    @SkyHelpTeam My wife needs it for her work, she needs to be able to log in on her system as she works as a community nurse for NHS, you clearly cannot provide the service you say, how do I go about cancelling the contract? When it comes to paying the next bill I’ll wait a week?

    My bt sport keeps momentarily blurring /freezing and losing sound @SkyHelpTeam Although I've lost sound for 20 months and still no resolution

    @buttsy1972 @SkyUK @SkyHelpTeam Yep. As does a friend of mine with an LG TV. Also have problem when the sky box doesn't come up on screen if use sky remote. Need to use LG remote first

    @SkyHelpTeam Also today had a LOT of calls today claiming to be “Sky Technical Dept” saying our internet is insecure and wanting to “help us fix it”. Can provide the number they used if required.

    @SkyHelpTeam Hello, I've done a line test and it says there are no issues. There were workers laying new cables this morning (I don't know where they were from, we weren't told anything) and after they left we no longer have a dial tone on the phone or any internet access

    Is this #sammatterface on commentary duties for the @ITV coverage of today's #CommunityShield ? Absolute garbage. Just tried to do a "and its... next" like SkySports do, but was flat as a pancake. So many more commentators better... Peter Drury miles ahead of them all.

    @SkyHelpTeam 26hrs, no internet in Swanley. No info from Sky and closed down as soon as I called in with no news. How long? I used a gig of data yesterday (now need to pay for more)and need to do work from home. Help Sky?

    @SkyHelpTeam @SkyUK after a week with no broadband or phone your engineer turns up, takes one look at the lights on the router and tells me that it’s an open reach problem and needs to be fixed by them. Your tech team could have worked this out remotely a week ago.
