    Sunday mornings without #goalsonsunday with @chris_kammy and Co on @SkySports just aren’t the same , it’s was the best footy highlight show on TV , @BBCMOTD is such a poor show and biased to the Max ..... is the producer a Spurs fan ? How can you run out of time when analysing 🤦🏼

    @OpenreachHelp @SkyHelpTeam My Parents have been unable to make or receive calls since December. My Mum contacted @SkyUK on 23rd December, then again on 2nd Jan, have had a visit then and they traced the issue back to Open Reach equipment. Still not sorted! What is going on??

    @SkyHelpTeam for weeks now our Broadband has been intermittent. Have been on help and completed tests. Still very poor. Yes, I know about number of devices too. It’s still not consistent. What is happening to your service?

    @SkyHelpTeam My wife needs it for her work, she needs to be able to log in on her system as she works as a community nurse for NHS, you clearly cannot provide the service you say, how do I go about cancelling the contract? When it comes to paying the next bill I’ll wait a week?

    @JellyNation1 @SkyHelpTeam Yes I have never had issue either until past two weeks. It is the not being believed when you call to say it isn’t working that is frustrating. I am not an internet expert but I know it not my Christmas tree causing speed to drop so dramatically!

    @SkyHelpTeam Frustrating to have phoned twice in past week to be told internet drop outs were result of poorly placed router (same place as it has always been)/Christmas tree placement (nowhere near router)/other devices interfering (see aforementioned). Clearly a Sky issue this week.

    @SkyUK wow! I write a letter adressing some issues and SKY wrote back. Standard letter, thanks for contact. Nothing. Not one issue addressed. Could this company be any worse?

    @SkyHelpTeam I returned my sky sound box on 30/11 or 1/12 and haven’t had my refund yet which is shocking. I would like this investigated ASAP. If it isn’t refunded soon I will simply cancel my sky direct debit until it is resolved!

    @SkyHelpTeam You’re team were about as helpful as a chocolate teapot and didn’t care. Thanks to Sky I have lost 2 days worth of work!!! You will be reimbursing us for our January bill, cause this is totally unacceptable and poor!!!

    @SkyHelpTeam Recently had SkyQ installed. Broadband now doesnt seem to reach to every corner of every room where it previously did. Any explanation for this. Also. Supply a customer service number that doesnt instantly hang up.
