    @SkyHelpTeam My wife needs it for her work, she needs to be able to log in on her system as she works as a community nurse for NHS, you clearly cannot provide the service you say, how do I go about cancelling the contract? When it comes to paying the next bill I’ll wait a week?

    @SkyHelpTeam Also today had a LOT of calls today claiming to be “Sky Technical Dept” saying our internet is insecure and wanting to “help us fix it”. Can provide the number they used if required.

    @msloobylou @SkyUK I had a lovely conversation with a man from India when our sky went wrong on Christmas Day. I said I felt bad about him working and he said it didn’t matter to him as he didn’t celebrate Christmas and we got talking about different religious festivals. And he sorted the problem!

    @jeg1972 @SkyHelpTeam Both! Constantly slow (~18% of my speeds prior to Dec 23rd) and daily multiple disconnects.

    @SkyUK Hi - will Sky Stream Pucks be sold standalone? I am a Sky Broadband customer in a house which already has a satellite dish, but your engineers are unable to access the dish to install Sky TV. The Stream Puck would probably solve this problem, but I don’t need a new TV

    @peterhill93 @PeterWellDone @SkyUK No, do not go with Virgin they are terrible for Broadband. Ours was so bad even with their top speeds that I have now reduced it to the basic service as for some reason my package cost does not change if I cancel their broadband altogether. I now have BT which works very well.

    @RhyL34 @SkyUK I don’t know where you live but in 10 years my sky broadband has been down twice at most. My sky has gone off the at more time because of bad weather and the dish can’t get reception
