    @SkyHelpTeam this is a joke, 1 or 2 hours is acceptable. 5 or 6 hours is not. When alot of people are working from home this now puts added pressure on people to make their time up or in some cases having to take this as annual holiday because of your problem,

    Really impressed with the @SkyUK engineer that visited today was friendly and got as working again fast. Also @SkyHelpTeam I think Gary who was super helpful to Dad age 70 talking him through and not making him feel stupid

    @SkyHelpTeam Do you think after 7 weeks of problems we haven't spoken to anyone!!! We know what the problem is! It's getting an engineer to sort it out that's like getting blood from a stone. They've said they would come every week for the last 3 weeks, and each week, no one arrives...

    @swansforever @SkyHelpTeam I’ve got the same issue Lisa, wfh and connection kept dropping multiple times each day 😩 In the end I changed provider but hopefully sky can sort yours out 👍🏻

    @SkyHelpTeam Our neighbors are with you with a 13mb internet, ours it intermittent whenever there's poor weather. All I get is excuses and being told there's nothing you can do it's not good enough
