@SkyHelpTeam this is a joke, 1 or 2 hours is acceptable. 5 or 6 hours is not. When alot of people are working from home this now puts added pressure on people to make their time up or in some cases having to take this as annual holiday because of your problem,

Really impressed with the @SkyUK engineer that visited today was friendly and got as working again fast. Also @SkyHelpTeam I think Gary who was super helpful to Dad age 70 talking him through and not making him feel stupid

@uninvitedCat @SkyUK Yup. Really pissed off because it was recommended I cancel the whole thing and start again and now I have to wait for Sky’s system to register the cancellation, which looks like it’ll be tomorrow. That’s 2 days lost thanks to Sky stuffing up. Unimpressed.

@SkyHelpTeam i took out a free trial of sky cinema for a month, however we have not enjoyed it and want to cancel before it renews and I’m charged. Tried to do this online but can not find option to cancel cinema, can you do this for me please?

@Chris_1987 @SkyUK Mine does this!!! And sometimes you can’t get on demand as it says there’s no internet when laptops/phones will be working etc! We rang and they said it’s our internet and clearly an us issue and won’t help 🙄 we gave up in the end and just restart the box when it does it
