    @OpenreachHelp @SkyHelpTeam My Parents have been unable to make or receive calls since December. My Mum contacted @SkyUK on 23rd December, then again on 2nd Jan, have had a visit then and they traced the issue back to Open Reach equipment. Still not sorted! What is going on??

    @SkyUK wow! I complained to SKY. I’ve had 3 different people email me. The last one suggested I use my sky box to help. That’ll be the SKY box that wasn’t installed today? The incompetence and lack of care is astounding.

    @SkyHelpTeam Frustrating to have phoned twice in past week to be told internet drop outs were result of poorly placed router (same place as it has always been)/Christmas tree placement (nowhere near router)/other devices interfering (see aforementioned). Clearly a Sky issue this week.

    @JellyNation1 @SkyHelpTeam Yes I have never had issue either until past two weeks. It is the not being believed when you call to say it isn’t working that is frustrating. I am not an internet expert but I know it not my Christmas tree causing speed to drop so dramatically!

    @SkyHelpTeam it’s long overdue that early takers of Glass and a Puck are compensated due to the crap service. Why should I have to unplug the puck EVERY night to get 10 mins of itv hub before it gives a black screen. Wish I’d stayed with Sky Q

    Having been a loyal customer for many years I feel I should look else where. Customer services at @SkyHelpTeam are clearly non existent. & I don't want to spend time & money on the phone to them when they should be contacting me!

    Terrible experience with @SkyUK trying to get a new phone today. No attempt from customer services to help at all. Went to @O2 and they sorted me out in 10 minutes with a much better experience.
