    @tuohy7 @SkyUK 1/2 I have also experienced this, being sold a sky glass tv 📺 knowing my internet speed wouldn’t be compatible and to top it off also sold me 3 Sky Pucks. We had nothing but trouble from day one. When i spoke to customer service they advised me that on the day of purchase

    @SkyHelpTeam not happy that I paid £12.99 for the rise of skywalker on April 13 only for it to be available on sky movies 3 weeks later, I’ve been with sky for over 21 years and expect better treatment to a loyal customer

    @SkyUK I have had the new apparently super fast broadband for a few months now and it is ******* awful it cant connect more than 2 things to it and it keeps disconnecting. We have no signal what so ever upstairs.

    @SkyHelpTeam Never got a message. My daughter watched it on Monday when we downloaded it and it was still on the box yesterday as she started to re watch it in the morning. I should of downloaded it from amazon as they were same prove but for 30 days

    Really impressed with the @SkyUK engineer that visited today was friendly and got as working again fast. Also @SkyHelpTeam I think Gary who was super helpful to Dad age 70 talking him through and not making him feel stupid

    @SkyUK hello! Quick question, I had a call from ‘Sky’ earlier saying that my internet connection was slow & could I use my computer so she could guide me through - I’m guessing this is a scam 🙈 she tried again & I said I didn’t have the internet & she didn’t know what to say...

    @SkyUK absoloutly disgusting service. Previous customer explained all i needed was to be reconnected. My phone line is a mess wires hanging out my wall with a socket half broken no broadband no phone and no TV AN JUST BEEN LEFT WTF!

    @SkyHelpTeam My parents are elderly customers with serious health conditions and you have cancelled their vital landline and BB without permission. They have NO mobile signal and need the phone for medical reasons. Your agent today just tried to sell fibre, no help. Safety risk

    @SkyHelpTeam @SkyUK spent nearly 2 HOURS on the phone today with an issue that still wasn’t resolved. Yet again my bill is going up while the service keeps getting worse. Loyal customers deserve better than this. Very poor customer service. #SkyTV #CustomerService

    @SkyUK can you help with a show (The Rookie S8:E7) that “bombs out” at almost 18 mins in??? Same thing happened a few weeks back with FBI. The ads kick in, regardless whether you skip them or not, the show comes back on. There’s sound but a completely black screen…
