@SkyHelpTeam Frustrating to have phoned twice in past week to be told internet drop outs were result of poorly placed router (same place as it has always been)/Christmas tree placement (nowhere near router)/other devices interfering (see aforementioned). Clearly a Sky issue this week.

@JellyNation1 @SkyHelpTeam Yes I have never had issue either until past two weeks. It is the not being believed when you call to say it isn’t working that is frustrating. I am not an internet expert but I know it not my Christmas tree causing speed to drop so dramatically!

@SkyHelpTeam getting a bit p*ssed off that at least once a month my broadband goes down. Phone up to see what the excuse is this time for an automated voice telling me theres an issue at the box. BT are at that box DAILY what the hell is going on.
