    Funny how if you want to remove a package you have to ring @SkyUK and you can’t do it online. That’s creating a barrier for a customer when it could easily be done online.

    @SkySports Whatever the true reason I would think a pretty large proportion of the population will see completing the season as only being about money. If they go ahead it may solve a short term cash problem but their reputation will be f*#ked. Cancel the season now!

    @TheSunFootball Why don’t @SkySports @skytv just do the right thing and just not collect the money rather than make customers do the chasing. They could then offer up their contact centre to the Government to support their efforts! What a PR coup that would be!

    @SkyUK 2 hour wait on the phone to cancel down a subscription, but if you want to UPGRADE you can do it online, on the app or on your box. Why don't you make it easier for people out of contract to make changes at this difficult time, appalling customer service

    @SkyHelpTeam Firstly I never got a message and you are telling me I paid £16 and my daughter watched it once. Secondly it should state you only get it for 24 hours once you watch it not the 7 days it says to rent #poorservice #tradingstandards

    @piersmorgan My husband is an engineer for Sky and they somehow see it ok for engineers to go into customers houses to install/service their satellite system when we are not allowed to visit our own families homes. TV is a luxury and not an essential. Shame on you @SkyUK

    @SkyHelpTeam Never got a message. My daughter watched it on Monday when we downloaded it and it was still on the box yesterday as she started to re watch it in the morning. I should of downloaded it from amazon as they were same prove but for 30 days

    @SkyHelpTeam we moved into our new build in March and have no phone line we have tried contacting sky many times but still no luck. I have tried to cancel our previous subscription and get a new one set up and tried moving our old one over but we are not getting anywhere.

    @SkyHelpTeam absolutely fed up with Sky now. 3 days constantly trying to pause my sports & it never goes through online. Telling me to try a phone number that doesn’t work. If I get billed the full amount (including more price rises) next month I’ll cancel my whole subscription.

    @BricklayersN17 @SkySports Yer I had that problem I went to 402 so lost the fake fan noise but couldn’t for the life of me find a way of turning on the Spurs commentary, it was somehow stuck on Man U.

    @SkyHelpTeam Thanks. I don’t really want to leave as it’s a good deal but sadly the signal is unreliable and it’s getting worse, plus you still don’t offer e-sims so I cannot connect a watch to your service.

    @SkyHelpTeam No connection at all. Router is on but with an orange light. I can see from Twitter that others are having the same issue as well as local shops not being able to accept card/contactless payments etc so I assume it must be fairly widespread.

    @SkyHelpTeam @SkyUK My broadband has gone down and Sky can’t get an engineer to me for 11 days! I work from home, but it’s ok they won’t charge me for the 11days I’m without internet! They won’t even put some free data on my daughters phone to get her through! 😩 Not Happy! 😞
