Not sure why the person called Barbara at #skyglass insisted on talking over both me and my mother in law but it's really not the standard a 25 year VIP customer should be getting from @SkyUK hopefully will speak to someone more helpful tomorrow 🤬

@SkyHelpTeam It seemed to help initially but this evening, while watching live TV, The One Show, different segments of the show had different lip sync delays. We also had to turn power off again as apps and live TV weren't working at all !!!

@tuohy7 @SkyUK 1/2 I have also experienced this, being sold a sky glass tv 📺 knowing my internet speed wouldn’t be compatible and to top it off also sold me 3 Sky Pucks. We had nothing but trouble from day one. When i spoke to customer service they advised me that on the day of purchase

Got my @skyuk subscription increase letter today. Would be great if they solved the problem that exists between recording on main box and watching on second box...pixelated pictures and loss of sound being the main ones.

@SkyHelpTeam I get that but when I’m paying for a standard of internet I expect to be somewhat near that speed. But the issue is I wasn’t getting anywhere near that actual speed otherwise I wouldn’t have had issues jumping up 500 ping consistently
