as your company is awe full, tel line down, Broadband up/down, standard message it could take up to 5 days, been with EE for nearly 3 years no issues at all, what’s going on sky, feel let down as my alarm keeps beeping even worse

    @SkyHelpTeam @SkyUK just received this. As a “valued “ customer who has been with sky a long time I feel that this should be a free upgrade, not an extra £13 a month plus installation. I already pay sky more than enough, including mobiles and broadband.

    @dtoole764 @SkyUK I live in a big block of flats and the box they need has lots of connections. What happens is openreach come and fiddle around for a new customer and end up knocking someone else off.

    @SkyHelpTeam is it just a huge coincidence that over 10 plus years, every time I get the want to take up the 7 quid a month extra warranty plan less than a week later the sky box will shut down, freeze, and generally show signs of software glitches?

    @SkyHelpTeam In other words, this is NOT a minor hiccup in service being disrupted by one of a million ways possible- giving the circumstances someone on your team or yourself should be reaching out to the highest level you can giving the circumstances. I’m sure your senior would rather know.

    @SkyHelpTeam What is there to discuss? We are left with no possibility to watch basic TV for some members of the family, as a Diamond VIP customer paying over £100 a month, until 3rd May. This situation is no fault of ours and you are unable to send someone to do an hour's work.
