    @SkyHelpTeam My wife needs it for her work, she needs to be able to log in on her system as she works as a community nurse for NHS, you clearly cannot provide the service you say, how do I go about cancelling the contract? When it comes to paying the next bill I’ll wait a week?

    @JellyNation1 @SkyHelpTeam Yes I have never had issue either until past two weeks. It is the not being believed when you call to say it isn’t working that is frustrating. I am not an internet expert but I know it not my Christmas tree causing speed to drop so dramatically!

    @SkyHelpTeam Frustrating to have phoned twice in past week to be told internet drop outs were result of poorly placed router (same place as it has always been)/Christmas tree placement (nowhere near router)/other devices interfering (see aforementioned). Clearly a Sky issue this week.

    @OpenreachHelp @SkyHelpTeam My Parents have been unable to make or receive calls since December. My Mum contacted @SkyUK on 23rd December, then again on 2nd Jan, have had a visit then and they traced the issue back to Open Reach equipment. Still not sorted! What is going on??

    @MarkMolloy82 @SkyUK Just gone through the same. Signed up for a deal with virgin including full sky package, bt sport, Netflix, two boxes, 600 Mb broadband, unlimited UK calls. 69 for 18 months. Had to sign up for a £25 O2 sim but it’s a separate contract so can downgrade/cancel

    @SkyHelpTeam for a while I’ve not been able to download sky channels on my sky+ although I can off BBC and ITV. It’s part of my subscription and suddenly stopped. Help required as I’m not getting a service I’m paying for.

    @SkyHelpTeam Well thanks for replying though that isn't all that helpful. Doesn't make much sense to me that Sky signs an exclusivity deal with Peacock then doesn't show most of their content while stopping the Peacock streaming service here

    @SkyHelpTeam I’m sorry but I will be cancelling my contract when it’s ended as sky have be poor for a while, they only offer new customers the better deals on contract prices and I will not gain anything from this increase, your just trying to make everyone move to sky glass

    @SkyHelpTeam can you please tell me why I have to keep reactivating my sky q mini box every day? My main sky q box isn’t hard wired to the router nor is my sky q mini all though I could do that, would it help.
