    @piersmorgan My husband is an engineer for Sky and they somehow see it ok for engineers to go into customers houses to install/service their satellite system when we are not allowed to visit our own families homes. TV is a luxury and not an essential. Shame on you @SkyUK

    @SkyHelpTeam do you think it’s acceptable to keep a 89 year waiting on agreed install date and time and don’t turn up! Log in for my dad and change to 20th now ! When 10mins ago 5-6pm !!! Great customer service Not !!!

    @SkyHelpTeam if overhead fibre has been installed in my street how do I get it to my house to be used with Sky Broadband? My standard Sky Broadband is very slow and hoping fibre to my house will make the difference.

    @SkyHelpTeam we moved into our new build in March and have no phone line we have tried contacting sky many times but still no luck. I have tried to cancel our previous subscription and get a new one set up and tried moving our old one over but we are not getting anywhere.

    Sky q won’t download anything, says Queued, then failed. Internet is working fine, I’ve reset both sky q box and mini box still not working @SkyUK help please

    @SkyHelpTeam It seemed to help initially but this evening, while watching live TV, The One Show, different segments of the show had different lip sync delays. We also had to turn power off again as apps and live TV weren't working at all !!!

    @SkyUK I have had the new apparently super fast broadband for a few months now and it is ******* awful it cant connect more than 2 things to it and it keeps disconnecting. We have no signal what so ever upstairs.

    @jammierooroo @SkyUK And to make matters even worse @SkyUK will up the prices mid-contract by around 10% every year so it will be a lot more than £170/m by the end. Good luck trying to speak to anyone there. Unless you choose the option to cancel you’re just left at the mercy of their chatbot.

    @CindyTh3Dog @jammierooroo @SkyUK They’re the worst. All farmed out to foreign call centres who don’t speak good English. They mumble and constantly try the upsell. When my mum wasn’t budging they just hung up on her. Others have been equally rude. Moved her off from BT to Vodafone and they’re just as bad.
