Sort it out please @SkyUK No wifi since last Friday, meant to be upgraded to Superfast as WFH. No courtesy calls, keep having to chase. Absolutely unacceptable service. Today first time we had a call back from complaints dept. Engineer investigating tom they say..#BelieveInBetter

Having to watch SkyGo on PC due to decorating @SkyHelpTeam now got this error code: PFE 9027-IH. Really considering moving elsewhere when my contract is up. No subtitles on too many tv prog/films, skygo not working, just one thing after another!!

Have had an issue for a long time with Sky Broadband. The WiFi is often very poor. Am considering switching to TalkTalk. Guess what? When I tried to access the TalkTalk website Sky blocked access. When I turned off WiFi on my iPhone I could access the website-how strange? @SkyUK
