@SkyHelpTeam this is a joke, 1 or 2 hours is acceptable. 5 or 6 hours is not. When alot of people are working from home this now puts added pressure on people to make their time up or in some cases having to take this as annual holiday because of your problem,

@tuohy7 @SkyUK 1/2 I have also experienced this, being sold a sky glass tv 📺 knowing my internet speed wouldn’t be compatible and to top it off also sold me 3 Sky Pucks. We had nothing but trouble from day one. When i spoke to customer service they advised me that on the day of purchase

@SkyUK Guess after 8 years that's a customer going. Sending an email out saying the broadband is going up £4 (15% roughly). Ask for a downgrade & get told I need to pay a £10 admin fee even tho it's in my new cooldown window! Never paid an admin fee in the 8 years! #ripoffBritain

@SkyHelpTeam what's the issue with mobile ? All calls are dropping and having to dial several times to get a connection and inbound going straight to voicemail this is happening to all 3 of my sims so it's not a phone fault
