@virginmedia our wifi drips out anything between 4 and 8 times a day. The app always says there are no issues. Getting pretty sick of it now. Looks like going back to @SkyUK is the only way.

So, I reordered Sky TV & broadband, it changed over today but still no sky router....phoned up to unleash hell today but spoke to.the sweetest sounding Scottish lady called Audrey who resolved my issue painlessly. I'm a sucker for a Scottish accent. @SkyUK

@SkyHelpTeam I have been without Sky broadband for 4 days already, since 7th July. My work is greatly being impacted and I have not heard anything back from Sky. An engineer was booked for 9th July but never came. Sky are not picking up the phone. Very disappointed! #skybroadband
