@JellyNation1 @SkyHelpTeam Yes I have never had issue either until past two weeks. It is the not being believed when you call to say it isn’t working that is frustrating. I am not an internet expert but I know it not my Christmas tree causing speed to drop so dramatically!

@OpenreachHelp @SkyHelpTeam My Parents have been unable to make or receive calls since December. My Mum contacted @SkyUK on 23rd December, then again on 2nd Jan, have had a visit then and they traced the issue back to Open Reach equipment. Still not sorted! What is going on??

@JonesyyWFC @SkySports But no, along these lines.. "You know how Watford treat their head coaches, there have been a lot, what do you need to do to stay here longer than most of them?" was the tone & sneakyness of it to someone whose English is very broken!

@SkyUK wow! I complained to SKY. I’ve had 3 different people email me. The last one suggested I use my sky box to help. That’ll be the SKY box that wasn’t installed today? The incompetence and lack of care is astounding.

@SkyHelpTeam Frustrating to have phoned twice in past week to be told internet drop outs were result of poorly placed router (same place as it has always been)/Christmas tree placement (nowhere near router)/other devices interfering (see aforementioned). Clearly a Sky issue this week.

@SkyHelpTeam Day 23 of the saga of transferring from BT to Sky, don’t bother folks, still no internet. ONT box works ok but not the hub. Spoke to James who was helpful, said he’d ring back, never heard from him again, spoke to George who said he’d ring back, never heard from him either
