    @SkyHelpTeam hey! Are there any known issues in the ME1 Rochester, Kent area? Have had frequent line light drop outs for the last 24hrs and when connectivity restores it’s only for around 20 mins at below half speed before dropping out again. All connections and cables checked.

    @SkyHelpTeam Hi no I’ve tested everything and reset multiple times but now 2 days with no WiFi. This is obviously a potential issue for work etc - is an engineer the best option?

    @tuohy7 @SkyUK 1/2 I have also experienced this, being sold a sky glass tv 📺 knowing my internet speed wouldn’t be compatible and to top it off also sold me 3 Sky Pucks. We had nothing but trouble from day one. When i spoke to customer service they advised me that on the day of purchase

    Ok so this week I’m on call, I’m going to utilise the time to do two things that will take far longer to do than they should. Renew 3 x @leytonorientfc season tickets and cancel @skysports.

    @MatterfaceJaime @SkyHelpTeam having problems with sky too, Marnhull, Dorset since 2am this morning. support told us theres no local issues and no engineer available for 3 weeks! sending us a 'new router' in a desperate attempt to fix it but there's clearly an external problem

    @SkyHelpTeam Yes I’ve done that, it’s all connected but just so slow! Sky box is no less than 3 meters from the box, nothing in its way and I’ve got a sky booster next to my sky box, can you explain how on earth it’s slow! Also won’t connect to my upstairs tv which is about 3 and half meters!

    Changed my Internet from @SkyUK yesterday as they are a rip off. Said my Internet will switch over ob the 24th of Feb. Guess what the robbing ***** have done today yip just cut it off no Internet for a week or 2 and have **** reception for 4g round the house great times.
