@SkyHelpTeam this is a joke, 1 or 2 hours is acceptable. 5 or 6 hours is not. When alot of people are working from home this now puts added pressure on people to make their time up or in some cases having to take this as annual holiday because of your problem,

Really impressed with the @SkyUK engineer that visited today was friendly and got as working again fast. Also @SkyHelpTeam I think Gary who was super helpful to Dad age 70 talking him through and not making him feel stupid

@SkyHelpTeam If I select ‘BBC one wal hd’, it says ‘your sky box isn’t getting a satellite signal. Guide says searching for listings. ITV wales hd is same. Channel 5 hd same. S4C hd just shows a blank blue screen. BBC two wal hd is ok. Sky showcase hd is ok. Skywitness hd is ok.

@SkyHelpTeam Been having broadband issues on and off since last night. Sky q box connects to router but not the internet (internet working on all non sky devices) when it doesn't connect to the internet it kicks itself off the router. Reset multiple times. Ss13 area.

@OmegaLuke @SkyHelpTeam They have to still send someone to you, I train people in both Sky and Now Broadband, they have a duty of care to you till your last day. I'll chat with some people tomorrow and see if I can help in any way, I can't guarantee anything though
