@SkyHelpTeam Also today had a LOT of calls today claiming to be “Sky Technical Dept” saying our internet is insecure and wanting to “help us fix it”. Can provide the number they used if required.

@SkyHelpTeam My wife needs it for her work, she needs to be able to log in on her system as she works as a community nurse for NHS, you clearly cannot provide the service you say, how do I go about cancelling the contract? When it comes to paying the next bill I’ll wait a week?

@SkyUK I have had the new apparently super fast broadband for a few months now and it is ******* awful it cant connect more than 2 things to it and it keeps disconnecting. We have no signal what so ever upstairs.

@SkyHelpTeam Too easy. Sky Q. And I hope sincerely that this pole gets back to someone who can make changes or scrap glass altogether. I was at a friends house who has Glass and his sky broadband is a respectable 70mbps. The main TV and 3 pucks consumed 62mbps worth of his bandwidth. Terrible

Got a letter today from #virginmedia dated March 2023 about the price increase. Gave us a date of 25th April to cancel without charge - less than two weeks notice! Luckily I preempted this and binned them off two weeks ago! Hopefully @SkyUK will offer a better service.
