@SkyHelpTeam My wife needs it for her work, she needs to be able to log in on her system as she works as a community nurse for NHS, you clearly cannot provide the service you say, how do I go about cancelling the contract? When it comes to paying the next bill I’ll wait a week?

@skytv @skytv @SkyUK I signed up for Sky TV. Unfortunately, my Sky box could not be installed due to the COVID. I downloaded the SkyGo app, logged in with my SkyID but when I click most channels told to subscribe. Help!
