    @TheSunFootball Why don’t @SkySports @skytv just do the right thing and just not collect the money rather than make customers do the chasing. They could then offer up their contact centre to the Government to support their efforts! What a PR coup that would be!

    @rayner_sara @SkyUK @SkyHelpTeam We had exactly the same problem when we originally tried to get ours installed years ago. Four 'visits' in total before it was done. Thought they would've sorted it by now...😞

    @SkyUK No service in CM15 area. Has been intermittent for days. My Sky app states service good and no issues. I do have issues

    @SkyUK discussing service. Problems with internet for 3 months. Sky blame Bt. By blame sky . Won’t even come out and look at the system they installed. Won’t even offer discount . I’m paying £120 a month and I can’t even get my business emails @BBCWatchdog

    Without doubt @skyuk are simply the worst customer service center i ever experience. Never had a call answered in under 20minutes. The voice recognition software is awful and when you do reach someone - they can never first time fix

    @piersmorgan My husband is an engineer for Sky and they somehow see it ok for engineers to go into customers houses to install/service their satellite system when we are not allowed to visit our own families homes. TV is a luxury and not an essential. Shame on you @SkyUK

    @Fulhamflutter @SkySports @btsportfootball We've not watched any of todays televised games as we've had enough of VAR, and to be honest, I'm not sure when we'll next bother to put a premier league game on - never thought we'd reach the stage where we'd choose not to watch any of the tv games.

    Having to use my Sky mobile data because my Sky WiFi never works and when I’ve brought this up to @SkyHelpTeam they always say “it’s working as it should” when it really isn’t. Feel like their wifi is so bad so that we have to use up our mobile data allowance. Awful.

    I will 100% quit any service that funds #ESL in UK. If its @SkyUK or @btsport and I miss my teams games so be it. If its @primevideosport I will quit prime & order earlier from other outlets. #stopthesuperleague

    @nelsonusm @SkySports I doubt that it's possible to persuade a big US financial institution to bankroll you to the tune of £3.5b merely on signalling an intent. There is a structure to this, there is a fixture list, there is more than a signal of intent.

    @SkyHelpTeam we have a Sky Q 2TB box, connected via Ethernet, and 2 Sky Q Mini boxes connected via wifi, when I am downloading games on my computer connected via Ethernet (not wifi), it interferes with the mini boxes making them freeze, which is crap any ideas how to fix?
