Laura (@laurajjcook) reported from Thundersley, England@SkyHelpTeam Frustrating to have phoned twice in past week to be told internet drop outs were result of poorly placed router (same place as it has always been)/Christmas tree placement (nowhere near router)/other devices interfering (see aforementioned). Clearly a Sky issue this week.

It is the not being believed when you call to say it isn’t working that is frustrating. I am not an internet expert but I know it not my Christmas tree causing speed to drop so dramatically!

If there was no contract I would have binned everything “Sky”. Actually, let’s see what the penalty is, maybe I’ll take the £ knock in favour of better, reliable service.
