Without doubt @skyuk are simply the worst customer service center i ever experience. Never had a call answered in under 20minutes. The voice recognition software is awful and when you do reach someone - they can never first time fix

@TheSunFootball Why don’t @SkySports @skytv just do the right thing and just not collect the money rather than make customers do the chasing. They could then offer up their contact centre to the Government to support their efforts! What a PR coup that would be!

@Fulhamflutter @SkySports @btsportfootball We've not watched any of todays televised games as we've had enough of VAR, and to be honest, I'm not sure when we'll next bother to put a premier league game on - never thought we'd reach the stage where we'd choose not to watch any of the tv games.

@piersmorgan My husband is an engineer for Sky and they somehow see it ok for engineers to go into customers houses to install/service their satellite system when we are not allowed to visit our own families homes. TV is a luxury and not an essential. Shame on you @SkyUK

@SkySportsPL @SkySports VAR and refs are an absolute joke or bent as hell. Yesterday a Leeds player gets a Red from Var for "dangerous" play but this is not even a foul. This is what happens when people who never played the game are given the whistle and appointed keyboard refs.

@SkySportsPL @SkySports I've watched NRL and Challenge Cup rugby this weekend. Decisions reviewed by the video ref are open and explained there. Everything's clear and the outcome explained. Football there's nothing. Football would help itself if we could have an explanation, at least we'd know.
