    @SkyHelpTeam Why? The game is done. My complaint was over 12hours ago. To be honest I've been complaining about the poor coverage of @NetballSL @SkyNetball since the season started, and with 3 weeks left of the season, I don't expect any changes now.

    @SkyHelpTeam It seemed to help initially but this evening, while watching live TV, The One Show, different segments of the show had different lip sync delays. We also had to turn power off again as apps and live TV weren't working at all !!!

    @SkyHelpTeam can't watch ITV hub at all now, even a power off and on doesn't fix it. The adverts play then I just get a black screen.

    @SkyHelpTeam had Sky glass a couple of months now and have noticed minor and major lip sync, pretty much all the time, it's really annoying and no, I haven't got any sort of connected speaker system. How do I fix this.

    @SkyHelpTeam Also today had a LOT of calls today claiming to be “Sky Technical Dept” saying our internet is insecure and wanting to “help us fix it”. Can provide the number they used if required.

    @SkyHelpTeam The commentary team even mentioned it... I go round in circles with you all. I'm told to contact during the game as the issue is happening, you take over 12hrs to respond & dismiss me, or point me to V/R, they tell me they're sorry & tell me to contact you as the issues happen...

    @SkyHelpTeam It seems like you're trying to suggest the fault is on my end of things... There is a shocking issue with the Sky feed of every game. The graphics, the audio, the video feed of the game. Are you trying to suggest there isn't an issue with the Sky sports production of VNSL??

    @SkyHelpTeam I’ve already made a complaint that’s the problem. You have failed to repair the fault by the date promised, and unhappy with how long it is taking. Which ADR scheme are you a member of. I’m banging my head against a wall trying to get a resolution date.

    @SkyHelpTeam I’m looking at sky glass with sky glass pucks but have a question. The wifi near my second tv is on a segregated network with dedicated bandwidth from where my tv main glass would be. Do they need to be on the same network or does the puck just need internet?

    @SkyUK I was promised a c/back today at 2pm to sort my TV and broadband service out for my impending house move. I had already sorted once but somehow u have cancelled it!? Then spent another 30mins on phone to u yesterday with promises it will be sorted & c/bk! Still nothing!?😡

    @SkyHelpTeam appalled at the catalogue of mistakes Sky managed to make placing my sky glass order and even though they admit fault with every one I am now stuck with the wrong colour tv unless I want to cancel my order, lose my delivery slot and start from scratch.

    @skytv have really messed up their #skyglass launch this week. Leaked URL allows anyone to order. Some pop up stores are selling to anyone that shows up. Pioritising higher tier customers has failed. Worst thing, telesales and @SkyHelpTeam have completely different advice.

    @SkyHelpTeam absolutely appalled at sky customer services. Spoke to team back in early Sept to reconnect after 3 after leaving them and now been messed about telling me they can't my address reconnected! Left me a 72 year old with no phone line or broadband! Shambles
