Really impressed with the @SkyUK engineer that visited today was friendly and got as working again fast. Also @SkyHelpTeam I think Gary who was super helpful to Dad age 70 talking him through and not making him feel stupid

@SkyHelpTeam this is a joke, 1 or 2 hours is acceptable. 5 or 6 hours is not. When alot of people are working from home this now puts added pressure on people to make their time up or in some cases having to take this as annual holiday because of your problem,

Help @MartinSLewis or anyone. I ordered phone from @skyUK but asked if it could be sent to another address other than one where my account is registered. No prob they said - but you have to do this through DPD on their App once order confirmed. DPD said no - only retailer can. 1.

@TrevorMLambert @bt_uk @SkyUK I've used most suppliers. A previous experience with Sky was disastrous and I also had huge problems with TalkTalk. This particular experience with Sky was OK but costs were not.
