    @SkyHelpTeam if overhead fibre has been installed in my street how do I get it to my house to be used with Sky Broadband? My standard Sky Broadband is very slow and hoping fibre to my house will make the difference.

    @SkyHelpTeam can't watch ITV hub at all now, even a power off and on doesn't fix it. The adverts play then I just get a black screen.

    @SkyHelpTeam It seems like you're trying to suggest the fault is on my end of things... There is a shocking issue with the Sky feed of every game. The graphics, the audio, the video feed of the game. Are you trying to suggest there isn't an issue with the Sky sports production of VNSL??

    @SkyUK I have had the new apparently super fast broadband for a few months now and it is ******* awful it cant connect more than 2 things to it and it keeps disconnecting. We have no signal what so ever upstairs.

    @SkyHelpTeam Ok found it using the on screen guide but it’s not showing up in the sky app. No real surprise there seeing as you’ve abandoned that piece of shit app. I can’t wait to get rid of Sky TV.

    @SkyHelpTeam that's it Sky, cancelling our subscription, no Sky signal for the thousandth time. Same goes for our whole street. Fed up of all the problems. Absolute rip off for the 'service'.

    @SkySports Terrible take. There much better full backs in the world at defending, even in the England squad. James and Nico being two. However, any defender left one on one with Messi is getting beat 9 times out of 10. He is unplayable, only way to defend is double up on him.

Said we had to cancel the contract, pay a hefty cancellation charge (something like 10 months of the contract owing) and open a new acc in her name
