    @JellyNation1 @SkyHelpTeam Yes I have never had issue either until past two weeks. It is the not being believed when you call to say it isn’t working that is frustrating. I am not an internet expert but I know it not my Christmas tree causing speed to drop so dramatically!

    @SkyUK wow! I complained to SKY. I’ve had 3 different people email me. The last one suggested I use my sky box to help. That’ll be the SKY box that wasn’t installed today? The incompetence and lack of care is astounding.

    @SkyHelpTeam Frustrating to have phoned twice in past week to be told internet drop outs were result of poorly placed router (same place as it has always been)/Christmas tree placement (nowhere near router)/other devices interfering (see aforementioned). Clearly a Sky issue this week.

    @OpenreachHelp @SkyHelpTeam My Parents have been unable to make or receive calls since December. My Mum contacted @SkyUK on 23rd December, then again on 2nd Jan, have had a visit then and they traced the issue back to Open Reach equipment. Still not sorted! What is going on??

    @SkyHelpTeam To waste more of my time? I’m at work now until Sunday morning, if between now and then I hear from my wife that there are still problems with the connection I’ll be stopping my payment. You cannot continue to take money for a service you’re failing to provide, one way or another

    @SkyHelpTeam Are we talking about the same thing? Watching two sport channels at the same time? As that was never the case and could use when you wanted as long as uhd event not on. Trust me I have used it thousands of times and it is not the same now.Will try other forums see what is saidthx

    @SkyHelpTeam Are the problems at the moment? I was watching TV fine, but now every channel is just a black screen with no sound or information. The guide works but recordings won't play, either. I can download on demand shows but can't play them.
