Really impressed with the @SkyUK engineer that visited today was friendly and got as working again fast. Also @SkyHelpTeam I think Gary who was super helpful to Dad age 70 talking him through and not making him feel stupid

@SkyHelpTeam this is a joke, 1 or 2 hours is acceptable. 5 or 6 hours is not. When alot of people are working from home this now puts added pressure on people to make their time up or in some cases having to take this as annual holiday because of your problem,

@SkyHelpTeam Aside from telling me that there's an outage there is no other information whatsoever. A 24 hour outage seems a lot without any information as to what the issue is and when it is likely to be resolved.
