    @SkyHelpTeam this is a joke, 1 or 2 hours is acceptable. 5 or 6 hours is not. When alot of people are working from home this now puts added pressure on people to make their time up or in some cases having to take this as annual holiday because of your problem,

    @SkyHelpTeam Also today had a LOT of calls today claiming to be “Sky Technical Dept” saying our internet is insecure and wanting to “help us fix it”. Can provide the number they used if required.

    @redams66 @SkySports Phil you really should have said ‘recognising sarcasm’ or ‘understanding sarcasm’. ‘Seeing sarcasm’ does not really work in that sentence. Also, it is poor English to use both see and seeing in the same sentence. You also spelt deflection wrong.

    @SkyHelpTeam (Continued on from above thread) 1/3 @skyhelp Hi, I left Sky Broadband and Talk in March; within 30 days of a price rise. I was eligible to leave with no early termination fee - however this has since been applied to my account (£179.85). To date I have spoken to customer
