@SkyHelpTeam absolutely fed up with Sky now. 3 days constantly trying to pause my sports & it never goes through online. Telling me to try a phone number that doesn’t work. If I get billed the full amount (including more price rises) next month I’ll cancel my whole subscription.

@SkyUK 2 hour wait on the phone to cancel down a subscription, but if you want to UPGRADE you can do it online, on the app or on your box. Why don't you make it easier for people out of contract to make changes at this difficult time, appalling customer service

@SkyHelpTeam hi, I renewed my contract on 7 July (been a customer since 1999). I was assured that you wouldn’t charge me an admin. fee of £10, as there had been some issues with my package. Got my bill this morning and there is a £10 admin. fee applied.
