@JellyNation1 @SkyHelpTeam Yes I have never had issue either until past two weeks. It is the not being believed when you call to say it isn’t working that is frustrating. I am not an internet expert but I know it not my Christmas tree causing speed to drop so dramatically!

@SkyUK wow! I complained to SKY. I’ve had 3 different people email me. The last one suggested I use my sky box to help. That’ll be the SKY box that wasn’t installed today? The incompetence and lack of care is astounding.

@OpenreachHelp @SkyHelpTeam My Parents have been unable to make or receive calls since December. My Mum contacted @SkyUK on 23rd December, then again on 2nd Jan, have had a visit then and they traced the issue back to Open Reach equipment. Still not sorted! What is going on??

@SkyHelpTeam Frustrating to have phoned twice in past week to be told internet drop outs were result of poorly placed router (same place as it has always been)/Christmas tree placement (nowhere near router)/other devices interfering (see aforementioned). Clearly a Sky issue this week.

@SkyHelpTeam It doesn’t say there are any issues but I’ve been off for 3 days now and I can’t get an engineer until next Sunday. I rely on Wi-Fi for work etc. I have no tv or phone signal. I know a few people in the same area too that are having trouble. Can you look into this please?

@SkyHelpTeam I thought all sky glass packaging was supposed to be taken away to be reused as part of your sky zero initiative. Why then have I been left with a load of cardboard to somehow dispose of? And the TV wasn't set up onto the stand either. Not great service

@SkyHelpTeam Hi Jason. My parents cannot remember their sign in details - is there a number they could talk to a human on? We found a number yesterday but it was all automated. Very frustrating for those who are not used to the internet.
