    @SkyUK wow! I complained to SKY. I’ve had 3 different people email me. The last one suggested I use my sky box to help. That’ll be the SKY box that wasn’t installed today? The incompetence and lack of care is astounding.

    @JellyNation1 @SkyHelpTeam Yes I have never had issue either until past two weeks. It is the not being believed when you call to say it isn’t working that is frustrating. I am not an internet expert but I know it not my Christmas tree causing speed to drop so dramatically!

    @SkyHelpTeam Frustrating to have phoned twice in past week to be told internet drop outs were result of poorly placed router (same place as it has always been)/Christmas tree placement (nowhere near router)/other devices interfering (see aforementioned). Clearly a Sky issue this week.

    @OpenreachHelp @SkyHelpTeam My Parents have been unable to make or receive calls since December. My Mum contacted @SkyUK on 23rd December, then again on 2nd Jan, have had a visit then and they traced the issue back to Open Reach equipment. Still not sorted! What is going on??

    I don't understand. I didn't ask for anything additional in terms of service or TV (and my internet seems as slow as ever), yet it seems @SkyUK have hiked my monthly bill (again). Off to see what I can get for £40 a month elsewhere.

    @DazzaPJones @SkySports Ah, I see what you mean, but the offside rule was different back then. Dibble had the ball, Crosby nicked it (albeit illegaly) off him, no pass was made forward, goal was given. Would never happen now
