@OpenreachHelp @SkyHelpTeam My Parents have been unable to make or receive calls since December. My Mum contacted @SkyUK on 23rd December, then again on 2nd Jan, have had a visit then and they traced the issue back to Open Reach equipment. Still not sorted! What is going on??

@SkyUK absoloutly disgusting service. Previous customer explained all i needed was to be reconnected. My phone line is a mess wires hanging out my wall with a socket half broken no broadband no phone and no TV AN JUST BEEN LEFT WTF!

@JellyNation1 @SkyHelpTeam Yes I have never had issue either until past two weeks. It is the not being believed when you call to say it isn’t working that is frustrating. I am not an internet expert but I know it not my Christmas tree causing speed to drop so dramatically!

@SkyHelpTeam Hi - We’re nearly 72hrs without broadband after having a new Broadband hub installed. 6 calls to customer service, multiple promises to ‘escalate’, and now told that a ‘review’ of our situation is scheduled for Tuesday(!) Am I better off looking for a new provider?
