    @SkyHelpTeam Frustrating to have phoned twice in past week to be told internet drop outs were result of poorly placed router (same place as it has always been)/Christmas tree placement (nowhere near router)/other devices interfering (see aforementioned). Clearly a Sky issue this week.

    @lachojski @SkySports Pen last night was VAR , that shirt pull was never enough to make trezeguet fall over like that (he’s another diver btw) most of the tackles on Grealish weren’t fouls but he makes sure with his theatrical dives as does Salah all the time ....... wise up refs

    @SkyUK I have had the new apparently super fast broadband for a few months now and it is ******* awful it cant connect more than 2 things to it and it keeps disconnecting. We have no signal what so ever upstairs.

    @SkyUK wow! I complained to SKY. I’ve had 3 different people email me. The last one suggested I use my sky box to help. That’ll be the SKY box that wasn’t installed today? The incompetence and lack of care is astounding.

    @SkyUK on the 10th Dec you said @OpenreachHelp where dealing with it an the property didnt need to accessed. But as I left for work on 11th an @OpenreachHelp engineer arrived needing to access the property! Thankfully he did get the service working so no issue or so I thought..

    @SkyHelpTeam I am sending these messages when I have sporadic Wi-fi coverage. All I want to know is - what is the problem with the broadband in TA11 postcode area and when will it be working as it should? No doubt you are aware of a problem?
