@SkyUK I have had the new apparently super fast broadband for a few months now and it is ******* awful it cant connect more than 2 things to it and it keeps disconnecting. We have no signal what so ever upstairs.

@SkySports why can’t you just give a balanced review of a game. You go about your business as if the whole world are only interested in Man Utd and Liverpool. It may help to have non connected ex players in the studio as all they want to do is talk about their team. Just an idea

@skytv @SkyHelpTeam I ordered a remote control from sky, it never arrived, I phoned again and I was promised it will be sent out , it never arrived, I telephoned last week and I was assured that I would get it within 72 , it never arrived. Help please.

@SkyHelpTeam I will but I have to say it started again. Called the number, went through processes and now have engineer coming when I was told I’d get a new mini box. The mini is un-watchable engineer not coming until 15 Dec!!Unacceptable - paying for a service that’s just stopped working
