Kirsty (@kirstyannex) reported@SkyUK is anyone around that can help, we changed to sky about a week ago and can't seem to get the second puck working. It worked fine until about 2 nights ago. Tried resetting it, tried changing hdmi cables, and a factory reset but nothing. Might go back to virgin
