@JellyNation1 @SkyHelpTeam Yes I have never had issue either until past two weeks. It is the not being believed when you call to say it isn’t working that is frustrating. I am not an internet expert but I know it not my Christmas tree causing speed to drop so dramatically!

@SkyHelpTeam Frustrating to have phoned twice in past week to be told internet drop outs were result of poorly placed router (same place as it has always been)/Christmas tree placement (nowhere near router)/other devices interfering (see aforementioned). Clearly a Sky issue this week.

@SkyUK wow! I complained to SKY. I’ve had 3 different people email me. The last one suggested I use my sky box to help. That’ll be the SKY box that wasn’t installed today? The incompetence and lack of care is astounding.

@OpenreachHelp @SkyHelpTeam My Parents have been unable to make or receive calls since December. My Mum contacted @SkyUK on 23rd December, then again on 2nd Jan, have had a visit then and they traced the issue back to Open Reach equipment. Still not sorted! What is going on??

So even when their live match for the night is postponed @SkySports still don’t put the German football on the tv & instead show a play off game from 2010 on their football channel, really is the worst thing that’s happened to the coverage sky getting their hands on it

Really disappointed sith @SkyUK didnt have the service for majority of the month and have onky been given a credit for 2 weeks because i called 2 weeks late wow #disappointed #upset
