I should of downloaded it from amazon as they were same prove but for 30 days

We also had to turn power off again as apps and live TV weren't working at all !!!

Clearly a Sky issue this week.

ETA at fix would be better but, if there's no ETA, knowing you're working on a fix would give reassurance to those supposed to be working from home but currently unable to do anything. 😓
