Why don't you make it easier for people out of contract to make changes at this difficult time, appalling customer service

Telling me to try a phone number that doesn’t work. If I get billed the full amount (including more price rises) next month I’ll cancel my whole subscription.

I have tried to cancel our previous subscription and get a new one set up and tried moving our old one over but we are not getting anywhere.

Then called back and spoke to someone else who explained there's a temp fix in place and the permanent fix should be complete by 3rd #SackNina
