    @SkyHelpTeam hey! Are there any known issues in the ME1 Rochester, Kent area? Have had frequent line light drop outs for the last 24hrs and when connectivity restores it’s only for around 20 mins at below half speed before dropping out again. All connections and cables checked.

    @tuohy7 @SkyUK 1/2 I have also experienced this, being sold a sky glass tv 📺 knowing my internet speed wouldn’t be compatible and to top it off also sold me 3 Sky Pucks. We had nothing but trouble from day one. When i spoke to customer service they advised me that on the day of purchase

    @SkyHelpTeam My friend had an offer of a new contract at £86 a month and agreed to it. Your customer services then closed for the day (7:45pm). Today the best you can do is £99 a month. Care to explain why you treat loyal customers like this?

    @SkyHelpTeam - after the shambles that was upgrading from superfast to ultrafast which downgraded my internet speed from 80 to 0 and my contract terminated (because service not available - even though it installed)
