It is the not being believed when you call to say it isn’t working that is frustrating. I am not an internet expert but I know it not my Christmas tree causing speed to drop so dramatically!

Laura (@laurajjcook) reported from Thundersley, England@SkyHelpTeam Frustrating to have phoned twice in past week to be told internet drop outs were result of poorly placed router (same place as it has always been)/Christmas tree placement (nowhere near router)/other devices interfering (see aforementioned). Clearly a Sky issue this week.

Dave Byrne (@LindaElizabethB) reported@sianwilliams100 @SkyUK Similar experience Sian, when my wife was seriously ill in a nursing home I stayed with her so many hours.I was late home each evening decided to cancel Sky, but they let me have a free subs for 6 months then £11 a month for 6 months.And they sent Linda a lovely bunch of flowers.
