    @SkyUK finally, after 14 weeks and 4 “engineer” visits I have a fully functioning Sky TV system. Still waiting for “promised” callbacks from managers. What terrible customer service. #skydontcare

    @buttsy1972 @SkyUK @SkyHelpTeam Yep. As does a friend of mine with an LG TV. Also have problem when the sky box doesn't come up on screen if use sky remote. Need to use LG remote first

    @SkyUK.#@SkyUK It is appalling that you can’t send an engineer back out to fix the mess of a new customer installation, my 96yr old neighbour is not only in lockdown but now has no TV. Don’t bother getting Sky they take your money & then don’t care!! 😡
