Really impressed with the @SkyUK engineer that visited today was friendly and got as working again fast. Also @SkyHelpTeam I think Gary who was super helpful to Dad age 70 talking him through and not making him feel stupid

@SkyHelpTeam this is a joke, 1 or 2 hours is acceptable. 5 or 6 hours is not. When alot of people are working from home this now puts added pressure on people to make their time up or in some cases having to take this as annual holiday because of your problem,

@rsmck @SkyUK Yes it really does. The classic RTings tests were done under extreme circumstances, are now a few years old and we’re done before the anti measures were fully rolled out. The worst examples were using full brightness and static image with constantly switched on TV.
