Sort it out please @SkyUK No wifi since last Friday, meant to be upgraded to Superfast as WFH. No courtesy calls, keep having to chase. Absolutely unacceptable service. Today first time we had a call back from complaints dept. Engineer investigating tom they say..#BelieveInBetter

@SkyHelpTeam Heard nothing back. Wait times are too long to try and ring again. My Granda had phoned in saying he had a issue with his telephone line. He cancelled the job but you’ve threatened £65 charge if he doesn’t cancel it by 5pm today. Job was cancelled yesterday

Furious at @SkyUK - how dare they hang up on my mum simply because she won't upgrade to a SkyQ box for £109 when all she needs is an account reset as her Sky+HD box thinks she doesn't have box sets, when she does & pays extra for them. She tried cancelling & got hung up on!

@SkyHelpTeam Hi, my Sky Q Mini Box is always getting stuck and sometimes will not even come out of standby mode. Tried resetting it no effect. It’s well ventilated and the remote is fine. We had the same issue with the main Q box last year and that was replaced. Thanks
