@SkyHelpTeam My wife needs it for her work, she needs to be able to log in on her system as she works as a community nurse for NHS, you clearly cannot provide the service you say, how do I go about cancelling the contract? When it comes to paying the next bill I’ll wait a week?

@SkyUK finally, after 14 weeks and 4 “engineer” visits I have a fully functioning Sky TV system. Still waiting for “promised” callbacks from managers. What terrible customer service. #skydontcare

@buttsy1972 @SkyUK @SkyHelpTeam Yep. As does a friend of mine with an LG TV. Also have problem when the sky box doesn't come up on screen if use sky remote. Need to use LG remote first

@SkyHelpTeam None of this helps. I have reconnected and updated almost every few hours throughout today. It’s inexcusable as same last month. I pay for upgraded fastest broadband and yet hardly receive this service. Trying to work from home and home school it’s not ideal.

@SkyUK impossible to get anyone to cancel your engineer visit for me, I have a chat line open snd on a call for 16 minutes just for someone to hit cancel on the scheduler for the engineer, this should be an online facility as this is costing money for me to sit here
