ETA at fix would be better but, if there's no ETA, knowing you're working on a fix would give reassurance to those supposed to be working from home but currently unable to do anything. 😓

It is the not being believed when you call to say it isn’t working that is frustrating. I am not an internet expert but I know it not my Christmas tree causing speed to drop so dramatically!

Literally just gave the context everyone can see - Romero deliberately slowed down to shield the ball which was a factor in the incident. Brobbey clearly then pushes him. It’s not a major assault. The collision that follows is unfortunate.
