    @SkyHelpTeam My wife needs it for her work, she needs to be able to log in on her system as she works as a community nurse for NHS, you clearly cannot provide the service you say, how do I go about cancelling the contract? When it comes to paying the next bill I’ll wait a week?

    @SkyUK finally, after 14 weeks and 4 “engineer” visits I have a fully functioning Sky TV system. Still waiting for “promised” callbacks from managers. What terrible customer service. #skydontcare

    Sunday mornings without #goalsonsunday with @chris_kammy and Co on @SkySports just aren’t the same , it’s was the best footy highlight show on TV , @BBCMOTD is such a poor show and biased to the Max ..... is the producer a Spurs fan ? How can you run out of time when analysing 🤦🏼

    @jacquep @SkyHelpTeam I'm looking elsewhere, i live in the middle of London and i've given up,the level of bad service and disrespect i've had as a customer is mindboggling,i've even had one of their engineers call me a liar saying that Sky could n't fitted the original dish even though i was present.

    Hello @SkyUK Can you tell me if there is an issue in the Chester area? I have run the Test Connection service online and it says no issues but we are getting only 2mb/s speed on WiFi. This improves slightly when using a cable to connect to hub but not by much.
