@SkyHelpTeam My wife needs it for her work, she needs to be able to log in on her system as she works as a community nurse for NHS, you clearly cannot provide the service you say, how do I go about cancelling the contract? When it comes to paying the next bill I’ll wait a week?

@SkyHelpTeam It seems like you're trying to suggest the fault is on my end of things... There is a shocking issue with the Sky feed of every game. The graphics, the audio, the video feed of the game. Are you trying to suggest there isn't an issue with the Sky sports production of VNSL??

@SkyHelpTeam The commentary team even mentioned it... I go round in circles with you all. I'm told to contact during the game as the issue is happening, you take over 12hrs to respond & dismiss me, or point me to V/R, they tell me they're sorry & tell me to contact you as the issues happen...

Anyone else had rubbish Sky signal the last few days. Signal strength reads fine but channels glitching, freezing and then have a technical fault? Not just my building, as my parents have experienced the same and they live a mile away or so?! @SkyHelpTeam
