    @JellyNation1 @SkyHelpTeam Yes I have never had issue either until past two weeks. It is the not being believed when you call to say it isn’t working that is frustrating. I am not an internet expert but I know it not my Christmas tree causing speed to drop so dramatically!

    @SkyHelpTeam for weeks now our Broadband has been intermittent. Have been on help and completed tests. Still very poor. Yes, I know about number of devices too. It’s still not consistent. What is happening to your service?

    @jeg1972 @SkyHelpTeam Both! Constantly slow (~18% of my speeds prior to Dec 23rd) and daily multiple disconnects.

    @SkyHelpTeam I’ve tried and and When logged in just says ineligible? Gold customer with yourselves so not sure why not showing any add ons

    @SkyHelpTeam My wife needs it for her work, she needs to be able to log in on her system as she works as a community nurse for NHS, you clearly cannot provide the service you say, how do I go about cancelling the contract? When it comes to paying the next bill I’ll wait a week?

    Sunday mornings without #goalsonsunday with @chris_kammy and Co on @SkySports just aren’t the same , it’s was the best footy highlight show on TV , @BBCMOTD is such a poor show and biased to the Max ..... is the producer a Spurs fan ? How can you run out of time when analysing 🤦🏼

    @PlanetGridders @SkyHelpTeam I'll back him up on that one. Over 2 hours on the phone with Sky yesterday. Had to pay extra for broadband boost to seemingly fix the problem which feels a bit wrong...

    So how come you can change t&cs half way through a fixed term but I can't @SkyHelpTeam? Not great when my Internet service has become woeful

    @mrmatt___ @SkyUK Had no issues for about 4 years, infact always said sky was superior to Virgin which I had before.....since December nothing but issues. I have to switch my router off and on about 30 times a day, they think me phoning every time and waiting in a 30 min queue is helpful!

    @SkyHelpTeam I called 2 weeks ago to cancel the cinema pack and I just checked my bill and it wasn't cancelled. I just spoke to a lovely man in the call centre and he sorted it correctly. I'm glad I checked my bill or I'd be paying for something I don't use

    @SkyUK what a disgraceful service, booked my installation in January for Feb 19th only for an engineer to not turn up. Me spend 3 hours on the phone trying to resolve then you offer me March 4th alternative. Absolutely horrendous. So so disappointed

    @SkyHelpTeam hello! we are having problems with comedy central & the extra channel, the channels just don't work and are glitchy & pixilated, any ideas why? we thought it was the weather but it's only these two channels specifically

    @SK_arsenal @SkySportsPL @SkySports He carries on though & only goes down once hes kicked Konsa(Only accidentally but still did). As we all know u dont get fouls generally unless u go down, like penalties for example. If Saka had of gone down with the shirt pull then probably a different outcome. Agree 2 disagree👍🏼

    @SkyHelpTeam Service is crap, 3 different people out to look at the issue, email support is crap, not had an issue since December solved, voucher to ‘make up’ for constant lack of service since said December still not here, but yeah I’m sure I’ll get the answer on your equally crap website.
