    @SkyHelpTeam absolutely fed up with Sky now. 3 days constantly trying to pause my sports & it never goes through online. Telling me to try a phone number that doesn’t work. If I get billed the full amount (including more price rises) next month I’ll cancel my whole subscription.

    @SkyUK @SkySports Instead of making people ring through to cancel their sports subscription,why not follow the lead of Neville and Abramovich and automatically cancel sky sports subscriptions until football is up and running again,not a lot to ask in these troubled times,cheers

    @TheSunFootball Why don’t @SkySports @skytv just do the right thing and just not collect the money rather than make customers do the chasing. They could then offer up their contact centre to the Government to support their efforts! What a PR coup that would be!

    Sick. Payed £30 for Rotherham train tickets all for the game to be moved to the Sunday due to SkySports, paging £50 odd to get the train in the Sunday and now the game ain’t even happening. Shit **** virus, **** off

    @SkyHelpTeam Speed into my hub from outside is 24mbps when I speed check it tells me there is a problem, I'm on superfast 35 (best I can get in my village )just seems strange that if I do speed tests from other sites all are well below your guarantee of a min 24

    @SkyHelpTeam Hi, its seems as I'm having the same winter weather problems. A dry 8 degrees night is causing my line to be capped and throttled to speeds under 19mb even though I'm guaranteed 37 and should get between 45 to 51. Phenomenon. @virginmedia
