@SkyUK absoloutly disgusting service. Previous customer explained all i needed was to be reconnected. My phone line is a mess wires hanging out my wall with a socket half broken no broadband no phone and no TV AN JUST BEEN LEFT WTF!

@JellyNation1 @SkyHelpTeam Yes I have never had issue either until past two weeks. It is the not being believed when you call to say it isn’t working that is frustrating. I am not an internet expert but I know it not my Christmas tree causing speed to drop so dramatically!

@OpenreachHelp @SkyHelpTeam My Parents have been unable to make or receive calls since December. My Mum contacted @SkyUK on 23rd December, then again on 2nd Jan, have had a visit then and they traced the issue back to Open Reach equipment. Still not sorted! What is going on??

@SkyHelpTeam I have done that, however the call ends up finishing before I can speak to someone. my bill has changed significantly when I received a letter saying that it will stay the same and my Internet is also poor. I did a check with the automated system which also said there's an issue

@SkyHelpTeam It was to be done remotely. The technician I spoke to said it would be done quicker than usual due to my mother being denied compensation according to your convenient ‘rules’, despite her broadband never even getting close to the quoted minimum guaranteed speed.
