It is the not being believed when you call to say it isn’t working that is frustrating. I am not an internet expert but I know it not my Christmas tree causing speed to drop so dramatically!

No prob they said - but you have to do this through DPD on their App once order confirmed. DPD said no - only retailer can. 1.

My Mum contacted @SkyUK on 23rd December, then again on 2nd Jan, have had a visit then and they traced the issue back to Open Reach equipment. Still not sorted! What is going on??
