    @PlanetGridders @SkyHelpTeam I'll back him up on that one. Over 2 hours on the phone with Sky yesterday. Had to pay extra for broadband boost to seemingly fix the problem which feels a bit wrong...

    @buttsy1972 @SkyUK @SkyHelpTeam Yep. As does a friend of mine with an LG TV. Also have problem when the sky box doesn't come up on screen if use sky remote. Need to use LG remote first

    @SkyHelpTeam Yes, I’ve been told this for 5 days and have done it each time. No one is helping and there is still no connection. What action will make the connection happen because contacting the teams doesn’t work. Is ignorance of the issue the only answer?

    @SkyHelpTeam hi, I’ve had no satellite signal all day. Obvs due to the storm, but website says no known outages in my area. This is Leighton buzzard in Bedfordshire. Can you advise if there’s a wider issue? No damage to dish or anything.
