    @SkyHelpTeam Never got a message. My daughter watched it on Monday when we downloaded it and it was still on the box yesterday as she started to re watch it in the morning. I should of downloaded it from amazon as they were same prove but for 30 days

    @SkyUK 2 hour wait on the phone to cancel down a subscription, but if you want to UPGRADE you can do it online, on the app or on your box. Why don't you make it easier for people out of contract to make changes at this difficult time, appalling customer service

    It really is not hard @SkyHelpTeam .. you communicate an update once every hour with an eta on the fix which, according to your website, is affecting the whole of the South East of England & Wales! That’s a pretty big outage with a fair few customers I would imagine! 🙈
