@SkyHelpTeam this is a joke, 1 or 2 hours is acceptable. 5 or 6 hours is not. When alot of people are working from home this now puts added pressure on people to make their time up or in some cases having to take this as annual holiday because of your problem,

Really impressed with the @SkyUK engineer that visited today was friendly and got as working again fast. Also @SkyHelpTeam I think Gary who was super helpful to Dad age 70 talking him through and not making him feel stupid

@SkyHelpTeam Still waiting for the call. I've just submitted the form again. We heard from customers from other providers that it's a problem at the exchange. We are well aware it's BT's job to fix but as we pay SKY, they should have been in touch with us . Nearly 48hrs and nothing at all.

@Ianmartin_gc8 @SkyHelpTeam Probably won’t help, Sky Q boxes along with quite a few other technologies need a really stable internet connection which most mobile routers can’t provide so it’ll probably disconnect again but good luck though!

@SkyHelpTeam Yes that’s probably it but to be honest I’m getting a bit fed up with never knowing what my sky bill is going to be, you can see it’s rarely ever the same and I would appreciate some warning from Sky re: discounts expiring resulting in such high rises.

@SkyHelpTeam Apparently there is no issue. Had no Broadband for over 24 hours now as there is an issue with the line and I’m advised that Open Reach won’t attend for 2-3 days??
