@SkyHelpTeam My wife needs it for her work, she needs to be able to log in on her system as she works as a community nurse for NHS, you clearly cannot provide the service you say, how do I go about cancelling the contract? When it comes to paying the next bill I’ll wait a week?

@SkyHelpTeam Also today had a LOT of calls today claiming to be “Sky Technical Dept” saying our internet is insecure and wanting to “help us fix it”. Can provide the number they used if required.

Really impressed with the @SkyUK engineer that visited today was friendly and got as working again fast. Also @SkyHelpTeam I think Gary who was super helpful to Dad age 70 talking him through and not making him feel stupid

@SkyHelpTeam been trying to get a number to call you but it seems you don’t offer customer service any more, its impossible to speak to someone - I’ve been a customer for 20+ years and would expect a basic level of service and to be able to speak to you when there is an issue.

@SkyHelpTeam I’ve done this and reset to factory settings and got it working but whenever I login to the admin site to change the password it keeps saying I have no network connection. It still keeps dropping too but the line test says no issues.
